Este es un apartamento en el último piso de una villa familiar genovesa de la década de 1930 ubicada a unos 80 metros del Aurelia con un exclusivo jardín con cenador y barbacoa.
Alojamiento compuesto por tres habitaciones, un estudio, amplio salón con vista al Golfo Paradiso, cocina y baño. Hay un total de 5 camas disponibles. La cocina está equipada con una gran nevera y congelador, horno, microondas, Nespresso, lavavajillas, lavadora.
El apartamento muy amplio y luminoso tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.
Una gran caja de 50 metros cuadrados está disponible para los huéspedes donde se puede estacionar un automóvil. Para llegar a la casa es necesario seguir una calle peatonal de unos 70 metros y por este motivo no es apta para personas en silla de ruedas o con discapacidad motriz.
Desde Bogliasco es posible visitar por mar Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita y Cinque Terre con un conveniente servicio operativo en barco en el verano o alquilando una lancha en el puerto deportivo sin licencia requerida. Génova con muchas atracciones como Exposiciones y Acuario está a 20 minutos en coche o en tren.
En el pueblo hay numerosos restaurantes y supermercados típicos con dos establecimientos de baño con tumbonas y sombrillas y algunas playas gratuitas con servicio de observación de la bahía.
Hay una piscina de agua dulce de 33 metros en el centro de la ciudad donde se encuentra el equipo de waterpolo.
Para los amantes del surf en días de tormenta, es posible montar las olas, mientras que también hay un centro de buceo que, con un poderoso bote inflable, puede llevar a los excursionistas a visitar sitios submarinos característicos como el Cristo del abismo en San Fruttuoso.
Todavía es posible hacer excursiones por tierra gracias a la proximidad aguas arriba de interesantes rutas de trekking que le permitirán descubrir panoramas fascinantes y pueblos característicos. También en el interior hay numerosas trattorias donde se pueden comer platos típicos de Liguria, como trofie con pesto y pansoti con salsa de nueces, así como soga genovesa y focaccia con queso.

Very nice stay in Bogliasco!

We had a great holiday in Bogliasco. The apartment is very nice, pleasant spacious rooms and a great view over the Mediterranean. Conveniently near to the train station and the beautiful village. The communication with the host was very good, thank you Gugliermo!

Holiday in Bogliasco

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was large with comfortable beds and all of the facilities you need. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There is also a garage which is extremely useful. The host was extremely helpful indeed. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful views and very relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay in Bogliasco. The apartment was great and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The views from the balcony and windows were lovely to wake up to. It was very easy to get to Genoa by train (~25 min), station is a short walk from the front door. Bogliasco itself is pretty quiet, which we liked - and there is a lot to explore nearby. The host was great and gave us lots of tips for places to see, eat, etc. Would love to come back!

Top vacation

We had a very nice stay during 5 weeks. Nice apartment with a great view over the town and the sea. Bogliasco is a small town with everything you need available like shops and restaurants. But not very touristic. Use the train to visit Genua and other nice towns along the coast. Point of attention. You have to be in good shape because of the 121 steps from the road to the apartment.

Great apartment and host in a beautiful village

We had a fantastic, relaxing and very exciting holiday! The apartment is well equipped and the ocean view is spectacular. We also enjoyed the very useful information package and great hospitality of the owner. The parking space in the garage is very very useful and the proximity 150m to the train station too. Using the car during off-season was not a problem but during peak season I imagine it to be a nightmare. Getting around by train is very easy as they run quite frequently.

