Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean spacious house for a group of 14. Beautiful views. Couldn't do a lot outside on the property as bears were around every hour or so. They were fun to watch but had to keep kids inside as we weren't sure they would use caution. Had sooo much fun inside though playing with cousins. Location was good as we could easily drive to all activities/attractions.

Terrible from beginning to end

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and 8 others rented out a cabin for my bachelor trip this past weekend, and the experience was beyond awful. We started off our night by losing power to half the cabin and losing our water. Maintenance was able to fix the power, but was unable to get our water up and running. They ended up having to move us, but were unable until the next day at 7:30pm. That’s right. We had 8 guys sharing a cabin without water for over 24 hours. They moved us into another place that had an AC flooding the arcade, all dishes and pans were dirty and loaded in the dishwasher, and the gas for the grill was left on and empty. We were offered a refund of $165 for the absurd amount of issues we had. It totally ruined our trip.

We did address the reported issues in a timely manner and, in an effort to make things right, we also relocated you to another cabin and provided compensation. We always want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would have been happy to address any additional concerns had they been brought to our attention during your stay. Thank you for your time and review. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Family Vacation 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heavenly Heights is a very beautiful cabin. We had 8 adults and 7 kids from ages 12-4. We were able to spread out with the 4 king bedrooms. The bunk room was very nice for the kids. The theater room was a great hangout for both adults and kids. We also enjoyed the hot tub. However, the cabin does need some TLC. It needs a good deep clean and some attention to details. We found several objects under the couches that did belong to us. Some of the floor boards need to be replaced. Also some boards on the deck have become soft. We also had to replace a batterty in one of the smoke detectors. The mountain view was beautiful! Some upper branches need to be trimmed to enhance the view. We also had a Mama bear and her three cubs that made daily visits. We enjoyed seeing them.I would give the property 3.5 stars. A little love and deep clean would bring this property up to 5 stars.

Beautiful location

Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 9 adults and 4 children all under the age of 5. Plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect and the view was everything I hoped for. It was less than a 30 minute drive to all of the attractions in town. However, the cabin feels like you are the only ones on the mountain. We saw several black bears around the cabin, we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us.
