Este encantador Cabo Cope casa 1bed / 1baño está en perfecto estado, con pisos de madera. La sala de estar cuenta con una chimenea de leña, un amplio escritorio y una silla giratoria, un sofá de cuero (no plegable) y una gran televisión de pantalla plana con todos los canales premium: HBO, Showtime, deportes, etc. Internet de alta velocidad incluido. Dormitorio contiene cama matrimonial con, estilo europeo de lujo, crujiente, edredón de plumas blanco. Cafetaleros persianas en la ventana. Lavadero independiente con lavadora nueva y secadora, así como almacenamiento para las maletas. La bañera ha sido reemplazada por una nueva ducha marca w suelo de piedra de guijarros. La casa cuenta con una cocina inusualmente grande con lavavajillas, microondas, horno y 4 hornallas. Triturador de basura, nevera / congelador, hervidor, cafetera y todos los utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes y platos, etc. Beba su café de la mañana en la mesa exterior para dos y disfrute del clima de California en el tranquilo patio trasero.

Wonderful LA Retreat

This was a tremendous place for my wife and I to stay, one of the best rentals yet. Especially good if you need to do work while staying as there's a huge useful desk and comfy chair. Good internet. Very comfortable bed in separate area, plus a separate laundry/mud room in the back that was beyond perfect for cleaning up our dogs during a surprise LA rain storm. Excellent full kitchen, too. We'll be staying here again.

Great Property

The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Terry was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very safe which was very important to us since we were traveling with our 3-year-old son. Highly recommend.

Stay at the cottage

Terry’s cottage was perfect! My husband and I loved our stay there. Terry respected our privacy but was was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood was beautiful and the location was excellent. We were in town to visit friends, family and to do a little sightseeing. We were pleasantly surprised how prime of a location the cottage was. We will definitely return and stay there again. And as previous reviews stated, the bed was so comfortable!

Perfection!

This cottage is very roomy and charming as it affords the convenience of a large kitchen, a wonderful living/work space, a separate laundry room, a spacious bedroom and updated bath, and wonderful patios! On top of that, Terry is an extraordinarily accommodating and attentive host who helps make you feel like you are at home!

Charming Cottage

The house was charming. It was tucked behind the owners home and had a private entrance. Very clean, had all the amenities needed. The owner greeted us and showed us around. Location is close to our children and grandchildren. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect cottage for 2 in Studio City

We absolutely loved this cottage! The house is in the rear of the owners main house, but you would never know it. There is a private entrance through the gate at the end of the driveway which you can lock for a more secure feeling. Terry was a wonderful host. She allows you to have full access to her back yard (which will actually be your front yard), the deck and the lovely furniture on the deck while staying there. We were in town for my father-n-Laws 80th Birthday, and Terry allowed us to have our small dinner party, utilizing the deck and the large outdoor sofa. The party was a huge success. All of our guest were enamored with the cottage. The house is decorated nicely however the furnishings are different than the photos but are still very comfortable for two. The bed is memory foam and is super comfortable. The AC works great and the place is very clean. There are plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils for making a fabulous meal. The washer and dryer are full size and brand new. There is also a full size Refrigerator, nice gas stove and microwave. This has been our favorite Air B&B to stay in. We will certainly return. We have family in LA and Go there often. We look forward to staying in Terry’s cottage again soon. Thank you Terry, you really allowed us a comfortable and welcoming experience. Our stay was wonderful!!!

Quaint cottage in Studio City

If you are traveling to Universal Studios or just staying in the Studio City area this is a perfect cottage for two! Quiet neighborhood only a few miles from Universal Studios and just a quick walk to Ventura Blvd where all the great stores and restaurants are. The owner Terry is great and super responsive. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our trip!!

Charming, quiet one-bedroom guest house with excellent host.

This is the third or fourth time a family member has stayed in Terry’s clean, comfortable, well-located guest house. Highly recommend it, although somewhat reluctantly because we don’t want it to be booked when we need it! 🙂

Our stay in Studio City

Staying in Terry's cottage was just great, we had everything we needed, large kitchen, plenty of room, all lovely and clean, Terry was a really helpful host, if you need any information on LA she is there to help you, and of course the cottage has air conditioning which you need in LA. What we did like about the cottage it was on a very quite street. Nice area as well. We would definitely return to Terry's cottage. Linda & Keith. Alberta, Canada.

Cozy, safe, feels-like-home cottage - BIG WIN!