A quite perfect place to stay

We found this beautiful apartment on this website and booked directly. The view from the flat (and the flat itselfe) was awesome. The owner was the best host we've ever met. Totally helpful, gave us right from the beginning a warm welcome and a lot of tips and advises. We really really loved the time in Bogliasco. I our opinion is was the best place to be on golfo paradiso. Thanks a lot for this great time!! And even with two teenagers this place and the surrounding was perfect. For swimming we recommend the cliffs of Pieve Ligurie. No Sand, but really less crowded than bogliasco

High above Bogliasco

Willi’s apartment is a challenging climb up, but every time you pass through the main door you are confronted by the most amazing bird’s eye view of the Ligurian Sea and the 100 steps are quickly forgotten! The apartment itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. High ceilings, terrazzo floors, and a big kitchen (big rooms in general) make the experience classically charming. On some days we were happy to stay put and enjoy the changing sea and ship/boat traffic. The ability to park in Willi’s garage made the stay possible with a car since parking in Bogliasco is a bit of a fiasco. We had a wonderful/memorable month long stay.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön.Wir fanden es aber laut, Strassenverkehr, Zug.Bogliasco ist ein quirliger Ort mit schöner Promenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele vor Ort, such die Restaurants sind gut.

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unseren Teenagern mit dem Zug in Bogliasco für Badeferien. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Meerblick. In den Schlafzimmern hat es eine Klimaanlage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er gab uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und hat uns auch persönlich begrüsst. Die Wohnung ist innert ein paar Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auf dem Balkon ist der Zug und die Strasse gut zu hören. Die Badestrände sind schön unsere Jungs liebten das Springen von den Felsen.

Geräumiges Appartement mit tollem Blick

Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und geräumigen Wohnung. Beschreibung und Fotos stimmten mit der Realität absolut überein. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für vier Personen, da in zwei Schlafzimmern eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage installiert ist. Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist sehr gut und lässt einen gut schlafen. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen und darüber hinaus ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon und aus den Zimmern aufs Meer ist wundervoll - wir haben ihn täglich gefeiert! Wertvoll ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, da es kaum öffentliche Parkplätze gibt. Guglielmo ist ein aufmerksamer und bemühter Vermieter, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist und viele wertvolle Infos geben kann. Bereits vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation hervorragend. Bogliasco selbst ist ein netter, kleiner Ferienort, der nicht überlaufen ist und alles Notwendige bietet.

Lage: Die Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre exzellente Lage! Mitten im Herzen des Ortes gelegen, hat man alles Notwendige fußläufig erreichbar. Focaccia-Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von Meer und Bergen, was Naturliebhaber und Wanderer begeistern wird. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist überaus großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, es fehlt an nichts. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf das Meer. Verkehrsanbindung: Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos möglich, da eine großzügige Parkbox zur Wohnung gehört. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bahn und Bus) sind gut zu erreichen. Weitere Punkte: * Sehr sauber und gepflegt * Freundliche und hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit super Tipps * Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub oder Aktivurlaub in den Bergen Fazit: Diese Ferienwohnung ist rundum empfehlenswert! Die perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die eine komfortable und zentrale Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick suchen. Hinweis: Aufgrund der Lage in den Bergen und der hügeligen Umgebung ist diese Ferienwohnung nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet.

Wunderbar trotz Regenwetter

Wir haben in unseren Aufenthalt in Bogliasco sehr genossen. Guglielmo war stets bemüht, alle Fragen zu beantworten und uns mit Informationen zu versorgen. Die Ferienwohnung beeindruckt mit ihrer Helligkeit und dem Blick auf die Weite des Meeres. Bei offenem Fenster riecht es nach Orangenbäumen. Uns hat die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs sehr entsprochen, da wir so auch ohne Auto unkompliziert die Gegend erkunden konnten. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Aussicht und unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer

