Cerrado, Gran estilo colonial vieja casa con un hermoso jardín, enorme situado a pocos minutos (también a poca distancia) desde el Parque Bicentenario, el corazón del centro de Nashville y de los dos estadios principales, a pocos minutos a pie de muchos restaurantes y tiendas.
Aparcamiento en la calle en frente de la propiedad.
GRAN casa cuando llega a la ciudad para pequeños eventos o pequeños seminarios - 7 minutos en taxi del centro de convenciones.

(Hay un estudio en la planta baja lateral con su propia entrada, no disponible para alquilar).

La casa esta compuesta de
- 3 dormitorios grandes, más un loft / vestidor abierto
- 2 baños completos con aseos.
- Gran salón / comedor con techo muy alto
- Cocina campestre, lavadero completo..
- Una gran terraza fuera del dormitorio principal, y un patio delantero.
- Gran jardín.

En la planta baja tiene el gran salón / comedor, dos dormitorios (uno con cama de matrimonio, uno con dos camas individuales), un baño con ducha en la bañera y el inodoro, una gran cocina rural (con todos los electrodomésticos modernos nuevos y totalmente equipado) y una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. En la parte delantera de la casa tiene un bonito porche cubierto.
La cocina se abre al hermoso jardín, donde tiene mesas y sillas para disfrutar de sus comidas, junto a la fuente o en la barbacoa.
Arriba tiene la gran suite dormitorio principal que se abre a una gran terraza con vistas al jardín y la fuente, un cuarto de baño con amplia ducha y WC. En esa misma planta la sala de loft con un futón tamaño completo.

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was and the cleanliness of the house and facilities. I would highly recommend and the check in and check out process was so perfect and fast! We would definitely stay here again in the future and there are so many great restaurants and within walking distance, (“mothers ruin” restaurant was FANTASTIC). We also were only a 3 minute uber to the Main Street broadway and there was a lot to be thankful when we stayed here.The house was fully furnished and clean and had all of the main requirements to make a meal and live out of the house like you were at home! Thanks again for a great stay at the “Willnae” house in Nashville!

Perfect House

This house was beautiful, very well maintained. This house was one of the best VRBO I have ever been in. Host was awesome and so helpful. Location is great. Quiet area and close enough to downtown Nashville.

one of our best family vacations!

Property is very conveniently located in an adorable quiet neighborhood but just minutes from lively nightlife, museums, restaurants. So much to do! Owner was extremely nice, especially when I accidentally set off the fire alarm! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay

We loved our stay and we were very happy with all of the restaurants that were walkable from the house. We really didn't have to drive anywhere all weekend. The house was great and Catherine was very responsive.

Family Reunion/Football Game

The property was amazing and beautifully decorated.. The yard and gardens were lovely and there was room for all of us to stretch out and have fun. Everyone loved their rooms and the bathrooms were modern and well appointed. The location was perfect as I was very close to where my daughter and son in law lived.

The Perfect Place

My friends and I rented Catherine's home for a long weekend. It was even better than the pictures and she had absolutely everything we could want. She even left us a bottle of wine and some water bottles....what a generous homeowner. The home itself is clean, absolutely beautiful, and close to everything...a fantastic neighborhood as well. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you Catherine for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Charming house with a great property!

Great house that is close to the cities main attractions. The large, well maintained backyard is a great spot to entertain, or unwind after long days. The house itself is over 100yrs old, but is very charming, clean and well organized!

Beautiful garden and house!

My family rented this house to visit me in Nashville. We didn’t have a lot on the agenda so we took full advantage of the garden, bbq, and neighborhood! The house was plenty spacious for the 4 that stayed there and the outdoor seating was perfect for our party of 8 to be able to dine outside. We enjoyed our stay so much that my mom already wants to plan to rent again in the future!

Perfect choice.

Catherine made my stay memorable between the beautiful house and the garden it was a perfect choice. Our bedrooms were immaculate and all we could need was there for us. Not only she gave us advice where to go but even gave me bugs spray as we were going to an outside concert! The internet works perfectly, her street is very quiet, the beds very comfortable and cozy!! We can also walk to German town from her house and have the choice of few nice informal or more formal places to have a bite. She is a wonderful hostess and all was so perfect, I do recommend her house to everyone that need a place to stay In Nashville, just one word, loved it as much as my friends did, Bravo Catherine!

Great Place to Stay

This is my third visit to Cathrine's. I can't say enough about the hospitality shown to me during my stay. The grounds are very nice, and the house is clean and welcoming. Cathrine's breakfast selections are delicious and plentiful. Close to the Broadway strip, and many restaurant choices near by. I would recommend a visit to this beautiful home in Nashville to everyone.

