Remodelado, muy limpio, con vista al mar desde este condominio en el ático (piso 12) en el océano en Kahana. Máximo cuatro invitados por favor. Disfrute de las vistas al océano en la terraza junto a la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Mire sus DVD desde su casa en el televisor de pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas con una estación de juegos Sony en la sala de estar. Un contestador automático puede atender sus llamadas mientras disfruta de la isla. Despiértese con el sonido de las olas o con los cocoteros meciéndose con los vientos alisios. Traiga su computadora portátil y disfrute de DSL gratis o acceso inalámbrico a Internet. Baño de visitas tiene una cabina de ducha con azulejos, no bañera. No hay horno en la cocina.

Este condominio está frente al océano, disfrutó escuchar los ruidos del océano toda la noche. Bastante tranquilo durante el día también. Fácil acceso dentro y fuera, ya que este condominio está directamente en frente de los ascensores. No fue molestado por ningún ruido en absoluto. Limpio y bien equipado con ropa de cama. VALLEY ISLE RESORT: Actualización del proyecto de edificio comercial del complejo a partir del 3/11/19:

La planificación para la reconstrucción del club de salud, la cochera de Porte, el vestíbulo y la pasarela hacia el edificio de gran altura está en marcha. Aquí hay una línea de tiempo estimada:

A marriage in Maui

Oh yes we saw whales

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was in an ideal location. The beach in front was great for swimming (a little steep to get in and out) and we snorkeled with turtles right in front! There was even a turtle resting up on the beach. You could watch the whales breaching from the deck. The complex itself was not yet fully open (larger function rooms etc still closed off) but the grounds were lovely. The barbecue by the pool was really great. I would suggest that the property invest in an electric Kettle for those who do not drink coffee as water took forever to boil on the cooktop. The washing machine was not working during our stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at this resort for over 15 years in various units. This one by far has been the worst. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the decor was askew and the couch and rugs were filthy. The cleanliness of the unit was definately lacking. The set up of the unit with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms is really nice if your staying with friends or family. The view is awesome. The fridge was leaking and there was an abundant amount of cockroaches. I have never ever had problem with bugs. I found this to be totally unacceptable. I know that they are a part of island living but this was excessive.

The carpet needs to be replaced as well as the bedroom furniture and bed is hard as a rock. Most of the furniture was broken,bed was hard and the room was hot all the time due to no a/c. There was several roaches that we had to kill and the fridge needs updated. Besides the location the condo was not up to par.

Cockroaches

This unit has an amazing ocean view! Unfortunately, that is the only positive. We were booked to stay 14 nights, but we only stayed 5 nights. The unit was infested with roaches — you can always expect to see a few on a tropical island. But this unit was ground zero for roaches — they were in the dishwasher, fridge, cabinets. There were close to 20 roach traps placed in the unit that were filled with dead and living roaches. Several cabinets were covered with roach poop. On-site management sprayed several times, but that is not sufficient for an infestation. Vrbo was of little assistance to us in helping us find other accommodations and claimed it was not covered by their book with confidence guarantee — even after sending Vrbo pictures of the traps and feces. The property management company, Chase ‘N Rainbows, was of great help in finding us other condos, even though we had to move three times. In addition to the roaches, the carpeting in the bedrooms is severely stained and needs to be replaced. It’s a real shame — this is a penthouse unit and has a fabulous view and updated kitchen and living areas, but I would not recommend this unit until, and if, the owner takes proper action to mediate the roach infestation.

Needed a few things

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great…fabulous view, no afternoon sun coming in which kept it cool. Nicely updated and decorated compared to other units….we had 5 other units here within our group and this was by far the best! We also had friends who were staying next door at Sands of Khana so this spot was great! The beach was wonderful. A few minor things about the place that could improve the stay….get a broom to leave for guests to use! Get rid of the carpet in the bedrooms. New more comfortable furniture for the Lanai…we spent a lot of time out there and it was not very comfortable…and only had 3 chairs for 4 people in a unit that can house 6! Get rid of the platform frame in the 2nd bedroom…it sticks out further than the mattress and we stubbed our knees, legs and toes on it many times. Finally, the cockroaches….huge problem from day one. It didn’t seem that any other unit was having the same issue and the roach motels all over the floor and under the sink were unappealing and seeming ineffective. We are from Cali, so not put off by 1 here or there, but waking up every morning to them in the sink, dishwasher and garbage was not great. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would probably book again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a great location with easy access to the sandy beach and pool. Property was conveniently located across the street from a small grocery/convenience store as well as a snorkel bob's. Condo itself seemed fairly clean with plentiful towels, soap, TP, etc. but the carpets in the bedrooms could use a good cleaning. I also spotted a cockroach in the kitchen on the first day. I generally expect a few roaches but over the course of our 5 day stay we had more and more present themselves (even in the dishwasher). We do make an extra effort to not leave food out, counters clean and trash out but it didn't seem to make a ton of difference.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I and our two kids stayed in this condo for a week in June and had a fantastic time! The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. We saw turtles everyday. We were able to swim and snorkel at the beach just downstairs. There was beach gear available for us to use (chairs, mats, boogie board, etc), which the kids loved. The lack of air conditioning was not an issue at all, as there was always a nice breeze when the doors were open. There were some issues with roaches (as we read about in other reviews) but we kept all food in the refrigerator and it was not a problem. We ate at many of the restaurants within walking distance (Hawaiian Village Coffee, Maui Brewing Co) and there was also a store and McDonalds right across the street. The location was great, parking and check in were super easy and I would definitely book this condo again!

