Very clean condo with recent updates. Some construction going on around the complex but it did not disturb us. Our only complaint is there was no covered parking and the supplied beach chairs were in poor condition. There were beach chairs at the beach for free and we grabbed an umbrella to take. Justin was happy to fix this issue if it was a problem. He communicated very quickly with us. Overall, we loved it and would stay again!

Very nice stay!

Overall a very nice 1 bedroom condo! Location was perfect and the grounds were well kept. The condo had everything needed for our short beach vacation.

Best places to relax

Everything was so easy with Justin the host of this unit, nice very clean , excellent place for relaxing and enjoy the beach ⛱️, was my second time in this unit and was really niceeeee.100 % recommend.

Cute Villa

Easy walk to the beach! Loved beach chairs on the beach! Villa was clean with plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. Having laundry room in the villa was awesome! Three pools!!! We enjoyed coffee on the cute little terrace. Overall excellent stay!

perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key . This villa was perfect . The property is lovely and close to everything. The villa was clean and anything you needed was there . Justin the host was very professional and reachable . The trolley stop right in front of the property was a plus. It made it very convenient to enjoy the island without having to take the car . The beach is just beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay :)

We had a great time staying at the condo. Everything was as pictured. One negative was the fact the floor was very dirty when we arrived, so with a crawling baby that was the first thing we had to do. Otherwise Justin was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Quiet Condo on private beach

This was a Mom/Daughter trip before my daughter leaves to study abroad. Beautiful condo and great location. Justin called us personally before our arrival which I have never experienced from a VRBO before. Great service! It is a short walk to the beach with lounge chairs. No umbrella but the condo had some to use. The parking is right in front of condo so easy to unload luggage/grocery. The refrigerator makes lots of ice and the air conditioner works great. Very important in Florida in August! Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention to detail that has gone into its upkeep. The decor and furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the location to the beach and pools. Every aspect of the home was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly set this rental apart was the exceptional communication provided by Justin Shirley. He was responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Great relaxing stay near the beach

The place has many great things about it. Great parking, so clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, great communication from the host, and near a lot of good restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can easily fix meals there too. It really had everything we needed during our stay. There is very little to complain about, but the bathroom was the main negative for us. Very little water pressure, so hard to wash thicker hair. And there is only a shower with no seat or ledge. So if your are a person who shaves your legs, you will have to get creative. I would absolutely stay here again if I am back in the Sarasota area.

Shhhh...Quiet, Siesta Key Condo

A comfortable condo with all we needed for a relaxing vacation week. The full size kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove/oven microwave, dishwasher and ample counter space was fully equipped and made eating-in convenient. the condo included a washer/dryer combo unit with complementary soap and conditioner. The covered parking space was convenient and couldn't be closer, right by the entry door, so unloading luggage and groceries was easy. It was amazingly quiet inside the condo and outside as well. The private white sand ocean beach within 10-15 minutes was easy to reach and never crowded. The 3 pools were always clean. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay, and our Vrbo host Justin was always available and responded quickly & positively via text to any questions or needs we had.

Nice slice of paradise

Our stay was great All the way around . Our host was very detailed and kept up up to date on when the room was ready to any gate or room codes we would need as well as made the office at our destination aware of our arrival to get us a parking pass . Siesta key is an amazing place to vacation and the process of booking normally causes anxiety for me but between our host being on top of everything and being available for any questions we had to the spotless place we enjoyed our time and will return again .the place was stocked with basics and even had in room laundry to wash our clothes . Siesta village is a short trolly ride or about 5min drive away and turtle beach or south end of siesta about 10-12 min away but with a private beach and anything you would want to do usually in short walking distance this place is a perfect place to stay . We would highly suggest staying here and hope any of you reading this review enjoy it as much as we did . Thanks again to our host Justin for letting us stay at your place .

Annual Girls Trip

We had a great time in SK. Our childhood friend group has been traveling there for several years and we have stayed at several different places. We loved this property a lot but there were a few things that would have made it better. The beach equipment that is provided was broken and very used. We had to get our own and that was more cost since we flew. The community does have access to the chairs on the beach with no charge though. There is only one mirror and that is in the bathroom. That made getting ready for dinner and outings very complicated for 5 women. It’s quite a walk to the beach but the scenery is beautiful! Way better than staying across the street or off the key. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Siesta Key

This place was perfect for my husband and me. Plenty of space, clean and uncluttered. Nice kitchen to cook meals, plenty of beach and bath towels. Has both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The bedroom is big with lots of closet and bureau space. The 3 heated pools are fantastic and not crowded. The walk to the beautiful private beach took us about 6 minutes. It is not the closest unit to the beach, but it really was not an issue. One of the pools and the grill are just steps away from this unit. The community was very friendly, both owners and renters. I enjoyed walking to the beach every morning at sunrise to collect shells and sand dollars and every evening to see the beautiful sun set. We walked to Captain Curts Village a few times to have drinks at the Sniki Tiki bar. Bridget was a fantastic bar tender! They also have great food there and at their restaurant next to it. It is a mile away, but you can easily take the free trolley. Siesta Key Village, which is about a mile and a half the other way, is also great to visit and we had fun and some great meals at restaurants there also. There is also entertainment at both villages. We like to walk but did take the trolley once and it is super easy! Justin was excellent and got back to me immediately when ever I reached out to him. He made checking in and checking out super easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Great time at Jamaica Royale

This one bedroom/bath unit was perfect for my wife and I. It's located near the entrance of Jamaica Royale and has a dedicated parking space right in front of your door. The Yale combo lock on the entrance door means there are no keys needed, just a pass code. The unit had fairly new appliances and came with a tower washer/dryer which was a great addition. I can also say that the wifi was super fast. There are three pools within a short walking distance. And while the walk to the beach took about15 minutes it was totally worth it. The beach is outstanding and there are plenty of facility supplied lounge chairs available for your use. And because most of the beach is private it never gets super busy like the public beaches. We were fortunate to have great weather during our two week stay and really had a great time. I highly recommend this facility.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Beautiful updated condo. Just a short walk to the beach. Loved the private beach area as it was much quieter than the public beach location. The complex has several pools that we took advantage of. Location is just about a mile and a half from town. Was able to get to town using free transportation several times. We would definitely stay here again!
