Nuestra unidad de un dormitorio es muy espacioso y lleno de luz. La vista es espectacular terraza. La unidad tiene una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y el salón tiene un sofá cama doble. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Este condominio ha sido completamente renovado.

La unidad se encuentra en Maalaea Banyans. El pueblo de Maalaea sienta en Maalaea Bay, la primera parada para las ballenas jorobadas en su camino en aguas de Hawai cada invierno para reproducirse y dar a luz. Maalea Bay se encuentra a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y es un destino de buceo, avistamiento de ballenas, pesca y cruceros de la cena.

Una larga playa de arena blanca de siete millas ofrece un increíble telón de fondo para relajarse mientras disfruta de las puestas de sol. Varios restaurantes galardonados se encuentran a pocos pasos del puerto y Maalaea Village es el hogar de el centro del océano de Maui, un acuario de clase mundial.

Nitka was amazing and this place is designed with the perfect touch and all the amenities you will need. The views are stunning and Haycraft park so close, we walked it almost daily.

Enjoy a spectacular view from this exceptional condo. See Whales and turtles right from the balcony. There was terrific communication from the owner. It has an easy entry and is located in a quiet location. It’s just a short walk to the Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium) multiple shops, restaurants and the Marina, plus a beach at the end of the street. We loved the location. The unit is well equipped with a gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, a comfortable bed, nicely updated shower and of course the balcony with an amazing view. We would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again!

Excellent Anniversary or Honeymoon Getaway!

Stellar ocean view property in quiet location, away from high traffic “touristy” areas, but easy drive to Kihei, Lahaina & Airport! Condo has all required amenities, so highly recommend staying here.

Great Condo great setting million dollar view

This was the most stocked condo that we have stayed at in Maui. We have been there many times and stayed in Maalaea Village. The Banyans has always been a favorite as we go for 3 weeks and it has its own washer and dryer. We highly recommend this condo. The owner is very nice and good to work with.

Perfect place

Exceptional place to stay on Maui! We loved the quiet location and stunning views from the lanai. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was perfect for me and my husband. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Constant breeze through the unit so never ran ac. Quiet and peaceful.

For a quiet, relaxing stay, this was an excellent location. It was located within walking distance to Aquarium and Marina. Clean and quiet.

We stayed here for 11 days and we were very pleased with the accommodations (very clean, has everything you need and it's nicely decorated) and especially the view. I would not, however, suggest staying here without a rental car. The owner is exceptionally helpful.

What a beautiful location! The condo lacked for nothing. Nikta has a great eye for detail and is a very gracious host. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Great location and value

Right beside the most amazing 5 mile beach. The view of the ocean is stunning. This condo is clean and well equipped. Excellent value. Nikta is always available for any questions. I recommend this place highly.

Excellent property

We had a great time in Maui. Property has an EXCELLENT ocean front view but don't expect a big sandy beach. Plenty of beaches in Maui a short drive away. Coming back next year

Exceeded expectations!

The unit has everything we needed. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome basket with fruit and treats. Kitchen is well supplied if you choose to dine in. View from the balcony is s dream come true!

Beautiful view!!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Nikta graciously left a basket for us with some fruit and goodies, and also the best banana bread in the fridge! The view from the lanai was simply amazing. We saw sea turtles daily, and a few of the mornings we were able to see humpback whales - bring binoculars!

Honeymoonin in Maui

This cozy water front condo was perfect for our Maui trip; just a short ride to all the main parts of the island. Everything we needed was at our fingertips - coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The ocean and Haleakala views from the balcony were stunning and Nikita was a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, beautiful and quiet

This condo was everything we were looking for and more. It was centrally located to everything so we never had to drive very far to get to any corner of the island. We were so pleased to find plenty of towels, noodles, a cooler, and chairs for the beach. The beach next to the condo is also beautiful and so peaceful which was a nice change from the popular westside beaches. We saw turtles and whales from the balcony everyday and enjoyed sunrise over the mountains in the distance.

Property was exactly as described, Nikta has clearly perfected the experience! Clean, comfortable, and a gorgeous view! The grounds are well kept, and the staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub are well kept and warm- enjoyed watching the turtles every morning from the lania… Have absolutely zero complaints- if you’re reading this do yourself a favor and just book it :)