Die Kommuikation von Vermieterseite aus, lief schon vor der Anreise u. auch während des Urlaubs sehr intensiv Die Anreise und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen problemlos. Von der Garage aus müssen einige Höhenmeter überwunden werden um in den 2. Stock des Mehrfamilienhauses zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig für eine 4 köpfige Familie ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer waren traumhaft. Leider liefen in unserer Urlaubswoche (Außentemp. tagsüber waren in dieser Woche von 38°bis 30°) die vorhandenen zwei Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen nicht bzw kühlten nicht. Die italienischen Steckdosen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Adapter waren leider nicht ausreichend vorhanden bzw teilweise waren die Steckdosen so locker eingebaut das die Verbindung gar nicht zustande kam. Was leider in dieser Beschreibung fehlte ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Dieser ist 2 Minuten Fussmarsch von der Wohnung entfernt. Allerdings fahren dort in sehr regelmäßigen Abständen alle Arten von Zügen. Nachts nicht so häufig wie tagsüber. Die Garagenbox (passt bitte auf die Größe eures Autos auf oder fragt beim Vermieter nach!) befindet sich unterhalb des Hauses in einer seperaten Tiefgarage direkt an der Straße. Leider hatten wir mehrmals das Pech, dass das elektrische Hauptgaragentor nicht mit der vorhandenen Fernbedienung kommunizierte. Somit konnten wir unser Auto nicht in der Box abstellen oder kamen an unser Auto ran. Bogliasco hat eine kleine nette Innenstadt und einen traumhaften Strand.

Traumhafter Ort für einen Familienurlaub

Wir hatten zwei großartige Wochen im April in Bogliasco. Die Wohnung bietet für uns fünf ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung - auch der Küche - lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, man kann das Meer von jedem Raum aus sehen - außer vom Badezimmer :-) Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und der Weg hoch zum Haus ist auch recht steil, man sollte nicht nur für die Unterkunft, sondern auch für Ligurien überhaupt gut zu Fuß sein ;-) Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, in dem man herrlich entspannen kann und in dem köstliche Kumquats wachsen. Unsere An- und Abreise konnten wir sehr flexibel gestalten und der Vermieter Guglielmo hilft einem schnell und unkompliziert per WhatsApp bei allen Fragen weiter. Bogliasco selbst ist ein süßer ligurischer Ort, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehreren guten bis sehr guten Restaurants und einem schönen, kleinen Strand. Wöchentlich gibt es einen kleinen Markt, auf dem man viele Köstlichkeiten aus der Region bekommt. Die Anbindung an die Umgebung mit der Bahn ist problemlos. In einer knappen halben Stunde ist man in Genua, aber auch Portofino, Camogli etc sind schnell zu erreichen. Zur Einordnung: wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie, zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (16, 13 und 5 Jahre alt).

Die Ferienwohnung ist gross und sehr schön. Der Ausblick aufs Meer wunderbar. Die vielen Informationen des Vermieters waren hilfreich. Auf dem Balkon der Wohnung sind Zug- und Strassenlärm hörbar. Fin velholdt bolig med masser af plads. I de 2 soveværelser var der fin aircondition, hvilket var rigtig skønt til natten. God stor stue med gode pæne møbler. Udlejeren var meget engageret og kom med mange forslag til vores ophold - både omkring spisesteder og serværdigheder. Helt sikkert et sted jeg vil besøge igen.

Urlaub in Ligurien

Die große und saubere Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern) was man braucht und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Man sollte jedoch körperlich fit sein, da es einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden gilt. Guglielmo gab eine Menge wertvoller Tipps, von fahren mit der Bahn und Sehenswürdigkeiten, bis hin zu Esslokalen. Uns wird diese fantastische Woche noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

The house is located in a 2-storey 1930s villas with the typical Genoese plant and the original pavilions decorated with grits. It is furnished in a modern style with light and bright colors enriched by vintage inserts. The villa is located about 80 meters from the main road (Aurelia) and can be reached by a characteristic pedestrian street (crêuza) also accessible with a wheelchair suitcase. It is not suitable for people with handicap.

Guest access

In the private garden with fruit trees and an imposing centenary palm tree, there is a BBQ with large table, umbrellas and deck chairs for relaxation.

Other things to note

It is possible to get out of the house directly in the swimsuit for easy access to the beaches available are the church or the Roman bridge. The beaches are free or if you want you can rent parasols and deckchairs. There are good bars and restaurants where to dine or dine all within walking distance.
