Great Location
Rada was very helpful and attentive.
We called an hour in advance, however when we arrived 1 1/2 hours later, the cleaning service still wasn’t finished. She did leave as soon as we arrived.
Pros:
-Rada was easily accessible and pleasant.
-Location was perfect! It was about a 15 minute drive to Universal Studios and about 20 to Hollywood.
-Great floorplan
-stores and restaurants within easy walking distance
-great wifi
Cons:
-couch is in need of a deep cleaning.
-multiple scratches on floor
-bathroom floors were dirty
-shower in bunk bed room leaked
-bunk beds were terribly unstable to where we didn’t feel safe with our kids sleeping on the top bunks.
-many linens were not washed. The bedspread in main bedroom was filthy and could not be used. We tried to get a blanket from closet, but it smelled and was evident that it was not clean
-bathroom doors did not lock
-couch leg was broken and kept falling off
Despite all the shortcomings, it is a nice property with a lot of potential. We would likely stay here again.
