Fantastic Venue

The deck and waterfront were amazing. Great view and location was nice and quiet. Great communication with host. All of our various phone services had great signals. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

Great property for large group to be together at the lake. The house was well equipped, nicely shaded and very roomy. The expansive deck and wide open, quiet cove was our favorite!

Perfect Weekend Getaway for a Group!

A perfect fit for our group of 14. It was the perfect weekend getaway with plenty of space for everyone, an excellent downstairs kitchen that was well stocked with plenty of utensils and equipment for meal prep, and great access to the lake. The host helped set us up for a seamless arrival and weekend. Super easy check in, super simple check out. Highly recommend this location for your group events!

Very relaxing while having fun in the sun

We were very comfortable in the lake house. Everyone had plenty of space and the dock with A jumping platform was an extra bonus For the grandkids.

Great experience!

This home was a perfect size for our big group of friends and family. It made it a really special trip to all be under one roof. I loved how spread out the layout is. It made it so it never felt crowded. The outdoor seating was great and we really enjoyed having a dock and platform to jump off of. I would highly recommend this property!

Great weekend in the Ozarks

Celebrated a bachelor party here with 13 people. Enough space for everyone to crash, with a couple people using a couch/cot. Multiple fridges to hold all our food and drinks was a plus. The expansive deck space was was perfect for games, grilling, and getting a little shade. The dock was a fun spot to jump into the water. Would stay again.

There was plenty of room to accommodate our group comfortably. We loved having our own access to the lake, which we enjoyed every day. Any questions I had at the beginning of our stay were answered promptly. We have been discussing making this a summerly habit.

Outdoor deck and boat dock are wonderful!

This was a great spot for my friends and their spouses to get together. The dock was a little rocky at peak lake times, but that's going to be mostly everywhere. And it's 100% better to have a dock than to not have one! Highly recommend this house!

Loved the patio area

The septic smell was there the whole time which was very bad, the shower faucet fell off and what followed was very strange to expect the renters to get part and fix it?

Thank You for your review as this allows room for improvements to be made on our end to better serve users. I do apologize for any inconvenience you had encountered. Though the new septic system smell was very bad, upon our arrival, we had repairmen working on narrowing down the situation to resolve the issue. Your guest arrived 2 hours prior to check in. You son-in-law volunteered to assist the repairman & the gesture was very appreciative. However, had they called ahead of time to advise of an early arrival, they would not encounter the repairmen & problem we could had been address issue in a timely fashion rather than during your stay. Regarding the Faucet, there appears to be a misunderstanding. When we receive the call that evening that a faucet was broken, it was stated it can be fixed as soon as I can get a plumber down to the house, I will not have a time frame until I contact them in the morning. I advise IF the repair had to be fixed immediately, you would need to repair it yourself, I will refund you. At no point I indicated that this was to be done. It was also brought to your attention the following day when I had confirmed a plumber was arriving, we spoke if the odor was still lingering. You stated you will deal with it & continue to rent knowing there was an odor. After you had left the Septic repairmen arrived & the odor problem was resolved. Again sorry for the inconvenience.
