Impresionantes vistas panorámicas del océano y el amanecer de Block Island Sound al otro lado del aeropuerto desde casi todas las habitaciones y dos cubiertas envolventes. Esta casa construida a medida se encuentra en el segundo punto más alto de la isla e incluye una cocina gourmet con 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños y 2 salas de estar. Cada sala de estar tiene grandes televisores de pantalla plana y juegos para divertirse.

Hay una gran parrilla para disfrutar de comidas familiares.
Disfrute de la ducha exterior climatizada y de los muebles de exterior para simplemente disfrutar de la vista.

Animamos a las familias a crear grandes recuerdos aquí mientras disfrutan de su estancia. Hay muchas oportunidades para la diversión al aire libre como un juego de voleibol, kickball, cometas voladoras, herraduras, crochet y similares. Nice home with great views

My crew and I were up for Block Island Race Week. The house was clean and well set up with plenty of cookware and utensils. The dirt road getting to the house was a bit treacherous on bikes however there was an alternate way that was a little longer. MaryAnn was very nice and checked in on us upon our arrival to make sure we had what we needed. We would recommend this home for groups of 10 or less.

Great week on Block Island!

Had a wonderful stay. Loved opening the many sliders for the fresh breezes and beautiful views. Get up early to watch the amazing sunrises!

Quiet, beautiful views, spacious

The house was beautiful with two large decks. The space upstairs was great for the kids to play games and do puzzles that were provided. The house got a little warm due to the humidity but the many screen doors when left open allowed for a cool breeze to come through. There was plenty of glass dish ware for cooking meals at home. I would suggest bringing paper plates or plastic ware for the kiddos! Many of the necessities were available such as hand and dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Unfortunately we were unable to do a fire outside as it was dry and the fire pit was filled in. Mary Ann was fabulous and showed us around the house and allowed us access to the many toys and beach equipment including boogie boards, chairs and the beach umbrella. We had a great time!!

Overpriced but adequate

There were a few issues: the outside shower didn’t work, no mattress covers on the 2 queen sized beds, no lights/electricity in the room where you enter, the 2nd floor tub still doesn’t drain although former guests have complained about it and the grille ignition didn’t work. Then owner was very responsive but I just didn’t want to keep bothering her and dealing with these issues so we just put up with them. A safety concern was the fact that there is only one egress from the house. The decks have no egress to the yard. Also, it wasn’t disclosed on the listing that there were exterior cameras on the property. On the plus side the house has a beautiful view, it’s large (It’s actually a multi-family property but the other part of the house was vacant while we were there.) and there is plenty of inside and outside space for the kids to play. I wouldn’t rent it again only because of the high price. The house we rented previously was a lot less money, had one more bedroom, was very charming and we could walk into New Shoreham.

Not as nice as photo/and description.

Property not open at 4 pm check in time. Owners arrived at 4:40 to open up, bring in bed linens, etc. Very neglected, decks have not been treated in years. Had to manually hold drain open in master BR, gas grill would not heat up enough to cook. Kitchen appliances were excellent, but kitchen lacked adequate utensils and pans. Do not feel it was worth the price.

Peace and quiet with a view.

We were pleasantly surprised with the unique and private location of this property. The pictures of the layout and furniture are fairly accurate. The property could use a little fine tuning but by no means is it a dealbreaker. Big views are the highlight and are much better than the pictures. The owners made every effort to ensure our enjoyment / ease of use.

Location was excellent, house needs updates

We had a nice stay. The location is fantastic and you get sweeping views of the ocean from across the house. The yard is big and the kids has fun running around in the evenings. The owners are very responsive and helpful. There were a few things broken, unclean and falling down in the house that we communicated with the owners about and they promptly fixed them. The house overall is dated and needs updates especially given the price we are paying for it.

Beautiful property. The views were stunning and sunrise was beautiful! The house has a perfect setup with lots of open space for fun family days. We loved our week on Block Island!