I cannot give enough praise for this little gem! From the very beginning of our reservation, Terry was incredibly communicative and made us feel welcome. She greeted us when we arrived and was available when we needed her. The house was immaculately clean, the bed was so comfy, the fully-functioning kitchen was a total blessing, and the living room had all the amenities you could want/need. The neighborhood is so safe and it's an easy walk from the house to Ventura Blvd. We had our 9-month old with us, but this place was a perfect match for a little explorer. The backyard is fenced in (and locks for security), so we could go outside and enjoy meals and let him roam freely. Please note that the pictures do not match exactly what the house resembles currently, but my guess is that's because there has been some remodeling. Don't worry - it's beautiful! We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering it.

Perfection in Studio City!

My husband, 5 month old son and I had a great stay in this Studio City property. Terry was amazing to deal with in booking the property and lovely upon arrival. The house is just perfect, very cute and cosy and so conveniently located! I can definitely say we will be booking again when we visit our family in the area. Thank you Terry for such an amazing stay :D.

Nice property, great owner and good location

The owner Terry was a pleasure to meet and deal with. She was very responsive and helped us with a couple of initial "tech" problems like the wi-fi and the cable. The cottage was very clean and well supplied with the necessities. Thoughtful welcome package provided by Terry. The kitchen is large, the one living area is kind of small (but large enough for 5 of us to eat dinner one night), and the bedroom is very nice. Very quiet, higher-end neighborhood that was great for walks and near a pitch and putt golf course. About a mile from Universal or the 101 highway. Would definitely recommend.

10 Stars!

5 stars do not do this property justice! Descriptives like "private, peaceful, immaculate, well-appointed and homey" are all understatements. The owner has taken great care to make sure that the guest is comfortable, and goes out of her way to insure a relaxing stay. The home is "centrally located" for much of what is going on in Los Angeles, Hollywood, the Hollywood Hills. and the Valley. If you enjoy walking, there are many interesting shops and excellent restaurants within easy walking distance; and the Owner made several spot-on recommendations, saving us the time of "restaurant research," which is often met with disappointment. :o( We have stayed in 2 VRBO's per year in SoCal as we return for family meetings; this is (hands down!) the best among them. My partner is disabled, and Terry went "above and beyond the call of duty" to insure his comfort and safety. Much appreciated! We will be back! Enjoy!

I cannot begin to express how wonderful my stay here was. The cottage is a stand alone "vacation secret" that opens up onto a delightful small garden area. The unit is CLEAN, really clean, thoughtfully finished and well furnished. You bring only a toothbrush! Within walking distance to the buzz of Studio City, this apartment is quiet and private. Truly value for money, I highly recommend this as a short or medium destination. An added motivation to return, is Terry, the owner. Organized, kind,an absolute delight, she goes out of her way to make sure you have all you need and more.

Just like home....

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We were in between selling and buying a house, 8 mths pregnant, and desperately needed a comfortable and central residence during our transition. The house was super cozy and clean, with great furnishings, linens, and updated with all the amenities! We felt right at home from the first night. The location is convenient to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, the market, and anything else you need. Also, Terri was very attentive to any of our needs/questions and one of the loveliest people I've ever met.

Sweetest little cottage EVER*****

Traveled to studio City to be near our recently married daughter. Felt at home the moment we walked through the door! We love to cook, the kitchen was so spacious, a perfect fit for the two of us! Our bedroom was so quiet, slept longer than we should have most days! Did I mention the fact that you have your own laundry room with washer and dryer? What a treat! The living room had a large flat screen wall mounted television and a most comfortable leather sofa. The garden was magical! Loved the tree lined streets and the peacefulness of our surroundings! We were three blocks from our daughter and about three blocks from Ventura Boulevard. You really don't need a car if you are staying for a short time. We had our car with us, but preferred to walk whenever we could. My husband loved the fact that public tennis courts were within walking distance! You can walk to great restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes! Everything about this cottage was/is wonderful! The owner, Terry, is such a delightful individual, would love to have her and her family as our neighbors in Florida! We have recently learned that we will be first time grandparents in October. We are beyond excited! Look forward to staying once again in this lovely cottage. Three months was great, but this next stay will be much longer!!! We look forward to seeing Terry and her beautiful family very soon! FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!!! THIS SWEET COTTAGE IS THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY!!!

Home away from home

During the renovation to our home, my wife and I decided to stay at The Laurel Grove. We didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel room for weeks but instead wanted a place that feels like home, is conveniently located and is reasonably priced too. What a win to to find that and more at Laurel Grove. The owner is is super friendly and warm and keeps the place in beautiful condition. She even had a tray of delicious treats waiting for us when we arrived. The space itself is well furnished, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is surprisingly large. Street parking was never a problem. Highly recommended.

There is a larger double story house in the front of the property overlooking the street and the 1 bedroom house is in the back with it's own private entrance. Wake up in the morning to gorgeous weather and sip your morning coffee on the patio while you check your emails or read the paper in the peaceful surroundings
