Este condominio cuenta con un plan de piso amplio, luminoso y abierto. ¡Manténgase fresco con el aire acondicionado central después de un día de diversión bajo el sol! Este condominio de 5 niveles, de un solo nivel, se ha actualizado con muebles nuevos. Disfrute de un gran lanai privado, con acceso desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Beba café y disfrute de la brecha de ballenas durante nuestros meses de invierno desde la comodidad de su hogar.

Dos amplios dormitorios y dos baños hacen de este el condominio perfecto para una familia o grupo. Hay un montón de asientos para todos con la mesa de comedor para seis personas. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con gabinetes blancos personalizados, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos blancos renovados. En la gran sala de estar, encontrarás un sofá cama tamaño queen, TV de pantalla plana, WiFi de cortesía y cable. El dormitorio principal cuenta con maravillosas vistas al océano, una cama king size, TV con cable, baño privado con plato de ducha y acceso al lanai del océano. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cama King y TV con cable. En el baño de invitados encontrará una combinación de ducha / bañera. Para mayor comodidad, este condominio viene equipado con una lavadora y secadora.

Royal Kahana Stay

When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious 501 is. Everything we needed was provided, plus there were beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The view from the lanai is spectacular and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. We hope we can return for another stay.

Relaxation

Nicely set up so that common area is between the two bed/bath areas. Great view from balcony and nice place for the morning coffee. Lots of chairs around pool. Access to beach is a little difficult but manageable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place. Royal Kahana staff was excellent, especially Augie. We liked the view and the Condo was very nice. The AC didn't work and this was known and was not disclosed. Buyer beware.

Wonderful stay. Seamless process

Thank you so much for such an easy process and a great condo. We so enjoyed watching the whales while sitting on the lanai. Having snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc in the room for our use was fantastic. And even though the complex air conditioning went out the location of the unit with the cross ventilation and plenty of fans in the unit, we were not uncomfortable at all. The master bedroom does need a window screen so that you could leave the window open and not worry about bugs flying in. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the condo! Thank you!

Excellent Property and Trip!

We had to book this property last minute because our other booking fell through, and I was actually very happy that we ended up here. The unit was great, very clean and comfortable. They had a lot of items we could use during our stay like chairs, coolers, umbrella, etc and that was very nice. The property was also excellent, the pool was nice to have for casual swimming and a good temp. And although the listing had it listed as not available - there WAS direct beach/ocean access from the property which was great. Good location, easy access onto the main road, small convenience store near by and access into the towns for bigger stores and dining. Overall it was a great location and great trip. Only complaint - and not at any control of the unit owners or operator's was that the AC in the entire building went out while we were there which was a little uncomfortable. Thanks!

Great Room, clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. We had friends a few doors down at their timeshare, so we didn't spend a ton of time in the room. The A/C worked well! So good to have a place with air conditioning because Hawaii can get (and stay) hot. The "Down" sides: The view of the ocean wasn't as great as you'd originally hope, but there are other more expensive places if you want that picturesque view. Also the kitchen was small if you were planning on cooking most of your meals. It was clean, and was stocked well, but the size is rough. The Great: Everything was clean. We had no trouble with any linens, carpet, or bathrooms. Everything looked great. Parking was easy, and plentiful enough. They had luggage carts if necessary (we used them coming and going). I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cockroaches

We left early because cockroaches started coming out of the outlet. My perfect stays was completely unbothered by this and offered to set traps or spray. We were staying there with our 5 month old son and 8 year old daughter. We were disgusted and our daughter was scared. They still charged us for the time we stayed, and the cleaning fees. They refused to find us somewhere else to go bc they were all booked up. According to the GM we'd have to move every few days and get charged more cleaning fees. When I complained that we only have our phones to find different accomodations and they have a computer they found us a room in a hotel that looked worse than the one we were staying in by the pictures alone. There's a couple of gas station like stores within walking distance and a couple of restaurants. It did not seem like a great area. We heard trash trucks and nail guns more than we heard the water.

As Maui is a tropical environment, there can be a natural presence of pests despite best efforts to control them. We understand how upsetting that it can be to experience pest issues during a stay and take pest control very seriously. We do our best to limit the number of pests in our condos by treating each unit a minimum of 6 times per year. We have thoroughly inspected this unit following your departure and can confirm that it does not have an ongoing pest control issue. Our General Manager searched our unit inventory in an effort to find another location for you and even searched other accommodations providers on Maui but unfortunately, we had nothing available and there was very little available elsewhere on Maui due to very high occupancy on the island. We provided a refund for the remaining nights of your stay since you were able to find other accommodations. Regarding the location of the unit, this condo is in a quiet oceanfront resort in beautiful West Maui but as with any resort, there may be some ambient noise as essential services such as trash pickup are completed. Again, we apologize for the interruption of your stay with us on Maui.

Fun Getaway

Overall property was great, location, clean, very nice. You can see the aging of the property inside and out. Our unit has some aging especially in the master bathroom. The AC was hit with a strong storm back in November and was not fixed which made the unit very hot. There was one extra fan in the master, but still very warm at night. Very hot when the dryer was running. It was nice that they gave us some complementary items to get us started, but two dishwasher tables really was not much. The beach was closed by the unit which was disappointing, but other beaches are a short walk.

Great Spring Break Getawya

Great location, and fantastic views. The check-in process was simple and the communication from My Perfect Stays was great. They emailed and called leading up to the trip, as well as the day after check-in to make sure everything went smooth. We were able to whale watch from the balcony, and caught a few sunsets from the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious & COVID-Conscious Building

We stayed in this property after spontaneously deciding to extend our stay in Maui and we enjoyed this condo. It was spacious and well kept place. Our particular property rep was super ahead of things and let us know our internet was having issues and was working on it. So that was nice not have to discover and complain about it. We loved that this property had access to a beach just steps away from their pool/BBQ area that was practically private and deserted. It could be the COVID-19 restrictions causing very little tourist traffic but our toddler loved being able to just take an elevator down and a few steps to the beach. The building management is well-prepared for the COVID-19 related matters - hand sanitizer by the elevators on every floor. Mask requirements in public spaces. Nice security guy. It made our vacation feel very safe and comfortable.

As expected and no issues

Property is in an older building and a little tired due to age and humid location but with that in mind it seemed recently clean and stocked with all we needed. Easy check in and there was a little market, a Maui Brewing, a pub, water rentals, golf club rentals and a McDonalds within walking distance. The pool was clean; we didn’t try to find the beach. The twin bed mattresses aren’t wonderful but my back feels fine after a few nights. Nice ocean view from lanai. The area is on the windy side- but just a short drive to Lahaina to much nicer weather

A/C problem

When we got to the room, the Air conditioning was at 76. After running for 12 hours on high, it was still on 76. Called MyPerfectStays who managed the property and spoke to Jessica who sent someone to confirm who then sent the maintenance manager(Larry) from the Royal Kahana who proceeded to tell us we were out of luck. After a couple of calls with Jessica, she showed up with tower fans which made it bearable. Without Jessica’s help, it would have been a miserable week.
