Cabaña remodelada y contemporánea en el corazón de Pacific Beach / Crown Point que hemos puesto a disposición de los vacacionistas que aman San Diego tanto como nosotros. A solo 3 cuadras de Fanual Park y Sail Bay, disfrute de kayak, paddle, vela, esquí acuático, andar en bicicleta o un paseo panorámico a lo largo de las 15 millas de paseo marítimo que envuelve la bahía y a lo largo de Mission y Pacific Beach. También estamos a solo 7 cuadras de la playa, donde puedes disfrutar de boogie boarding, surf o leer un libro. O solo a 5-6 cuadras de restaurantes, supermercados, bares, cafeterías y tiendas.

Esta cabaña cuenta con una nueva cocina y baño, terraza abierta, mesa exterior cubierta con sombrilla, encimeras de granito, lavavajillas, WIFI, TV de pantalla plana, roku, netflix, parrilla de gas al aire libre, tablas de surf, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, refrigerador, ropa de cama, golpe -secador, plancha y tabla de planchar, tostadora, cafetera, cama matrimonial, espejo de cuerpo entero, mucho espacio de almacenamiento, ESTACIONAMIENTO y todas las comodidades que necesita para disfrutar de su estadía. A solo minutos de SeaWorld, el mundialmente famoso zoológico de San Diego, Balboa Park, Old Town con sus excelentes restaurantes mexicanos, Belmont Park y su auténtica montaña rusa de madera de 1920, SeaPort Village, el GasLamp Quarter del centro de San Diego, el Centro de Convenciones y Petco Park .

A media hora de LegoLand, a 40 minutos de The Wild Animal Park, a 75 minutos de la pintoresca ciudad histórica de la fiebre del oro de Julian, en las montañas, y otros 30 minutos más allá se encuentra el hermoso Parque Estatal del Desierto Anza Borrego. Wonderful stay! The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and answered messages in a timely manner. The house was clean, comfortable, and offered us everything we needed! Perfect for two people. Fairly close to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants so walking was pretty accessible. Lovely neighborhood and we loved using the porch for some nice meals outside in the sun. Would highly recommend this place and would rent it again!

Great little place in an excellent location. Perfect for a couple and easy walk to the various beaches (bay or ocean) and restaurants and shops. Owners were super responsive to any issues/questions. Had a great stay visiting our son and his fiance a few blocks away without being too intrusive ;) Highly recommend!!!

Perfect little spot

Stayed here for about a week, super clean and great little place close to the beach and PB. Host was awesome and helpful in handling any questions. Check in was easy. Would recommend staying here.

Great Spot near Pacific Beach

Overall, this is a great property with good proximity to the Pacific Beach area (far enough away from noisy bars if you prefer).The unit is smaller, but still cozy and well furnished. Fans and A/C come in handy for warmer days - as does the front deck and BBQ grill. Some of the appliances are a little outdated by modern standards, but they still function well when you need them.

Great location near bay and beach

Cute little cottage with enough amenities for a 5 day stay. Bed was very comfortable. A/C in living room cooled front of cottage quickly. Location was perfect for us to visit family living in PB. Every morning walked about 3 miles to the beach strand and back. Great to have a parking spot. Always great to have a washer and dryer, and smart TV, too.

We had a wonderful vacation! The place was clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures. We were very pleased with the accommodations. We would have liked more timely information about details on key pick up and deposit return. It made us nervous that we might be part of a scam. Thank goodness, we weren't. We would love to try this again.

Kathleen, I'm so glad you had a wonderful stay. This is what we aim for. Our welcome letters are suppose to go out automatically through the VRBO site so you can access all the information when you like. Unfortunately, the system has been a bit unreliable. Pacific Beach during the Christmas holidays

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this location. Owners had made some significant upgrades since our initial stay in 2022 (better HVAC and entrance/deck). The location and cottage is perfect for 2 adults. Location is close to Mission Bay and within walking distance to everything in the Pacific Beach area. Check-in this time was a little cumbersome but that was because the owners were in the process of upgrading the cottages locks. The host was immediately available to assist us with the new automated lock system. Once access to the new lock system was resolved it was apparent that the upgraded lock was much better than the previous keyed system. We didn't need off street parking on this trip but there is a space right in front of the cottage which is very convenient. We would book this location in the future.

