Lovely place

Only positive things to say about both the property and the very nice owner, everything to our complete satisfaction and very smooth. The house and the area exceeded expectations, very quiet area and the beaches nearby are absolutely magical.

Beautiful location

This house is very practical, very well equipped, in a very quiet environment with a beautiful view of the country and sea. A shop close by, great beaches in the vicinity. The owner is friendly and helpful !

Wonderful, relaxing beach holidays in Chia

We have enjoyed our stay at Stefano's house very much. It is possible to enjoy the whole day on the terrace with the view of the valley and the sea, barbecuing, swimming in the pool, playing table tennis and just relaxing. The house was clean and well maintained. Nearby you find the most beautiful beaches with the possibility to visit another beach every day. Chia is a calm village with a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Stefano is a very nice host and was very responsive to any of our enquiries. If we come back to Chia we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience

The pictures promise a lot. What you find on site goes beyond promises. The view, the pool, the sandy beaches, the fantastic sea water, the famous Italian (Sardinian) cuisine, the history and the modern quality - all in one. And on top an excellent host answering all questions and solving any issue - personally or online, whatever suits the guest. Any time again - hopefully soon!

perfect villa

we thought we would not use the pool but it was a beautiful pool and outdoor area so we do use it every day.The beaches were close by but would drive to it where there is a daily charge.The restaurant down the road has very good pizza . If looking for a quiet place away from towns and cities this is it and the villla is perfectly equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking if want to cook at home. My family would love to go again and especially as we are familiar with the area now. Our host was very obliging and available.

Gorgeous location

Stefano meets you at his villa and when you leave. He is very helpful and is the contact if you have any problems and provides very helpful local information. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor area has the most amazing view and the pool is wonderful. Outside area has dining table, coffee table with seating plus sofa and loungers. Table tennis and beach equipment there for your use. Parking available next to villa and is quiet as it is at end of the road. Glorious beaches within 5-10 min drive and others not much further. Small charge for parking at most beaches. Note - Sundays are busy on beaches! Shops and restaurants a short drive away. Full air conditioning. Note steps externally to villa and tight indoor spiral staircase may be an issue for some. Sleeps 7 but may be a bit busy if everyone wanted to be at the same place at the same time. We were a couple staying and it was perfect.

Great pool, great terrace, owner easy to communicate with and helpful

The house was spacious and clean, had lots of items in store that most time you have to buy once getting there(salt, pepper, oil, cleaning utensils. washing liquid, etc) even ice in the freezer. You have items for the beach as well. We also enjoyed the ping pong table quiet a lot .What I missed was airconditioning or at least ventilators for the bedrooms. The nights were terribly hot. What I also didn't realize at the time of booking, was that the house was directly attached to another. Looking out the kitchen window, (we always had to leave all windows open to get a little breeze) you looked directly onto their patio and wise versa. The same with the upper bedroom and the neighbors bathroom. The house is part of a condominium complex. 5 stars if the house had air-conditioning or ventilators and if the discription explained the surroundings more accurately. Beaches were close and great. Though very crowded in July. Pizza at the bottom of the hill delicious and fairly priced. If you have problems with the internet, just turn of LTE and switch to just GSM, it will work fine.

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub im Haus von Stefano verbracht. Die Terrasse mit Tischtennisplatte, der Pool und der tolle Blick auf den Torre di Chia haben dazu viel beigetragen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Stefano war sehr freundlich und hat uns trotz später Ankunft um 21.30 Uhr persönlich empfangen.Ein kleines Manko sind die sehr kleinen Schlafräume und das Minibad oben. Aber da wir uns die meiste Zeit draußen aufgehalten haben, fällt das nicht sehr ins Gewicht. Deshalb vergeben wir aber keine 5 Sterne sondern „nur“ 4.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Es handelt sich hier um ein tolles Objekt in schöner Lage mit Strandnähe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter Stefano ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool hat uns keine Arbeit bereitet, da der Wasserstrahl automatisiert Insekten in den Filter befördert. Dazu ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse wunderschön. Einzig, das WLAN könnte stabiler sein. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung!

