*** Esta cabaña se encuentra a unos 10 minutos de Elk Springs Resort ya sólo 15 minutos del centro de Gatlinburg. Fácil de llegar, cómodo y sin embargo aislado.

Not so satisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is big enough but not clean. The lights in the kitchen and dinning area are very dusty and the bedsheets and comforters on every bedroom looks very old and not tidy.

Beautiful location

Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

Heavenly Heights

The property was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular from all 3 decks. The fire pit was enjoyed and it was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house and there were plenty of kitchen essentials. Maintenance came within hours to fix an issue we had. Communication was excellent with the staff at Rlk Springs Resort. Would highly recommend Heavenly Heights for a wonderful time.

Gatlinburg family vacation

Reviewer Comments: Our experience was the most bear related we have ever had going to the mountains. We saw trash not only around the cans but out in the yard. We picked up marshmallows all around the fire pit, then watched a bear walk through the back yard. On Wednesday we called for a trash pick up and the man who came did not have enough room in his car to take all the trash. On Thursday we watched a mother bear and two cubs walk through the back yard. Tuesday was raccoon day. The lady bugs would scare the grand kids.

The outside fire pit we loved but I would suggest a walkway to it since you had to walk down a hill to avoid accidents.

A peaceful stay, both close enough to the surrounding towns yet far away from the noise. We left and already started planning out next trip. We will definitely use elk spring resorts again!

Beautiful views, nicely decorated and room for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and even booked this cabin again next year. Very nice cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was nice and still decorated for Christmas when we arrived. The view from the living room and front porch were amazing. It was quite secluded and quiet which made for a very enjoyable stay. The fire pit was also a nice addition. My only suggestion would be that the bathrooms be updated or cleaned a little better.

Family Vacation at Heavenly Heights Gatlinburg

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience with Elk Springs resorts and staying at Heavenly Heights was great. The only problems we had were that the washing machine didn’t work properly and the gas grill ran out of gas about 10 mins into lighting it. A bear wondered up to the property while we were there, so that was super cool to see!
