Villa with housekeeper 200 m from the sea in Porto Columbu (1 km from Pula)

The villa is located in a very quiet area, in the residential district of Perd'e Sali - Porto Columbu. The house is furnished and equipped to meet the needs of families with small children.
The nearest beach is Porto Columbu, less than 150 metres from the house. A delightful 10-minute walk takes you to the charming marina of Perd'è Sali, which has a children's play area, a pizzeria and steakhouse, an ice cream parlour, a bar and a dinghy rental service. Less than 5 km away is the famous 18-hole Is Molas golf course, and the centre of Pula, with its restaurants, markets, ice cream parlours and shops of all kinds, is only 5 minutes from the house.
The house is on two floors and has been recently renovated and furnished with all the comforts to be enjoyed all year round: hot and cold air conditioning is available in every room, as are mosquito nets. It is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, electric oven and microwave, and finally, a splendid equipped barbecue area is located outside, next to the patio. Finally, the large patio overlooking the garden offers a delightful space where you can enjoy pleasant moments of conviviality and relaxation. Car parking is available both inside the garden and outside, in a large space in front of the villa.
The nearest beach is about 150 metres away and can be reached on foot in less than 2 minutes. Nearby, within a few minutes' drive, are the most beautiful and renowned beaches of southern Sardinia, such as Nora (with its archaeological site and the remains of the ancient Phoenician city, and its lagoon park, a centre for the recovery of cetaceans) and then Santa Margherita, Chia, Teulada and Capo Malfatano.
The 'Blufan' water park in Villa San Pietro is 3 km from the house, and the beautiful city of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, is less than 30 km away. The following services are included in the rental price: bed linen and towels; toiletries; beach and pool towels. The housekeeping service is free for stays longer than 14 nights and consists of cleaning the house for approximately 3 hours; for shorter stays, the service is available on request and for a small extra charge. Any extra linen is available for a small fee of €12 per person.
All children are always welcome guests in our house: we offer them a cot with sides and a high chair free of charge. There are lots of board games, beach games and toys available for our younger guests. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price and will be paid at the time of booking. There is an extra flat-rate charge for air conditioning, gas and electricity, to be paid in cash on arrival at the property: this charge is €25 per night (€175 per week).
Finally, a security deposit of €400.00 is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, after check-out. Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. We guarantee maximum availability in meeting different time requirements than those specified, however, such requests must be specified in advance at the time of booking. For night-time check-ins (after 10.30 p.m.), an extra charge of €80.00 is required. Finally, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, to allow us to tidy and prepare the house for arriving guests.
Due to COVID-19 management, the check-out/check-in procedure may take longer and be more complex than usual, as all rooms and crockery must be thoroughly sanitised. We therefore recommend that you contact the host before making a booking.
