Bienvenido a Acres felices! Esta cabaña hermosa y bien cuidada se encuentra en una colina con vistas a un bonito arroyo que saltos de agua en un estanque! Los terrenos circundantes son jardines con plantas nativas y hay muchos lugares para sentarse y disfrutar del entorno. Esta propiedad está rodeada por un bosque de viejos árboles de hoja caduca de crecimiento - se mostrará espectacular color de la caída que se puede disfrutar desde su porche.
El dormitorio principal está en la planta principal con baño privado. Arriba hay dos cómodas habitaciones con una reina y camas de tamaño completo que comparten un baño completo. Adicional para dormir en la cama días nido en la zona de loft.
Los detalles en madera y algunos de los muebles y suelos fueron hechas de árboles que crecían en la propiedad!
La propiedad colinda con el Watson-Cooper Patrimonio Conservancy. Este proyecto está destinado a extenderse desde Table Rock en SC a través de la cabeza, parque de estado de Ceaser Dupont y gargantas. Mucho espacio para explorar, ciclismo y senderismo. Disfrute de caminar en el estanque o simplemente relajarse en la cercanía del piso oscilante. No hay necesidad de salir de la propiedad - un montón de la vida silvestre y la belleza del entorno para apreciar.
Pero cuando usted está listo para explorar la zona, se dará cuenta de que estamos en el centro de las grandes cosas que hacer! Dupont Forestal del Estado, con sus senderos magníficas cascadas, caballo, ciclismo y senderismo es sólo por el camino. We had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving at this beautiful home! The setting was quiet and private, and the sound of the stream and waterfall was perfect for porch-sitting. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a delicious Thanksgiving meal. We absolutely would stay again!

The place is comfortable and very private. The completely wooded property is beautiful. The kitchen is nicely set up with anything you could want for fixing meals. There's lots of seating for larger families. Bedrooms are separated for privacy. It has all of the comforts of home.

This property is secluded and quiet. It is a mountain property surrounded by trees. The house is a great place to gather with family because it has an open living space. The bedrooms, however, are all quite private. The 2.5 bathrooms are clean and well placed. We turned the dining room into a game room and we really enjoyed the space. The porches offer fantastic views and a lot more space. We also enjoyed the firepit and fire wood. The house is only ten miles from Brevard, but it feels isolated. We enjoyed the location. It was close to many beautiful parks.The driveway is long and hilly. Our van handled it fine, but a low profile vehicle like a Chrysler 300 ot Tesla might struggle. Also, this property is not really setup for anyone with mobility issues. It is hilly and has many steps.This property gifted us a week of peace and relaxation. What a gift.

This was our second long weekend at this totally private home in the woods. The home is well cared for and has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you would need to fix meals or you can eat at a variety of restaurants in Brevard about 10 miles away. There are lots of trails and waterfalls within a 15-30 minute drive. The owner is great with communication. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and will definitely be back.

We loved this property! It was completely surrounded by lush greenery and a canopy of trees. It was completely private with a winding driveway through the woods to get to the home. The covered front and back porches were perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The home was very clean and had all of the comforts of home. The owner has taken great care to provide everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. He was easy to communicate with as well. Two evenings in a row we saw a momma deer and her fawn playing in the stream! We didn't want to leave. Also, it was less than 3 miles of a Dollar General so you can easily get forgotten items or food. The drive to Brevard is an easy 10 miles. About 5 miles, Cedar Mtn Outpost is a nice place that makes fresh pizza, provides a huge selection of craft beers and snacks, with great indoor and outdoor seating.Ray's place was centeally located to many beautiful mountain trails and waterfalls.

Property was clean and comfortable. Easily accessible to Dupont(Hooker Falls/Triple Falls)and Brevard, about a 20 minute drive to either one. We were thankful to have a place we could also bring our dog. Our boys loved exploring the water feature on the property. We wish we would have booked another night!

The property has potential but is NOT what the description claims. The outside was very unkept. You could not explore or enjoy the property due to overgrowth and general neglect. If you want land to be able to just relax and walk in this is not for you. Outside furniture was unclean and you could still smell cigarettes. The “no slip pads” on the front porch steps would slide when you walked and cause you to stumble. There was used coffee still in coffee maker and towels still in dryer. The inside was well stocked and house interior seemed overall clean. Wifi worked well.

Great location for chasing waterfalls!

The house was plenty big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved playing in the creek below and exploring around the property! The adults loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the sound of the small waterfall. The location was excellent for visiting waterfalls and swimming holes. We came back each day and cooked dinner (the kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils!) and made a fire in the fire pit! We made many great memories for our family at this house. The Owner was a great communicator.

The Cooper Family of Myrtle Beach, SC

We are 3 generations from Myrtle Beach, SC and we all live within 3 miles of the Atlantic. We watched weather reports all week about Tropical Storm Debby, and though it came ashore Thursday morning with torrential rains, we left anyway! 7 hours later, we arrived at the most beautiful, serene house in the mountains! Pure paradise for 3 days and we're already planning a longer stay--same location-- next year!

Peaceful July 4 weekend

Stayed at this house 4-5 times now. Love the location in brevard. Very comfortable house and the small waterfall adds a calmness to the property.

Fantastic stay!

Happy Acres is a wonderful property with all the amenities you need and is located in the most beautiful setting. It's so peaceful and we enjoyed both porches in the mornings and evenings. The stream with the little waterfall in the "backyard" added just the relaxation we were looking for. Everything about this stay went smooth and we would definitely stay here again, if we come back to this area.

Family Getaway

The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property was picturesque. Listening to the waterfall from the back porch was relaxing. Attention has been paid towards the details of comfort in this home from the rocking chairs on the back porch to the fire pit with wood stashed in a dry location. This was a perfect location to feel alone in the woods and also Be close to town and great restaurants. And there are so many biking and hiking trails near by, along with waterfalls and swimming holes. Our family found it to be a lovely vacation spot! Thanks for helping us build fun memories.

Great location

Great quiet location nestled in the woods. Provided easy access (about 20 minute drive) to DuPont, Brevard, and edge of Pisgah for some hiking and exploring! The house is very well stocked with everything you need and plenty of room for a large group, though still great for me and my dog! Boat provided extra instructions on how to get to the house and tips for exploring the area! It does have a wood fire place, so be prepared for a rustic smell, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Never found the path to the stream, but still nice to listen to from the back porch!

Enjoy unlimited access to pristine park area previously unavailable for public use.
