Bienvenido a Los Establos, ubicado sobre la ciudad de Jávea en la Costa Blanca. Con magníficas vistas de la ciudad y del mar, ofrecemos paz y tranquilidad a la vez que se encuentra a poca distancia en automóvil de la hermosa ciudad de Jávea con su pintoresco casco antiguo y puerto, famosas playas, paseos costeros, senderos para bicicletas y excelentes restaurantes.

Ubicado en 4500 metros cuadrados de jardines en terrazas y matorrales, nuestra propiedad está idealmente diseñada para la estadía perfecta durante todo el año. Si usted es un buscador de sol, un aventurero al aire libre, un artista, un buitre cultural o un amante de la comida, encontrará que estamos bien ubicados para satisfacer sus necesidades. También somos un establecimiento gay friendly.

Nuestro alojamiento es elegante y confortable. Ofrecemos una variedad de instalaciones que incluyen internet wifi rápido, Netflix, TV satelital, champú y gel de ducha en el baño, así como una cocina totalmente equipada y lavandería para huéspedes.

Wow

As we drove through the gate of the property for the first time it was a wow for us. From the buildings to the beautiful gardens, pool and views. Accommodation was home from home and our hosts were perfect. Cant wait to return

Beautifully located apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Roy and Greg were so friendly but totally discreet, happy to help if needed. We loved Monty too! The apartment had everything we needed and the gardens and pool were a marvellous addition. Absolutely loved sitting out and looking at the beautiful view over Javea and the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Feb ‘23 stay

Gorgeous villa, very clean and tidy property, has everything we needed including bonus of Netflix which was great for the cooler evenings at this time of year. The check in was very easy and both Greg and Roy were very welcoming and were available if needed anything. We would love to return when the weather is a bit warmer so we can enjoy the pool side facilities in hotter weather. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Jávea. It’s only a short 5/10 min drive to arenal beach and other beautiful areas are not far too. Loved our stay thank you very much!

Lovely apartment situated in beautiful gardens

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at this apartment. The views across the valley towards Javea are stunning and we never tired of gazing at the view. The apartment was perfect and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The beds were incredibly comfortable, probably the best we have had in any holiday rental over the years. The pool area and Bali hut are located in the beautiful gardens which are secluded and peaceful with plenty of shade. Greg and Roy were excellent hosts and always around if we needed them. The property is within a short drive of Javea and its numerous restaurants and supermarkets. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, it was perfect in every way.

Wir hatten erholsame Urlaubstage in komfortablere Umgebung. Terrasse, Gartenlounge und Poolbereich bieten alles für Entspannung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Greg und Roy waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Excellent séjour

Merci à Greg et Roy pour leur excellent accueil, ainsi qu’à Chica et Monty ! Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, avec une belle piscine dont nous avons profité pleinement et une superbe vue sur la mer depuis le « kiosque » où nous avons passé de belles soirées au calme. L’intérieur présente le charme un peu désuet mais typique des maisons de la région ;) . L’emplacement pour garer la voiture est un vrai plus et la propriété est idéalement située, proche de l’Arenal ou du port de Javea. Des vacances réussies !

Relax above Javea!!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing and Greg provided excellent advise on things to see and do in Javea and the surrounding area. There is a LOT to explore in and around Javea as well as small neighboring towns that have their own attractions. The location of the apartment is on a hill side overlooking Javea and beautiful Cape San Antonio instead of being down in town.  Because of this, the evenings are tranquil and perfect for sitting on the porch and watching the stars in the dark.  (FANTASTIC!)  Due to being up on a hill side, there is always a breeze to cool things down and you can actually see what Javea and the area have to offer.  Hiking the trails to see all 15 scenic look-outs, heading out to the various other beaches around Javea, cruising over to Denea, or just beaching and karting in Javea.  This location is perfect as a launch point to any of the area attractions.    The apartment is big enough for people to get away from each other or to make dinner after a week of eating out. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a well stocked with a kitchen you can cook in (pots, pans, glasses, plates, salt, pepper, spices, coffee maker, tea pot, etc…), the beds are comfortable and the living room has Netflix on a TV that is better than my TV at home, and you can even wash your clothes.  The porch and pergola offer welcome spots to read a book or to sit with friends and have a glass of wine and to enjoy the views. The pool is crystal clear and the grounds are beautiful with bougainvillea, lemon trees and cacti that are vibrant and popping with color and texture.  The grounds, house and apartment beautiful and you can tell there is a lot of pride and work put into maintaining an atmosphere of relaxation. If you can't relax here you may need medication.   We spent 10 days between Madrid (in a Novatel) to Javea (at this location) and then Barcelona and we enjoyed staying in Javea the most.  It was relaxing, above all else, and felt like an actual vacation.  Staying here felt safe and was thankfully away from traffic and that feeling of being "stuck" in a hotel room.  We had been in Spain for a few days before travelling to Javea and we needed a day to decompress.  Our son needed some time swimming and watching cartoons and we needed some time to sit and read a book without feeling like we had to escape a tiny hotel room or go sight seeing just to "get away".  We got to get away right there!  It was just what we needed.

What we needed!

My mother and I had a week a doing nothing. Totally relaxed and rested. The views the accommodation the hosts were everything you could ever ask for. You are not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the arenel (beach) with restaurants bars and shops. Great place. We will be back for sure.

