Great location, cozy stay!

Loved our stay. Our 2.5 year old really enjoyed playing in the loft space and we really loved the proximity to all we wanted to see!

Location was good, lots of food options around.We loved walking and was easy 20 minute to the Seine.The bathroom is small and toilet lids is loose but we were aware of this when booking and really no impact on our stay. Kids loved the loft, not sure i would put adults up there. Overall perfect for our familys 4 night stay.Beautiful big windows you can open and fans provided.

Great Location

Property was centrally located but very quiet. It was well equipped. We found it to be a tremendous value for our two week stay in Paris. If we ever return to Paris i will check its availability.

Excellent location, lovely interior

This apartment is very quiet and well protected inside a couple of layers of buildings. The small apartment did exactly what we needed to for the week with the stove, fridge and microwave. The toilet is a little bit quirky but manageable! A lovely beautiful location and the hosts were very gracious. Just be prepared to do a little bit of translating from French to English! We loved our stay and we will definitely return here if it’s available when we come back to France! Thank you!

Perfect for Paris on a budget

If you're looking for something cheap in a great area, this is the place. The location is close to many restaurants and subway stations. My family of 4 felt very safe and enjoyed our time there.

Stay in the centre of Paris

The location of this very small apartment was perfect and the host was very helpful. The apartment bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall we really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed the place. It was in a great location. Clean. Easy to find. I just wish that my French was better so I would be able to communicate with the owner and property manager better. That’s my issue though. All in all a wonderful stay.

A great place to stay

Everything is as described. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris. The metro stop Bonne Nouvelle is right in front of the entrance to the building. The check-in was perfect. Very cosy for families with children. Comfortable beds and fully-equipped kitchen helped us feel like home. We will definitely go there again!

Cozy apartment & amazing location

It was a small unit, cozy for our family of 5, but suited us well to explore the city for 5 days. Metro right outside the door, or 15-20 min walk to the Louvre. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. It felt secure. French language an asset for check in with property manager, who was attentive, kind and helpful.

Lovely place to stay

Great place to discover Paris and quiet for a good night's sleep. It's in a great location and metro just outside the front door. We were in Paris to visit our daughter at her internship and this was in the right neighborhood. The studio has all the space needed for a family. The appartment has all the amenities you need to cook if you want to. Supermarkets are nearby. Also lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood to explore. Apart from some mould in the bathroom it's a clean appartement. Thank you Erige for our stay in Paris.

Paris great location

When we told our airport taxi driver the address he responded “that’s a great area”. The property manager met us with the keys, showed us how to get into the apartment from the road, how to unlock the door (a bit complicated), and instructions on wifi. The manager was a lovely man who spoke a little English. Between him and my husbands limited French we were fine. The apartment is compact, as pictured, clean and convenient. The loft area is only about 4ft high but great for extra beds. It was usually very quiet. No road noise as it’s in the interior of a complex. The only noise we occasionally heard was someone upstairs wearing heels and a few people on the stairs behind the bedroom wall. The location was amazing, walkable to many attractions, tons of restaurants, bars, etc. right outside the door is a metro on lines 8 and 9. We would definitely stay there again.

Uncomfortable and dirty

This is such a shame to make this review, as the location of this place was great. But, this place is long overdue maintenance, decoration and a good clean. I always book self catering places to keep our food costs down and I enjoy the experience of shopping with locals. I decided within a few minutes of entering this accommodation that we would be eating out, with a dirty microwave and only two ring hob I did not relish a full clean before even thinking about putting food in there. The very small shower area needed replacing just old and tired, although there was plenty of hot water so not a problem. Finally onto the sleeping, terrible… the bedding was damp and the bed was broken, slept or tried to on a very thin padding (not a mattress) a broken wooden board. Finally, electric sockets hanging off the wall, very few lights in the room and what was there did not work. This could be great place to stay if the owners put a bit of effort into it, redecorate, throw away the broken bed and give it a good clean!!!
