Nuestra cabaña boscosa privada con chimenea de roca masiva, WIFI y cable

Nuestro privada cabaña de madera se encuentra en el bosque con su propia entrada privada y riachuelo. Tiene todas las comodidades y lujos de la vida moderna, y es agradable y acogedor para hasta 5 personas. Hay un dormitorio privado y un dormitorio tipo loft con dos camas tamaño queen, así un sofá seccional de gran tamaño con una tumbona. Todos los muebles y el interior de la cabina son nuevas y confortables.
La cabina se encuentra aproximadamente a 10 millas desde el lado sur del lago mountain de Smith en coche, y un par de minutos a pie del río Pigg para pescar Bass (aunque tendrá que traer su propio polo).
Nos encontramos en nuestros propios 12 acres que se unen a más de 180 acres de bosque virgen, por lo general, es un montón de la vida silvestre y el paisaje hermoso no importa qué época del año que visita.

Cute little cabin in the woods!

I stayed with my husband and our two dogs. There was a creek nearby and my water loving dog had a blast running around and playing in the creek. Very peaceful property.

This cabin was perfect in its location and amenities. We were able to escape in privacy in a beautiful part of the country. Will definitely stay again and recommend others to do the same.

We loved the quiet little cabin. It was being renovated, but was still a beautiful stay. Lots of hiking trails within driving distance too.

Wonderful stay

This cabin is cute, clean, and cozy and Michelle was very friendly and accommodating. One thing to note is that the property is labeled 5680C at the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy getaway

My husband totally loved it. My dog was very comfortable as well. We set up his bed from home in front of the fireplace and he was out like a light. We couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace but it was all good because it was warm from the heaters in there. Definitely like to revisit in the summer months.

Peaceful retreat

Quaint, cozy cabin in the woods on a creek. Loved stargazing at night. Great location in Smith Mountain Lake area. Dogs loved running around outside, plenty of open space.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful land, beautiful time.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here for a few days in March. The cabin is very well furnished, very comfortable, and clean. Michelle was great in getting contact with us when we had questions and I would highly recommend staying with them. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!!

Peaceful Getaway

The overall experience of our cabin getaway was very pleasant. I felt that everything we needed to just relax and enjoy nature, was available. Having a campfire at night and looking up at the stars was beautiful. We will gladly come back in the future to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We had such a good time in this cabin. It is very secluded but beautiful and even has a small creek in the woods near the property. About 40 minutes away from marinas and restaurants but totally worth the drive. Highly recommend!

Private, cozy getaway.

The house is located in a small hollow with a stream running near it. No other visible man-made properties to be seen. Extremely private, beautiful natural vegetation. How amenities are basic but OK. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location!

If you are looking for a secluded cabin in the woods this is it!!! Very nice, well kept cabin, perfect for a couple who needs a quiet get a way! And don't forget the dogs! There's a creek out back that they loved! I had a minor issue unlocking the door but Michelle had that fixed within minutes. Highly recommend!!!

The cabin was clean, especially the bathroom. I would encourage the house cleaner sweep under the beds, there was candy and a large clump of hair under the bed in the loft & dirt under the bed in the master bedroom. The front door did not lock, we notified the owner and she thanked us & did not repair it. Frankly, I felt the owner wrote snippy replies. The cabin is appropriately priced for the size, amenities and location.

Private and secluded

This property was as advertised. The seclusion was absolute. Nice to not hear or see any neighbors or traffic. The house had some nice touches including updated bathroom, nice kitchen appliances and excellent bedding. My couple of suggestions would be to clean up the outdoor space and perhaps finish the kitchen cabinets. The deck table and chairs needed a good cleaning to be useful but we didn't have the supplies to do it. The patio firepit was left rather messy by previous guests. However, we found the creekside firepit to be pleasant. All in all, a good experience and would recommend.

Awesome remote cabin

The secluded cabin was exactly what we wanted and expected! We used the cabin as a base to go do activities at Smith Mountan Lake and hiking to McAfee Knob near Roanoke. Loved having the stream at the edge of the property! A couple of suggestions would be having an outdoor grill available as the fire pit is difficult to get the needed grilling temp; and provide better quality trash bags. The bags provided split with only the slightest bit of weight and pressure and since the trash needs to be hauled in our vehicle to the nearby dumping bins, it would be better to have bags that hold up to the hauling. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!
