Con una ubicación idílica en Cala Deia, con vistas al acantilado y acceso directo a una bahía de aguas cristalinas y al restaurante No1 en el Mediterráneo, donde puede disfrutar de pescado fresco y vino fresco en la orilla como lo muestra The Night Manager. La Finca es una casa familiar muy querida, adecuada para las personas que prefieren la naturaleza a la vida nocturna. La casa principal es compacta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, bellamente equipada con tres terrazas y vistas impresionantes de la bahía. Una base perfecta para practicar senderismo, kayak, nadar, hacer turismo o simplemente relajarse.
Recientemente, la propiedad ha sido renovada con un nuevo aire acondicionado, una nueva antena parabólica para Freeview, un toldo electrónico en la terraza principal / comedor exterior, algunos muebles y camas nuevos, una barbacoa mejorada, una nueva decoración y la inclusión de un soporte para iPod.
Acceso a internet instalado.

The property was absolutely wonderful and as advertised! We could not had a better time. The house is just perfect for a group of 6 and views are unbeatable. Inez the property manger was so helpful and very responsive.

The house was great. Location is a challenge to get to and from if you’re driving. We sometimes hiked up and back from Deia. Lots of stairs so make sure you’re ready for them. My rating of the PM was only related to our arrival experience. Inez sent me arrival instructions but the email she sent did not get to me. We found the house by trial and error. We did not have the code for the lock box. We eventually went into Deia for better WiFi. I eventually called the owners phone number. Turns out I reached Inez. I explained what happened and she was very apologetic. She told me the code and sent me the email again which I did receive. She also stopped by the house a few days later to answer questions. We arrived and checked in four hours past normal checkin. Not a disaster but we felt it could have been avoided.

Wonderful stay, loved it!!

Cottage is last in a row, making the location very private (though the other cottages can be seen from the patio). The views are amazing!! Looking on to the Cala de Deia cove and out over the Mediterranean sea. The patio is large and well furnished with four loungers and a table setting. It feels very exclusive.The cove is busy with locals and tourists during the day, most are gone by 6PM when restaurants are closed. Some noise, not bad.Cottage is nicely done, with large double doors in living room and master bedroom opening to patio. Living room can sit 4 adults, but two would share a loveseat. There is a full bath on main floor as well as upstairs, nicely done. Upstairs has a second bedroom that is larger than the first floor master. The stairs to second floor are narrow (less that 2 feet) with significant risers (almost a foot per step) so anyone with moving/walking challenges would struggle. We are both around 60 and had no issues. Beds felt like full-size, so a bit small for us (we are tall) so it being only the two of us, we used both bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, on the medium firm side. Towels were great quality.The public road down to the cove is shared with all the beachgoers going to Cala de Deia and very narrow. The private road to the neighborhood is even tighter, only one car can pass - only had oncoming traffic there twice during week, so no issue. We had a Merc C convertible, where tightest spots had about 4" each side between rocks and walls.

Not many places like this on planet Earth

This was one of the most special places we have ever stayed! There are only a handful of homes in the Deia area that are a close walk to Cala Deia and this is one of them. The historic looking outside opens to a modern, clean, clutter-free space. Our family of 4 (2 college age daughters) loved the balcony, views, proximity to the cove and the two restaurants, and the nearby hiking! The entire home, inside and out, was very clean. And everything you could need was provided, giving us a sense of "home".

One of our favorite homes!

This has been one of favorite homes on the island. The house has the most spectacular view and is in a wonderful location. The home is well equipped and is very comfortable. My family truly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning property

We spent 2 weeks at this very special property overlooking Cala Deia. The property is well equipped and the host was always responsive to our messages. We loved the opportunity to say in such a unique setting, to walk to the rocky cove for a swim and get a snack in the beach bar. You do however need a car, the smaller the better, to take full advantage of Deia and the island. A fabulous property in a stunning setting.

Perfect Space for our family!

Absolutely stunning views and well equipped home made a perfect place for our stay. Great jumping off spot to explore the north side of the island, including some tours and excellent restaurants. Hiked to the tower, saw wild goats, swam at the beach at night, watched the yachts come in and out. Highly recommend a smaller vehicle as the road to the property is quite narrow.

Pure Erholung in traumhafter Umgebung. Gerne würde ich wieder dort meine freie Zeit verbringen.

Die Erreichbarkeit der Hausverwaltung war vorbildlich. Angefallene Reparatur wurde umgehend erledigt. Kommunikation war sehr angenehm.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og god kommunikation med bureauet.

Boligen ligger helt unikt og ligger meget ugenert. Vi boede der i 7 nætter og vi mødte ingen andre i området, selvom Cala Deia er meget velbesøgt. Huset ligger for enden af blind vej og har en fantastisk beliggenhed på bjergskråning ned mod bugten. Fra huset er der en fælles stil som benyttes af 3-4 andre huse til stranden. Stranden er stenet og ikke særlig børnevenlig, men det tager kun 2 minutter at gå tilbage til huset, som har en stor terrasse. Eneste minus ved boligen er, at vejen til huset er meget smal og det er svært at vende, selv med en mindre bil. Der er gode vandrestier langs kysten. Vil klart anbefale huset-vi havde et skønt ophold.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and well stocked. A/C worked great in the entire house which is important in August. The downstairs suite is very nice and gives you a lot of privacy. Views are out of this world. Make sure you do NOT rent a large car. We rented BMW X1 which easily got us to the house without any problems. Inez was super fast to respond. Would come back again.