The location, view and size of the unit was great. Unfortunately I have more complaints than praises. The unit was not cleaned very well, at a first glance it looked good but when you looked closer there was trash on the floor and crumbs. The pots and pans were extremely scratched up so we chose not to use them because we didn’t want to ingest Teflon. But worst of all, there was a roach infestation. We saw 50 roaches during our 4 day stay, they were in the sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, counter tops and cabinets. We called the renters office and they sent someone to spray and replace the traps but unfortunately it didn’t help much. We know they mentioned there could be some bugs and we understand that Maui is an island and bugs are anticipated but this was much more than we expected and the property manager even said that was far more than normal.

Property excellent, view spectacular, beach amazing. Love this spot, love this suite, will stay again. Only negative is that we occasionally needed to spray for bugs which we always find needs to be done wherever we stay in a hot climate..

Nice Location But Not Clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a beautiful location, but the condition of the unit was not good. There was about a cup of sand in one of the showers, the carpets in the bedrooms didn't look like they had been vacuumed, there was a lot of sand in a closet, the mirrors weren't clean, and the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor, and when we called about that, we never got a call back. The doors and light switches were filthy--we had to do a deep cleaning before we wanted to live there. The carpets are in need of a good cleaning--spots were everywhere. When we checked in we noticed there were three dinner forks and three salad forks--for a two bedroom unit! There were minimal dishes and most of them were chipped. Be warned, there isn't even salt and pepper in this unit--you will need to buy or bring everything. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit and they did supply enough soap for the washer. The beds were pretty comfortable, and listening to the ocean waves all night was lovely.

Fantastic View

This property has an amazing view over the ocean and a nice little beach to swim in. We had several turtles swim with us. Condo was really roomy and 4 of us were very comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well equipped although it could use some better sharp knives (most of the knives were serrated so we couldn’t sharpen them). Loved having a washer and dryer. We also took advantage of the gas grills by the pool. Great location not too far from some great snorkeling beaches just past Kaanapali. One suggestion to the owner is to install hooks for hanging bath towels. There were very few places to hang towels.

Great views, location, quiet, ideal for 4!

Loved everything except a few (2-3) small cockroaches each morning in kitchen despite raid and excessive cleanliness, and the pool area was a wind tunnel. The beach out front was quiet with good waves for boogie boards, and a quick drive to anything u need! It was perfect for my family of 4! Would stay again! (Description update is needed: No water dispenser in fridge, no PS4, and the microwave is also a convection oven that was nice.)Also the lack of air conditioning is a non-issue, lots of airflow thru the unit and tons of ceiling fans.

The condo had been remodeled BUT there were some serious housekeeping issues...blood on the top sheet & pillow case, tub shower had sliding doors that were not secured at the bottom, just the top so they were like a swing (scary), light switch in bathroom needs replacing & had to have Chase n Rainbows out to fix TV...would not really choose this unit again.

Very beautiful.

This property is in a great location. The unit has a beautiful view. The beachfront directly in front of this property no longer exists but it was just a short walk to a location on the beach that we really loved. This was our second time staying in this unit. There is starting to show some wear but I’m sure that is common with rental properties. Overall it is very well maintained.

Fantastic stay in paradise

What can I say about the views other than spectacular! This unit was fantastic. Well stocked. Great location. Amazing views and quiet. Just what we needed. No complaints, we Would definitely stay here again!

Condo nice. Property not so much

Lovely views from 12th floor lanais. Nicely furnished & equipped. Most of beach has eroded & giant sandbags protect the foreshore. Very little lawn at this property & no lounges. Beach acces is"officially closed" but you can climb over bags carefully. We suffered through two big storms that pushed rain water right into our unit, soaking carpets & rugs. (Yes sliding doors properly closed). Management quick to respond but still shouldn't happen. Carpet guy came. Sucked up most of the water & left giant noisy fans. But, we made the most of it & still had some good times

Unit nicely appointed. Limited water views. NO BEACH

The email sent AFTER our arrival stated a construction issue. The beach was completely sandbagged and fenced off. NO BEACH. Would never have rented this unit with no beach access. Fortunately we had a car and could travel to other beaches. Unit was nicely appointed. Master BR/bath very nice. 2nd BR/bath just OK. Lack of AC not an issue, however rather warm in late afternoon even with fans. Over priced!!
