Jamaica Royale's private BEACH FRONT community is just steps away from the soft white quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach which has been voted #1 beach in the USA year after year! Enjoy beach, pool and sunsets from the huge balcony (like no other on the key) of this 4th floor, beautifully decorated with a coastal look, two bedroom, two bath unit. Granite counter tops in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and three flat screen TVs. Jamaica Royale has three heated freshwater pools, one of which overlooks the beach. This unit is spotless and has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach.

This condo was PERFECT for our family of 5! Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony and kitchen window, with very easy access to the pool and beach! Amy was very helpful and organized. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, and beach toys! We will definitely be back!

Amy’s condo is the best place we’ve ever stayed in siesta key. It is equipped with everything you need and then some. Amy has thought of everything! The decor, the furnishings, the cookware, coolers, games, toys, you name it and it’s is there! Comfy beds, perfect location. We will never stay anywhere else. Thank you Amy for being so accommodating with our flight changes and hosting us another night.

We absolutely loved this property and it met all of our expectations and then some. We had friends staying with us at another condo and they asked for the listing so they can book next time they come. It was also really easy to communicate with the owners and they responded quickly as well.

Absolute perfection! This condo is not only at an ideal location, close to beach, shops and restaurants, but also equipped with everything you need for the perfect trip, short or long duration. The condo is very clean, open and tastefully decorated. The pool is well-kept and the beautiful beach is only a few steps away. We cannot speak higher of our stay or working with the host. Can't wait to come back next year!

Our family really enjoyed staying here! Spent so much time out on the huge balcony. Our kids loved the pool too! Clean and really appreciated the extra beach stuff there since we flew down and couldn’t pack the beach toys. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach getaway

This property was lovely. The decor was beautiful and the condo had everything we could have needed. Going into the property was a long drive through construction of small units (from the hurricane damage-no fault of the owner) but once at Tower 1 it was better. Parking spaces are parallel parking. The condo was beautiful and the huge patio had partial ocean views that were so nice. Our only complaint was the guest bedroom was really warm and no pull out sofa in the living room which was cooler. The bathrooms were small but functional. Really liked the bottom drawers where the hair dryers were. The master room was huge and so was the closet. The room itself had beautiful views of the ocean. The guest room was nice also with 2 queen beds and the closet had a vanity in it. It would have been great had it not been really warm. The beach itself was awesome! Nice main pool that opened 9-9. We mainly went to the beach and really loved it.

Oceanfront Perfection

This was our first visit to Siesta Key, and we were extremely happy with this oceanview condo! The amenities were exactly as described by the host. Amy was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony during our children’s nap times and for relaxing at night. We loved the easy access to both the pool and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!

Close to Beach!

This property was very close to the beach. The inside of the property is beautiful and has all you need including beach chairs and toys if you have kiddos. Although trolley and frog hop transportation is great here if you dont have a car the walk to transportation is long!!! The property manager was great and communicated with us as well as shared a lot about where to go and what to do. Gilligans was our favorite place in the Village.