Hat alles gepasst. Kleine Schlafzimmer und etwas zu kleiner Essbereich innen (bis max. 4 Personen). Dafür eine super grosse Terrasse und ein ansprechender Pool. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Pool, Terrasse, Küche und Ausstattung super. Klasse Ausblick. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Tischtennisplatte und die Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich auch der Pool. Der Vermieter Stefano war für alle Fragen offen und hat zeitnah geantwortet. Sehr gut war die Linksammlung mit Restaurantempfehlungen, Strandempfehlungen, etc. Außerdem wurden tägliche Sachen sehr gut dokumentiert und erklärt (Mülltrennung, Bedienung Elektrogeräte, Schlüsselbund...). Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in Chia

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung über 2 Etagen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und parken ist auch kein Problem. Viel Zubehör vorhanden (Grill, Tischtennis, Sonnenschirme etc.). Das Wlan ist stabil, nicht das schnellste, aber ausreichend genug für z.B. Streaming. Klimaanlagen sind in jedem Zimmer vorhanden und können sowohl kühlen als auch Heizen. Stefano war immer für Fragen offen und gut per Whatsapp erreichbar.

Erholsame Ferien im komfortablen Haus mit sagenhaften Blick.

Die Kommunikation mit Stefano verlief über whatsapp mit schnellen Antworten. Stefano war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist herauszuheben. Schöne Terrassen mit tollen Ausblick bis zum Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung der modernen Küche. Küche, Loggia mit großem Esstisch, Pool, Sitz und Liegebereiche lagen nahe beieinander, alles sehr komfortabel. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager und hatten viel Platz innen und außen. In jedem Zimmer war eine Klimaanlage, die wir allerdings nicht brauchten. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Sehr viele unterschiedliche Strände waren in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Ein Restaurant ist fußläufig (ca 7 Minuten) zu erreichen. Andere in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gibt mehrere kleine Supermärkte mit ausreichendem aber teurem Angebot. Wir hatten eine ruhige erholsame und schöne Woche.

Tolle Unterkunft in Chia

Eine wirklich großartige Ferienwohnung - toller Pool. schöne Terrasse, fantastischer Ausblick und alles schön gemütlich und ruhig. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigt haben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer waren ein Segen. Danke an Stefano (sehr netter und korrekter Gastgeber!) - wir kommen wieder :-)

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu den Vorzügen gehört auf jeden Fall der schöne Pool mit der tollen Aussicht und die großzügig überdachte Loggia. Auch die Ausstattung ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Ein paar nicht nennenswerte Unzulänglichkeiten waren nicht wirklich störend. Einiges hat uns aber nicht so gut gefallen. Das Internet war ca. ab dem 5. Tag nicht mehr benutzbar, vermutlich ein Problem mit dem LTE-Provider Vodafone. Selbst wenn der Vermieter nichts dafür kann, dass Vodafone Probleme hat, wurde leider auf unsere Bitte hin aber auch kein Ersatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Vodafone dort schon länger Probleme hat, war dem Vermieter auch bekannt, insofern hätte er darauf vorbereitet sein können, z.B. mit einer Prepaid-Karte eines anderen Providers. Wir hatten dann ca. 30€ Mehrkosten für das Datenvolumen, das wir uns auf eins unser Handys aufgebucht und dieses dann als Hotspot genutzt hatten. Dass darüber hinaus der Akku vom LTE-Router aufgequollen war, hat den Vermieter leider nicht interessiert trotz Hinweis, dass davon Brandgefahr ausgeht. Weiterhin störend war das stundenlange, laute Hundegebell aus dem Tal morgens und abends. Vorsichtig geschätzt von ca. 5 - 10 verschiedenen Hunden. Vielleicht hat es dort ein Tierheim für Hunde oder etwas ähnliches gegeben. Hierfür kann der Vermieter natürlich wirklich nichts aber man sollte das wissen, wenn man dieses ansonsten schöne Haus für seinen Urlaub in Betracht zieht.