Haus mit grossem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Die Einliegerwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über die nötigen Utensilien. Vom Platz her für 4 Personen etwas am Limit, der Tisch auf der Terasse dürfte etwas grösser sein. Der Garten ist wundervoll sowie auch die Poolarea und die schöne Aussicht auf Javea und das Meer. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Kinder waren von der süssen Hündin Chicca, welche uns regelmässig besucht hat, sehr begeistert und haben das Spielen mit Ihr sehr genossen.

This is a little piece of Paradise

Wir hatten eine stressige Zeit hinter uns und wollten einfach nur entspannen. Meine Verlobte und ich haben uns also für dieses Haus entschieden und würden nicht enttäuscht. Ein wunderbarer Pool, ein riesiger Garten mit einer traumhaften Pergola mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Irgendwie abgelegen aber man ist in 5 Minuten direkt am platja del arenal mit tollen Restaurants Geschäften supermarkt etc. Wir haben es sehr genossen und überlegen sogar ist wieder für unsere Flitterwochen zurück zu kommen. Roy und Greg sind zwei sehr nettte und zurückhaltende hosts und haben immer Tipps und Hilfe parat. Auch sind monti und chica die beiden schnoodle Hunde sehr witzig und starten einem gerne Besuch ab. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ! Für eine auszeit das perfekte domizil ! Vielen Dank für Alles!

Great apartment with plenty of privacy and stunning views!

Greg and Roy's apartment was perfect for us on our first holiday abroad with our little one. It was peaceful and in beautiful surroundings with just a short drive to all the amenities of the town. We visited the beach but could have easily spent the whole week by the pool! Greg and Roy were on hand when we needed them and their two little dogs were a pleasant addition, the baby loved them! Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone! Thanks for a great holiday :-)

A lovely quiet retreat

We really enjoyed staying in this comfortable well-equipped apartment. The garden is fabulous, full of interesting plants and unexpected corners. I would really recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet place to relax in but also wants to be near the coast. Roy and Greg are perfect hosts- really helpful and friendly.

Brilliant accommodation with great views!

A big thank you to Greg & Roy for their hospitality during my very short stay at their villa. I arrived very late on the first night after a 14.5hr drive, which they were able to accommodate. I didn't get to spend much time at the villa as I was only there for work so didn't even get to use the pool unfortunately! But it's a very well equipped, spacious place which I hope to be able to revisit later down the line for a holiday, and will definitely use again if I revisit for work too. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Amazing, Can not fault the stay or the hosts

I was unsure as it seemed to good to be true. But from the moment we walked in it was everything we wanted, we were on a mini moon after our wedding and just wanted to relax, well this is the place the views are lovely the layout of the villa and gardens are great and if we did venture out for dinner we were close enough to everything. I can not recommend this Villa highly enough. And Chica the small dog made the holiday all the more homely.

Very nice place!

We have had a lovely holiday in Spain in this place. Our two children could swim in the pool and the garden is beautiful. The place is near the sea and supermarkets and shops.

Een prima woning, royaal en makkelijk ingericht.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het huis door de vriendelijke ontvangst, de mooie plek en het uitzicht, het uitstekende bed, de heerlijke douche en de aanwezige verwarming voor de avond. Oplettendheid is nodig met de afstapjes. De 2 hondjes verhoogden de gezelligheid. Javea is een heerlijk oord met een prachtig achterland. Een echte aanrader.

This is a stunning property with the most beautiful views. Tranquil and private

We had to force ourselves to leave the villa and explore javea! The owners understand exactly what makes a good holiday - comfortable surroundings, excellent beds, quality equipment (from the sun loungers to the kitchen utensils!). There is nothing to be improved upon. Their discreet yet attentive hosting enhanced our holiday immensely We have already booked for next year!

A truly delightful experience

My family and I spent 2 fantastic weeks in this beautiful villa, with breathtaking views. It really is a private piece of paradise. The villa itself has everything you could think of and is tastefully decorated to a high standard. The private pool is a great size and my two teenage kids throughly enjoyed spending most of their time in it!! The villa is in a great location, just a few minutes drive from Javea with its golden beaches and long promenade full of great places to eat. We often just relaxed with a drink and watched the world go by. When the kids where finally ready to explore we found the area had lots of activities to offer - we went paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkelling and visited some of the smaller towns nearby. Would definitely recommend this villa to both families or couples, couldn't fault it, and we will certainly be returning. A massive thanks to our wonderful hosts who are both warm and welcoming. Fantastic guys!!!

Perfect place for vacation

Our family spent wonderful 3-week vacation at the villa. Everything was exactly like on the pictures and even better! Because pictures cannot reproduce melodious sounds of birds singing and fresh smell of air. Our 10 years daughter always found something interesting to do, walking in the beautiful garden, swimming in the pool or playing with the dogs. Our 4 month daughter enjoyed calm and peace slipping on the fresh air. The house was very comfortable with everything you need to live, view was absolutely fantastic and company of villa owners friendly and interesting)). Dear Roy and Greg, thank you for your company, help and support during our staying! We wish you all the best and would like to come back again to your lovely place. P.s. Javea is a very good place for family with children - good wharf to walk and play and very good beach.
