Precioso condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios ubicado en la playa privada y prístina de Nuevo Vallarta. Nuestro edificio es único, ya que solo tiene 25 unidades. Es privado, tranquilo y perfecto para una escapada relajante. Estacionamiento cubierto, piscina frente al mar, Palapa frente al mar con parrilla, playa privada, magnífico lobby, jardines impresionantes y seguridad las 24 horas son solo algunas de las comodidades de Playa Vista.
Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el quinto piso y cuenta con una cocina de última generación completamente equipada, sala de estar súper cómoda con TV de pantalla plana, dormitorio principal con vista al mar con un baño precioso y un segundo dormitorio muy espacioso con su propio baño. ¡La súper espaciosa y sorprendente terraza con vista al mar te hará desear nunca haber tenido que irte! La terraza tiene un encantador comedor donde puedes disfrutar de una copa de vino mientras contemplas las hermosas puestas de sol del Océano Pacífico.
A poca distancia del centro comercial, restaurantes y hoteles principales de la zona.
Golf de clase mundial, centros de spa y deportes acuáticos a solo unos minutos.

Lovely condo, well appointed. Huge patio to enjoy the scenery and sunsets! Great sandy beach right outside of property. Quiet in the evenings. Within walking distance of several restaurants and small shopping centre for groceries and services. Ana was most helpful and responsive.

The perfect spot for a week in beautiful Nuevo Vallarta. The condo had a gorgeous view and had everything we needed. Ana was an excellent host. We will definitely book again.

Condo 503 at Playa Vista is awesome!

We had the luxury of renting condo 503 at the Playa Vista for the month of December 2017. We loved it so much we are going back December 2018! This condo is perfect , and we do not know what more it could offer. It is located right on the beach, on the 5th floor. The vistas were unbelievable. It was quiet, very clean and well equipped with all the amenities you would ask for as at home. The flat beach that went out for a long distance when the tide is out was marvelous. Massage availability was so very close. All the staff, right from the housekeepers to the security and the administrator, were amazing. They were all so very helpful. The owner Ana, was a gem to deal with. She was only a phone call or email away. If you love walking as we do, the location can not be beat. To walk in to Bucerias, plan on 1hour and 15 minute along great side walks or cycle along a middle meridian. Many restaurants were available, all within 20 minute walk. If you are not in to walking, there are many taxies and buses to take you to your destination. We highly recommend this condo in this great building. we arrived in the evening when finally got into our unit we felt disappointed the lighting in the place is not nice and even though we were contacted from Anna before saying the bedroom for the second room had been changed into bunk beds overall the unit did not feel the same as the photos I believe it was but feel like it was staged differently in photos. getting into the door was not as easy as it was made out to be and quite honestly we felt like the door was not safe felt like it would take one kick and it would be broken into which made us uncomfortable especially because the second bedroom where our kids stayed was next to the main door.as the trip progressed we realized it is a very safe condo to be in but initially it did not feel this way. there was a lot of dust and dirt in fans and along the tub behind the bathroom sink faucet is gross.AND THE SAFE WAS BROKEN AND NEVER GOT FIXED SO WE HAD TO CARRY MONEY PASSPORTS THE WHOLE TRIP WHICH WAS REALLY NOT COOL AT ALL.this was told to Ana that it was broken and maintenance was called but said couldn't do anything about it and to talk to her. nothing was done about it.we were never told anything about the ice in the fridge didn't know that it was. usable and safe there was also no booklet of information like I have seen in other vrbo's we have stayed in would have been nice to have been given some direction of places near of restaraunts walkable and just a general write up of area once in unit.Beds were foam.