Lovely stay in Deia.

We really enjoyed our time at Ca'n Dofi. Situated on Cala Deia, it was great to have direct access to the beach/water (about a 5 min hike down/up). The views from the terrace were amazing! The charm of this area of the island was magical. You do need a good driver in the group as the road is narrow. Would love to return.

Too far off the beaten track

Beautiful location...very difficult to access. The views from this house are magnificent, the facilities very good. However, the listing does not make it clear that the drive down to the property is absolutely hair-raising. I have driven the full length of the Wild Atlantic Way but I was not prepared for the challenges presented by the 8-9 minute drive down the mountain/cliffside to the location of the house. Encountering another vehicle on this extremely narrow, winding route was quite alarming. Furthermore, there are many sets of steep steps that are difficult for any person with mobility issues to navigate. The "path" to the beach and restaurant is a track that has no handrail and so is also unsafe for anyone with even the slightest impairment in balance or mobility. There was no handsoap in two of the bathrooms, and no toilet paper in one. Without doubt, this house is super to stay in for the views, peace and ambience but the listing should make it much clearer that it is not suitable for everyone!

Great stay but better at summertime

The house and location is great - away from the crowd and tasteful. The road to the house is in good condition but very narrow. We had an Audi A3 which was fine but do NOT rent any car bigger than this. We loved the location but be aware that given the placement of the house combined with surrounding mountains gives only a very limited amount of sun hours at the terrace. If you add the low hanging October sun, we only had 4 hours of sun which was a little disappointing and we left the house to chase the sun.

Magical House in Cala Deia

The house is simply stunning, overlooking the gorgeous cove. It is a 5 minute walk to one of the most famous restaurants in Mallorca. It has been furnished in a thoughtful manner with a lovely kitchen and fabulous deck. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We feel very blessed to have found this darling house.

Super Lage

Das Haus und die Lage ist Super Toll! Die Strasse dorthin eher Eng und Steil aber man kommt mit einem kleinen oder mittelgroßen Wagen gut an. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

location, location, location!

Overlooking beautiful Deia beach and within a minute walk to the beach and fabulous fish restaurant, we couldn't have asked for more. Additionally the kitchen in the cottage was really well equipped with an outdoor barbecue which we enjoyed using. Beach towels and a few beach toys were also on hand which was a bonus. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

Love Deia and the property we stayed has everything what we needed Property manager Inez was very helpful with any questions we had and was reachable all the time This house has the best view of the shore line Amazing hiking for hours with some wild beaches on the way Restaurant steps away- we called it our kitchen:) Definitely will be back Thank you

Lovely Stay in Deia

We loved our stay in Deia. The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved spending time out on the balcony sipping wine and enjoying the gorgeous view. The quick walk down to Cala Deia and Cas Patro March was perfect. We felt like we had our own little private slice of Mallorca for 5 days. With the road to the house being so small and remote, we really did feel like we were away from it all! We would definitely stay here again!

FANTASTIC VIEWS

We spend a few weeks on Mallorca in 3 different properties and loved them all. This was amazing by beeing so close to the sea. The house is small but very well equiped with nice furniture and really clean. Unfortunately restaurants at the beach closed during the winter but still the weather was great and had nice moring walks down to the sea. A small rental car was recomended by the house manager and glad we did! the roads along the coast are indeed narrow. We cooked a lot and stayed in most evenings by the log fire relaxing and reading a book or watching tv. Deia and Valldemossa are very nice little villages worth a morning visit. Banyalbufar and Estellencs have also been a nice Discovery. We highly recomend this hidden Paradise!

The most beautiful view in all of Mallorca!!

It was my first stay here in Deia and i was blown away with its beauty, the villa is very private with the most incredible view of the sea and the mountains, it has everything you could need, i couldn't recommend this place enough and i cant wait to come back again next year! Thank you!

Amazing house!

This was our third time on Mallorca and the second time renting on Cala Deia. This was our favorite place. It is extremely private and quiet. Unobstructed views and a gorgeous deck were greatly appreciated. We rode bicycles and hiked and this gem was perfect to come home to after our adventures. It is nicely maintained and has the most well equipped kitchen of any house we have rented all over the world. The pantry was nice too, usually one is required to buy all the basics to cook a simple meal. This was pretty fully stocked. The beds are comfy, we used the AC just in the evenings to lock up and keep the mosquitos outside :) Highly recommend this beautiful place, it was just two of us and we felt it had plenty of room. The washer and dryer work great, so does the dishwasher (a rarity in most smaller European ere is an outdoor bbq but we didn't use it. The restaurant directly down at the cove via a private path is delicious. We ate there many times and mixed it up with a few stay at home easy meals and the rest in Deia, lots of really great places to wine and dine!

Simply Stunning

We stayed here for a week at Easter and it was a truly magical place to stay, whatever the weather (and it was definitely very 'mixed' during our stay!) The house was perfect and the views even more so - would definitely recommend to anyone seeking an unspoiled, relaxing escape.