Never get a chance to get into the property

It was a night mare to get in touch with host I have to end renting an hotel room my plans were change big time wife mad at me!!🤔🙄☹️

As hosts, we always encourage guests to inform us about their estimated arrival time, especially if it is outside our regular check-in hours. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and ensure a seamless check-in process. Unfortunately, in your case, we did not receive any communication from you regarding your late arrival, which made it difficult for us to anticipate your schedule. Upon your arrival close to midnight, we were not aware that you were outside the property, unclear about the lockbox. Had we known about your late arrival, we would have certainly made sure to remain awake and available to assist you in any way possible. However, since we received no communication from you, we assumed that you had successfully accessed the property and had gone to sleep. While we provide detailed check-in information, we apologize if it was unclear to you. We strive to improve our instructions and make them as user-friendly as possible to avoid any confusion in the future. We want to emphasize that we have been hosting guests for over 10 years, and we take great pride in providing a positive and comfortable experience for all our visitors. We have never had to cancel a reservation or had a guest unable to access our cottage due to difficulties with the lockbox. Nonetheless, we understand that your experience was an exception, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Nice little Pacific Beach cottage

The rental was clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple and parking was available, though we didn't use it. 20 minute walk to the beach was direct and lovely, while the PB businesses of Garnet and Grand were just a few short blocks away. The neighborhood felt very safe and other than a Saturday night garage band across the street, quiet too. (The band wrapped up promptly at 10:30p). The only short-coming was the _very_ creaky bed. It wasn't unstable, just loud. The mattress and foam topper were also too soft for my taste. Overall, a solid choice in PB for a couple on a long weekend.

Great neighborhood, clean & tidy, but disappointing

The best thing abt this rental is the location. PB is only 7 blocks away & with lots of bars & places to eat. The place is clean & tidy, but small. The patio is in full sun in the afternoon, and the umbrella does not provide usable shade b/c the porch is narrow, except early morning, and later in the evening. We stayed here in August, which can be hot, even in SD. The A/C unit cools the front room, but you need the floor fan for the bedroom & even then, it's warm. The biggest problems we had were the TV & the wifi. The TV/entertainment devices had three unlabelled remote devices. No instructions of any kind, not even to tell you which remote to use for what device. When we tried the Roku button on one device, it said that Roku was not connected. The TV has only 5 channels - all local TV. No national channels. The wifi was weak - the TV would freeze. Our Surface Pro & Ipad had weak/slow connections too, and we could not get a signal for our computers on the porch. Three internet speed tests gave an average download speed of 12.5 Mbps, and upload speed of 15.6 Mbps. No tissue paper & no bath soap for the tub/shower. Plenty of TP. Weird.

Bill never reached out to us about any of his concerns about the cottage. We live 5 min away in Pacific Beach and could have addressed several of his concerns immediately. Note that this stay was during the height of the pandemic, and we were doing our best to support and supply our cottage for our guests. Since Bill’s stay, we made several upgrades to the cottage’s interior and exterior. Below we list some of these to address the issues Bill mentions: 1. The patio has a new larger umbrella that provides a good shade during the day. 2. We have a new AC/heating system installed that sufficiently cools/heats the cottage year-round. 3. During Bill’s stay the Wi-Fi/TV issues we had were due to faulty AT&T equipment that was intermittently failing. This took a while for AT&T to fix since this was during the pandemic and their technicians were overloaded with repairs for people working from home. After this repair, the internet access and TV are working very well. 4. The TV has Roku, including a cable app that offers free access to +45 channels (including ESPN Sports). You can also run your favorite streaming app via Roku. During Bill’s stay the TV didn’t work well due to the AT&T issues mentioned above. 5. We keep the cottage well stocked with supplies, but sometimes our cleaning crew may miss things. That’s why we ask our guest to reach out to us immediately if something is not to their satisfaction so we can address it directly. 6. Apart from the list above, the cottage is repainted outside and inside, has new floors, a new bed with a memory foam mattress, and a new fence to the outside patio.

Excellent Central PB Location

Nice clean cottage, newly renovated. The location is excellent for the price. You are just a few blocks from the bay (Sail Bay), walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Close enough to the beach as well. Was very relaxing just sitting out and having drinks on the front deck area. Grill seemed brand new as well, very easy to use. I'd certainly recommend this unit as a place for 2 people to getaway and enjoy PB!

Relaxed vacation!

Extremely clean place and centrally located to beach and restaurants. (It’s a full mini-home even with washer & dryer!). Quiet neighborhood! My daughter and I traveled to work / do school remotely while enjoying the nice weather & beaches in San Diego! Loved the stay!

Cottage Short Drive to Beaches

Clean cottage with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Owners were very kind, accessible and helpful when I had questions. Might be a tight squeeze in bedroom for more than one person, but workable. Took a while to figure out all the options on the TV, so would be nice to have some simple instructions