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your review. Although I have to say I’m a bit surprised by it, as in all our exchanges you seemed so happy and kept saying how much you were enjoying the condo. I would like to respond to a couple of things. Yes, the pictures of the FURNITURE were not up to date. Right before your arrival I updated the furniture and bought a brand new living room and gave the entire condo a fresh face of paint, which is why it might have looked a bit different. One would say brand new furniture was really a plus and not something to complain about. I believe the rest of the pictures, specially of the views, kitchen, amenities, beach and building were completely true to what you experienced. Second, the “security” issue. Nuevo Vallarta is considered one of the safest places in the entire country. In 15 years of renting I had never have anyone say they felt unsafe during their stay. Specially considering the building has 24 hr security, security guys, and a locked door in order to enter the building, all of this before even reaching the 5th floor unit where the condo is at. I do apologize for the safe not working and the annoyance this caused. FYI, I have since replaced the safe after we realized the old one had no fix. Regarding the dust you found in the condo, had you said anything about this, I would have been happy to send my cleaning lady again to deal with it. I hope you enjoyed your late check out and thank you again for your preference.

Beautiful condo, incredible views from spacious balcony!

Lovely place, however, beds are very hard! TV is in spanish languages mostly. Other than that, a lovely place. We cooked in the kitchen, ate meals on the balcony and at some great restaurants that were not too far away. Nice restaurant guide in the condo. Fast and efficient response from property management and the staff in the lobby were professional. The lobby is nice too, and the pool is spectacular! Great view, we didn't really want to leave. The place was very clean! If we came back to PV, we would want to stay here again (provided they get new beds). I would have given this place 5 stars if the beds were comfortable. Sorry to mention that, but reviews should be honest. We really liked this place a lot!!!

Great month long vacation in this marvellous condo with a view that can't be beat.

For two 65 yr. olds who are done with crowded and noisy All Inclusive resorts this was the place to be. The condo was clean, the view amazing and the people from Ana the owner to the staff who work at Playa Vista could not have been more helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much that we already booked a month for next year.

Beautiful Condo on Lovely Beach

My husband, son and I rented Ana’s condo for two weeks in March, and it was beautiful. The moment we arrived we were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff at Playa Vista. The condo was very clean and well-stocked with sheets, towels, dishes and cookware. Ana even provided shampoo/conditioner, soap, some coffee and other ‘extras’ that made our stay more comfortable. The condo’s large balcony offers gorgeous views of the pool, ocean (entire bay) and sunsets. Both the beach directly in front of Playa Vista and the salt-water pool were most always quiet, and we sometimes found ourselves the only people there. There are four good restaurants within a short walking distance. A nice, easy 20 minute walk along safe, paved sidewalks lead us to a small mall with a Starbucks, yogurt shop, a decent-sized grocery store and some other gift/clothing stores and restaurants. Ana was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. Upon the initial booking she provided us with helpful information about the condo and about the Nuevo Vallarta and surrounding area. She showed us great kindness and was very helpful with anything we ever needed. We loved staying at Playa Vista and truly enjoyed everything about Ana’s condo. We would stay here again for sure!

Paradise on a perfect beach.

My wife and I first visited Puerto Vallarta in 1979. Since 1988, with the exception of three years, we have been back every year. We stayed at many hotels and a couple of condos. None compare to a stay at this Playa Vista condo, it is truly unique. The building is relatively small and directly on a straight, clean, deep beach. The most beautiful beach for long walks I have seen in the bay area, with very calm waves. Ana's unit is on the 5th floor above the trees. It is in the middle of the building facing the bay and overlooks the spacious pool. There is shade around the pool and many palapas offer shade on the beach. The pool and beach are very quiet, under used by residents many of whom do not rent and are rarely there. Beach vendors a few and far between, perhaps 3/day. You will be delighted to find four restaurants with within 5 minutes walking distance. A nice sized mall is a 20 minute walk from the condo where you will find a mid-sized super market with everything you will need. It is slightly more expensive , but after the cab fare, about the same overall cost as a trip to Mega or Walmart, which a much further away. Ana, who lives in the bay area, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very attentive to any problems and tenant needs. The unit is well stocked with sheets, kitchen utensils, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and filters, and very soft absorbent towels. I just can't say enough good things about Ana and her condo. It is very warm and inviting. I have already arranged to stay there in February 2018 and also January of 2019. You can't be disappointed with a stay in this unit.
