Hermosa ubicación en la playa en Matunuck Beach con playa privada justo afuera de tu puerta. Toda la casa destruida y reconstruida con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Ducha al aire libre y enorme cubierta con vistas al océano. A estrenar todo! Publicaremos más fotos a medida que finalice la renovación. Disfrute de todos los elementos naturales de la playa dentro de la casa, así como un garaje y espacio para 4 estacionamientos.

C Breeze is a relaxing ocean get away. The hosts are quick to respond and available if you have a question. The house is comfortable. It's worth a visit any time of the year.

The views were stunning, and it was fun to watch all the surfers (even during our October stay!). The house was really clean, well appointed, and comfortable. People who enjoy cooking will appreciate the kitchen setup.

Perfection

We had an amazing stay at this ocean front home for our son’s graduation weekend. The location simply can’t be beat! The boys loved hopping right in the ocean to surf first thing in the morning & the deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee & grilling in the evening. The home was spotless, comfortable for 5 adults and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We appreciated the 4 parking spaces and loved being right where the action was all weekend, yet still had a beautiful and quiet place as home base!

Can’t get more waterfront than this! So relaxing, watching the waves and the sunsets. Home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Just had to bring your suitcase! Thank you Bekki!

URI Parent Weekend

The perfect spot to spend with our college senior for URI parent weekend. Super cute, clean, updated, cottage, right on the beach! Incredible location, a short walk to the Ocean Mist! Great memories were made and I would definitely book this property again.

Amazing location, wonderful house

Stayed here with our extended family of 6 while visiting our son who attends URI. Amazing location right on the beach with great restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed watching the surfers each morning with my cup of coffee. Place was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Family Reunion

Me, my two sons and a friend had a spectacular 3 days, swimming watching the moon set over the water and the aura borealis. Also hanging out and cooking. It exceeded our expectations. A family reunion.

Loved being right on the beach and this house did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable for our family. Owner accessibility was great and very accommodating. Already talking about a return visit even though we just arrived back home today.

Rhode Island Ocean home

Wonderful beach house for vacation with our adult family. The beach house was immaculate and had all the amenities as described. Terrific location and the deck opening right onto the beach was perfect. No worries with the pub and ocean mist nearby - great to play trivia and get a quick bite to eat without bothering your sleep. Highly recommend this rental property.

Been renting for a weekend here going on three years. Perfect setting for some Sunday football with the guys. It's a nice reset away from work with a couple great bars/restaurants nearby. Falling asleep to the waves makes you feel a certain something. I'd recommend this spot to anybody looking for a little escape.

AMAZING stay on the ocean!!

As a long-time fan of the South Kingstown/Matunuck area, this was our favorite house yet!! Perfect place to celebrate intimate family celebrations, with plenty to do with our young kiddos. We LOVED being on the water, and really enjoyed our walks on the beach, to the playground, local market and of course to the Ocean Mist! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids, and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to enjoy cooking in, grilling, and soaking up the view! We can’t wait to come back!! :)

The Perfect Beach Cottage!

Absolutely wonderful and even better than the photos! Staying right on the beach is a special experience, we really enjoyed the patio and appreciated the full equipped kitchen and grill. We have a two year old and a newborn so we spent quite a bit of time at the house just relaxing and playing at the beach. But also found the location is super convenient for excursions to Watch Hill, Mystic, Narragansett, etc. We absolutely recommend and will likely rebook again next summer!

Loved it!

The home was beautiful, clean, and well furnished. The proximity to the beach was unparallelled! We loved being so close and very near great restaurants and shopping. *The caveat is the pub nearby - late night partiers were very loud and the street parking was very crowded. If you sleep deeply should not be a problem!
