Frente a la playa: muy cerca de la playa del océano (a poca distancia) con vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos de 180 grados.

Piense en los tres 'L''s: ubicación, baja densidad y lujo. Este condominio en el noveno piso está ubicado directamente en el mejor tramo (amplio, claro y suave pendiente) de la playa en la Bahía de Banderas.

Las unidades de aire acondicionado en cada habitación están divididas en zonas con controles individuales para minimizar el uso eléctrico. Caldera de agua a gas y cocina. Lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. La gran terraza frente al mar cuenta con sofá, sillón, mesa ovalada de vidrio (comedor para 6) y barbacoa.

Este condominio de 3 dormitorios + 2 baños está completamente amueblado y está ubicado en un vecindario de alta gama lleno de mansiones multimillonarias que se extienden hacia el norte. Piscina infinita común climatizada frente a la playa. Playa privada (acceso mediante puerta activada por teclado) con palapas y sillas. Seguridad 24/7 en este complejo de condominios cerrados. Perfect for our family!

The host was so nice, and Claudia communicated so well! We had everything we needed for the weekend, and it was so close to restaurants and the shopping center.

The place is better than advertised. Attractive, clean, comfortable. Great views from a huge covered deck. We will return.

Premium location, beautiful condo

There is no better location than Kite Tower in Nuevo. Five star condo, situated right on the beach. The unit has everything you need from comfortable living arrangements all accessories and spacious condo.

Best Vacation Condo

The property was great, location was perfect, the amenities and access to the beach were fantastic. The owner and property manager communicate well and met all of our needs coupled with addressing any of our concerns or questions. We had a few meals prepared for us which were probably the best food we ate over our stay vs going out to restaurants. Best family trip we have had in a long time.

won't disappoint

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The only downside for us was the restaurants and groceries are over 2 mi. away. Plenty of taxis are available for a ride. The property is very clean and secure. We had a great time and will be back.

Perfecto!

We had a perfect couple of weeks in this rental! The owner, onsite complex staff, and property managers were friendly, outgoing, helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained and the condo itself was well appointed with everything needed to enjoy this piece of paradise. Thanks much to Harry, Maricela and Claudia for all the help, timely follow up and for making this vacation perfecto! We hope to be back! ¡Gracias por todo!

The host is entirely disingenous. The unit had NO hot water, the toilets did not flush, the washing machine leaked, the furniture in the unit is NOT what is listed in the photos, but most importantly, there was an ACTIVE safety threat (fire hazard) in the unit during our stay! The host assured me that he would refund our entire cost. Now, he is refusing to do so. Terrible experience. I intend to follow up with the Attorneys General in the States of Colorado and Texas, as well as the Real Estate Council of Ontario as it seems the Host, Harry, is a realtor in Canada (though he told me on the phone he was an American in the States when I spoke with him … yet another fabrication.)*VRBO: This Host, Harry, should be prohibited from renting out this unit again without a complete and full inspection done to ensure its safety and habitability.
Discovered surrounding the water heater. Maintenance men told me it was DANGEROUS and FLAMMABLE! Asked if I wanted it removed, to which I replied ABSOLUTELY!

El departamento tiene una hermosa vista y esta ubicado justo sobre la playa, las fotos no le hacen justicia de lo bonito que es y además equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Espectacular

A mi familia y a mi nos encanto la estancia, todo muy limpio ademas que cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar las vacaciones, la ubicacion esta excelente frente al mar y las atenciones fueron muy buenas. Nos encanto que nos permitieran hospedar a nuestra mascota, ya que se divirtio mucho junto con nosotros.

Amazing stay!

Definitely one of the best stays we've ever had. The home was prefect for family of 5 and the hospitality of the host was great! The communication was above and beyond and checkin process was super easy. The view from the balcony alone is worth the price. Pool access is convenient and you've got a private beach just steps from the pool. We WILL be back again and again.

Great holiday with our kids

We loved the apartment. Not only the view is incredible, but the location was great. We were surprised with a welcome bottle of wine and tequila. Also, the security team helped us when we needed water or food. There is a walking distance store for anything else. Looking forward to repeat this trip soon.

Beautiful location, fabulous condo and amazing staff!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax, have the beach almost to yourself and still be a short taxi or bike ride away from great food and activities, this is the place for you. The support team is amazing. If you have never been to Mexico or are frequent visitors to PV/NV and don't want to stay at a mega resort with schools of other vacationers this is the place for you!

Perfect place for our family vacation!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this property. We were provided a delicious breakfast on our first morning there by the Housecleaner, which promoted us to hire her to cook us dinner in our condo later during our stay! This is our 4th stay at Kite Tower 2; first time in this particular condo. We love the pool, beach and secure location. We definitely plan to return!

Nice Condo!

Condo is as advertised. Had an issue with A/C, which took a few days to repair. The location, grounds, Staff (David, Roberta et. al), are great. The only other comment I would make is that the condo (I have stayed in four others and this is typical) needs an upgrade - painting, bedding, replace rusting towel holders, etc.

Truly on the most beautiful beach in h bay

We had a lovely 3 month stay. The deck on this unit is wonderful lots of room. The bedrooms are spacious,and beds comfortable. The only downside we found is the small kitchen with limited storage. The living room is also small,but we were on the deck most of the time. Good wifi and good TV.