Disappointed

We travel a lot as a family and always book homes through various sites online. My husband always tries to reserve really wonderful accommodations. We paid a lot of rent and a ridiculously high damage deposit for this home, but were met with disappointment. Firstly, the owner waited until the last minute to inform us of some important information. 1) she has a tenant who occupies part of the home; 2) the fountain was not clean; and 3) the gate to the driveway was broken. Not wanting to spoil our vacation,and being adaptable travelers, we told her not to worry. When we arrived we found much more than these things that were wrong. The garden was in disarray with the furniture turned over and soaking wet and a tree was laying down. The fountain water was not just green but very dirty and muddy and mosquitoes abounded. We were forced to do street parking due to the broken gate. The outdoor garbage cans were filled to the top. Inside the home, sticky traps for insects were scattered around with multiple insects in them all. Sinks in the bathrooms were small and made it impossible not to have water splash everywhere when trying to wash there. There is an annoying voice alarm that screams "lock door" every time the door is opened. The smoke alarm near the kitchen is very sensitive and went off twice from just using the toaster and boiling water for pasta. As a final problem, our last day there, we were without hot water and were promised via email from the owner, a full night's rent which she later withdrew and she sent less than half the amount.

A wonderful place to stay in Nashville

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. There was lots of room for everyone, the garden is lovely, and everything we needed was there. It's convenient to downtown and all in all a great place to settle in for your Nashville visit.

Beautiful property

Great service from the owner. The house was beautiful and clean, but it is an older home, and as such smells a bit wet. However, that didn't really bother us as we grew up in older homes. Grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided; we really enjoyed Nashville. Wonderful people.

Couples Getway

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood offered local places to eat and an easy uber ride to everything. Such a warm inviting home with outdoor space for your morning coffee and located close to everything. Would highly recommend to others! As a last minute rental Catherine was wonderful in providing all the information we needed.

Great House, Prime Location...Couldn't Have Asked for Better

Was just in town for the Rock N Roll Marathon and had a great stay here. We weren't initially sure about the location, but soon found out that the proximity to downtown and other local areas and attractions was perfect. Just a 5 minute Uber ride or a short 30 minute walk down to Broadway. The house itself is very quaint and has a lot of character. The roof top deck off the master bedroom overlooking the big yard and beautiful garden as a prefect spot to unwind after the big race. The master bedroom itself with vaulted ceilings is huge with plenty of natural light. The high ceilings in the living room and 1st floor bedroom give it a very open and inviting feel. Catherine was very accommodating throughout the whole rental process and a pleasure to rent from (compared to others I've dealt with in the past). The ease of check in / check out, along with the comfort of the house itself left us with one less thing to worry about before our big run. My friends and I are already talking about running again next year, so hopefully this place will be available. Thanks Catherine!

Great house and location!

A group of 6 of us were in Nashville from 5/5 - 5/8 and stayed at the Willnae house for our trip. It was amazing! There was plenty of room for all of us and the location in Germantown could not be any better. It's a quite neighborhood just a half hour walk from Broadway. The minor league baseball team plays a couple blocks away as well. The backyard is huge and perfect for relaxing. The house was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again! A+++

Such a Gem

We were in Nashville for a couples weekend. We had 7 couples, 4 who chose traditional hotel accommodations and then 3 couples who shared this home. It has everything that you could need in a home, coffee maker, plenty of towels, great sitting room, porch out front, and fountain out back. We used the long, narrow picnic table on our first night along with benches and chairs, and we brought in food from a local catering spot. The food bill was $120 for all of us which is hard to beat. All 7 couples ate outside, enjoying wine, dinner and good company. This would not have been possible at a hotel. The area is great for walking around, such sweet houses along with buildings that are converted light industrial spaces so the restaurants and coffee shops have these great high ceilings, etc. We went downtown Nashville and did the crazy fun stuff one night, but we kept returning to the house which was a $6 uber ride from the center of Broadway. This is a little gem of a house in a wonderful safe, neighborhood and was the perfect spot for our group to gather together.

Beautiful home in GREAT area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville in this exceptional home. The architectural design and decorations are superb. The area of Nashville is the best, in our opinion with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. We could walk Downtown, or ride a bike (bikes available across the street and a few steps away for rent) down the greenway all the way to downtown. Uber rides were never more than $6 anywhere. Thank you Catherine for making the reservation process so easy, especially with our last minute request!

We did a lot of work in the house to make it suitable to families and gated the house with beautiful trees. Grand home with Award winnings remodeling.

This property is unique in its beauty with high ceilings, great garden and lots of space. The house is over 3,200 Square feet with a huge garden and a French Court with a fountain.

Unique property in Germantown/Salemtown and close to downtown main streets and shoppings. You can walk to the large Bicentennial Park and the farmers' market, and you also have nice little restaurants and supermarket nearby. You feel like you are in the country.
