Gorgeous 3 BR, 2-1 / 2 baños casa en el barrio de High Drive.

Disfrutará de una de las mejores vistas de Long´s Peak en cualquier lugar del Valle de Estes desde esta hermosa casa en el vecindario de High Drive (Licencia de Permiso de Operación de Estes Valley # 3100). La casa puede alojar cómodamente a 3 parejas. Cuenta con un dormitorio principal en la planta baja con una cama doble y baño. El segundo piso tiene dos habitaciones con camas queen que comparten un baño.

También hay una habitación "extra" con dos camas individuales.

La planta baja se cuenta con una gran sala enorme que conecta la sala de estar, comedor, cocina y entrada de zona, donde una ventana enorme pie 25x16 ofrece una vista sin igual de pico largo y el rango de frente. Motorizado, cortinas a control remoto proporciona fácil acceso a la protección del sol en los días calurosos o privacidad en la noche.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa, lavavajillas, microondas, horno tostador, licuadora, exprimidor y todos los utensilios de cocina que usted necesita. El salón tiene capacidad para 8 con sillones para la mayoría, una gran televisión de pantalla, reproductor de DVD y un 5. 1 sistema de sonido envolvente Bose que puede transmitir música a través de Bluetooth o USB de su ordenador portátil, teléfono móvil o tablet. We have camped in RMNP and rented VRBO’s in the Estes Park area for over 30 years. This was the 2nd year in a row our family stayed at Wolf’s Lodge. We love the beautiful views from the deck - and from the wall of windows in the great room. Location is a quiet neighborhood close to the Beaver Meadows entrance of the park. We spent most of our time in the park but we enjoyed the large screen tv for movie night. It has a well appointed kitchen. Bird and Jim is just down the road & we try to eat there at least once each trip. The owner Marty was great to work with! We will rent this home again & recommend it to anyone!

Everything was amazing again!! This is our second time staying at this property and both times have been excellent. Marty is responsive and great to work with. The house is well kept and was perfect for our family of four and my in-laws. The views are definitely unbeatable too!! We will be back again.

The house was perfect and the view was AMAZING!! We had a 4 deer that would greet us with their presence every morning. This was a great place to stay!!

Great Experience

From the start this was an enjoyable experience. Marty is great to deal with and went out of his way to make sure the property would meet our needs for our family! The views from the windows and deck are amazing! Very clean, very cozy and the kitchen was great! It really felt like home!

Beautiful Home & Great location!

Stayed Sept 13-19, 2024. Wonderful property in a great high drive location with everything we needed for our stay. Conveniently close to the Beaver Meadows entrance of RMNP yet only a 5 min drive to the shops in downtown Estes. We loved the cleanliness of this newer home and amazing views of Longs Peak from the large deck and from the 2 story windows! Large master suite which could be appropriate for older parents or grandparents as the home has zero entry to the main floor. We also enjoyed the use of the one car garage: our 4Runner fit nicely-as would a car or van, but it’s not designed for a full size pickup like our Tundra. Marty was very easy to work with during booking and once we arrived answered questions about the cabin very promptly. The instruction manual he sent was very detailed and descriptive. This home has all the amenities including a comfortable sectional to seat a family and 86” flat screen which we only used once to watch a college football game - too many other things to enjoy in the park and in town! September is our favorite time to visit RMNP and the elk rut did not disappoint with so many bulls bugling and herds running around. We also had a mule deer family hanging out in the back yard. Aspens were just starting to turn in town - and already blazing orange at higher elevations like Bear Lake. We have stayed in VRBOs for the past 20 years and we agree this is our favorite! Already booked for 2025!

Perfect Getaway Next to Rocky Mountain National Park

The view of Longs Peak through the large back windows is incredible! Beds were comfortable, windows easy to open and close for ventilation, motorized shades on large windows made it easy to keep the sun out. Largest kitchen of any place we have stayed and very well stocked. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners. Well stocked Safeway in town that is a 5-10 minute drive away. Communication with owner was flawless. House is a short ways up a dirt road with other houses scattered about; setting was perfect. Next time we stay in Estes Park we will definitely plan to rent this house again.

Beautiful property and perfect location!

The house is just as listed, clean and very comfortable for a large family or group. Great location in a small neighborhood, restaurants and markets very close to the house. Everything you need is provided. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a nice, comfortable and centrally located vacation home.

Not sure how else this could have been any better - we had a great time - this house is in a great location, was able to handle our large group easily, and the entire rental process including communication early and often was top notch!

Excellent Location

Probably the most comfortable rental we have stayed in, from the great room with extra large tv, comfortable couch, large windows with electric blinds and incredible views. Lots of space for everyone and clean. My family loved it and i would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Estes Park.

Amazing home, location and view

This is a fantastic property. Close to Estes but quiet. Access to national park very close. View of mountains is incredible. Home is beautiful and all basic amenities are there. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great location for a family vacation.

AMAZING VIEW!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home is beautiful with such an amazing view of the snow capped mountains from the living room through the two story windows and from the deck. The location is perfect as it’s just minutes from downtown and the RMNP entrance. And you can walk to the coffee shop, general store, and restaurants. Every day there were a number of Elk grazing in the yard. Marty, the owner, was excellent with communication from check in to check out, and everything was just as advertised. He also provided detailed documentation on how to use everything during our stay. The home was very clean and the beds were really comfy. There is a brand new large screen TV with great audio and very comfortable seating for the entire family. We will definitely stay here again if available for our next visit.

Great Family Christmas

My parents got this property for my family and sisters family. They had everything you would need to be comfortable. Thermostats in each room, privacy to guests, great views and infant/toddler items. The great room was perfect for hanging out and they even had a tree still there after Christmas time. Highly recommend this for a family getaway!
