Amplios dormitorios / baños principales y secundarios y un tercer dormitorio adicional (más pequeño). Impresionantes vistas desde la cocina, sala de estar, dormitorio principal y balcón. Die Lage war perfekt, nur über die ruhige Straße und schon ist man am Strand. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben alles notwendige vorgefunden, so dass wir eigentlich nichts hätten an Küchenausstattung oder sonstigen mitbringen müssen. Mindy hat immer sofort geantwortet, wenn es irgendein Problem gab. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal an die kalifornische Küste fahren.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now, and it’s always amazing. We love the view from the balcony, and the easy few steps to the beach. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything you need! Our host Mindy is always so nice and welcoming. Will stay here again and again!

Our FIFTH year at this beachfront property.

Our three generation (222) group has stayed here five times and will be back again. Location is among the best on The Strip and is a short walk to the harbor or downtown. The owner is easy to communicate with quick to respond, if needed.

This property is perfect for a nice get away! House is fully stocked with everything you need. It is close to great restaurants, shops, and activities! The views from the balcony are beautiful, and the host is amazing! Book it!

A Wonderful Stay!

Mindy’s spacious condo on the north end of the Strand in Oceanside was the perfect location, easy beach access, downtown shops and restaurants (highly recommend Craft Coast Beer & Tacos!) all walkable, and the views from the deck were amazing - from people-watching, breathtaking sunset views, or just relaxing listening to the waves of the Pacific Ocean, this place has it all! The condo was very clean, secure, and we loved that each ample sized, comfy/cozy bedroom had its own full bathroom, with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) in the storage units in the garage, which was secure and convenient to access.Pre-arrival communications were excellent, and Mindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. Both check-in and out instructions were clear and helpful. We stayed a week (not long enough!) and this was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve experienced and will definitely be back!

Unbeatable location

We had a great time. Place was clean and comfortable. The 2 secure parking spots was a bonus. Kitchen was well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. The deck was a tad small for our group (4 adults and 2 kids). Location was perfect. The home is showing its age so don't expect sparkling new but would recommend this rental any time.

The perfect beach stay EVER. The location to the beach, pier, harbor etc is PERFECT. We had our own courtyard with a locket gate so our littles couldn’t escape, we had a dreamy deck to watch the waves and the sunset and we all had plenty of space! We also loved grilling at sunset while watching a movie. Such a kid friendly space. We will definitely rent again!!

Another great stay!

Enjoyed our stay once again. Mindy was very responsive to the only issue we had (coffee maker). She replaced it immediately. Can’t say enough about Mindy, the residence, the location and overall experience.

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful week at this very pleasant VRBO. House was beautifully decorated and very comfortable . It had everything a family would need from beach chairs, toys, dvds, games and full kitchen supplies. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Vacation

Everything was perfect about our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The gated courtyard made us feel safe and the parking was beyond convenient. The view was spectacular and the property itself was immaculate and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to town or the harbor.

Great Condo and Location

This condo was great and we have already booked again for next year. The location is only steps from the beach which is the best part. If you are looking for a beach condo - this is definitely one to book.

Great Condo

We loved our time at the condo. The place is very well taken care of and you can not beat the location. Wish there was a shower in the 3rd bathroom, but we knew about it before we went. We have stayed at many places in Oceanside and this was by far the best stocked for the vacationer. The only con I can come up with is needing a door on the masterbath. Otherwise, a super place and super people to work with.

Perfect Getaway

We had a lovely stay. Mindy was great to work with and she was quick to respond to our questions. The condo was located right across from the beach (small one way road to cross). It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were in our own home. It was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Mindy, we had a fun time!

Oceanside Dream

Amazing location. Spacious and clean. Very welcoming and responsive to questions. We loved staying right across the street from the sand and the waves. One of our highlights was visiting the Thursday sunset market, which happens every week and is within walking distance from the property.

After Christmas Stay

This is a great property with an excellent location between the harbor and the pier as well as being close to many restaurants. It was very well appointed with an amazing kitchen that was well stocked. It was very private and very quiet. Mindy was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with.

Location, Location!! We wanted a second home nearby (we live 20 minutes away) that we could retreat to and share great memories with friends and family. We love the ocean and beach lifestyle! We also chose this property because it can easily accommodate a larger family. We hope you love it as much as we do!
