Nuestro hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en la playa frente a la hermosa Costa Esmeralda. Esta unidad está convenientemente ubicada en el sexto piso del Inn at Summerwind en el resort Summerwind. Esta unidad incluye 1 cama King Size, 1 cama Queen Size, 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama. Hay una gran bañera de jardín en el maestro, con una ducha de pie separada. Hay una cocina completa con vajilla, utensilios de cocina, utensilios, junto con lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavadora / secadora, ropa de cama, toallas, etc. Hay parrillas de barbacoa de carbón disponibles en el área de la piscina. Las instalaciones de entrenamiento están en el 1er piso.

Very clean and well supplied. Only issue was TV’s in bedrooms did not work. But we had been informed of the problem and were not concerned. The inside parking and complimentary beach chairs more than made up for that. Had a wonderful 2 weeks.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Navarre Beach is our favorite beach vacation spots. This condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It is beautiful and fully stocked with all the amenities of home. Easy check in. We loved it!! Highly recommend this condo for your next getaway!!

Awesome Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Linda communicated instructions and answered my questions immediately. The unit was in a perfect location next to the pier and had a great perk of a reserved parking space in the covered garage - there are only a few spots. The balcony is a wraparound and was a fabulous spot to watch dolphins while enjoying your coffee. Everything was in excellent condition and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfection!

Where to even begin with how much we enjoyed our stay?!? Navarre is one of our very favorite places! This condo is in a wonderful location: right next to the water, right next to the pier, 3 restaurants within walking distance, paddleboard and kayak rentals right on the beach (along with the included beach service for 2). We saw dolphins EVERY SINGLE DAY- a pod of five came to feed the morning we checked out and almost made us late because we couldn't quit watching 😍. From the pier we got to see more dolphins as well as sea turtles, stingrays, and lots of fish. The condo itself is very nice! The view was breathtaking! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Linda was very easy to work with- absolutely no issues at all! We truly loved every minute of our stay and hope to get back very soon!

Great Family Time

Our family had a great week in Navarre Beach with perfect weather. The condo is beautiful & the location is perfect. Loved the twin beds instead of bunk beds. Only one thing went wrong. My son stepped into the shower in the master bathroom & slipped, falling to the floor. He hit his face, chest, arm & knee causing him to be bloodied & very badly bruised. He went to the ER for a CT scan on his head to make sure he have a concussion. That really put a damper on his beach going. There really needs to be some grab bars or other safety measures installed in all the showers & tubs for future tenants so this won’t happen again. All that being said, we really had a great time being together as a family & would love to stay here again.

Best stay yet!

We stayed for a week with family (husband and two sons, one son is an adult (20) and the other is 1.. We have stayed at Summerwind many times (I think this was our 8th stay) but this is our first stay in this unit. We LOVED it! Perfect weather and delightful ocean conditions helped, but the condo was PERFECT! There was ample space for our family of four, but we could have easily accommodated the max visitors allowed comfortably. The rooms were decorated beautifully, as was the unit, and it was stocked with all the essentials. We appreciated the amount of dishes, pots/pans, cookware, and utensils, and made use of the storage containers for leftovers in the fridge. We cooked most dinners, but ate out a few evenings and love grabbing snacks at the store in the west building. It was also appreciated that the unit had some sand buckets, toys, life jackets, a couple boogie boards and nets for playing at the beach. We loved our unit and hated to leave! The only issue at all this visit was the other visitors as there seem to be more rule-breakers every year as some visitors stay in the pool/hot tub until 2am or later, and blast their music. This was annoying, but does not detract from the unit—just mentioning in case someone is sensitive to that as being on the 6th floor and closer to the pool might be something to consider. We loved being closer to the Pier and views were phenomenal. Having beach chairs and a garage parking space is also SO nice and we were so grateful to have both.

I’m local so stay at navarre every year for 35 years, we have the most beautiful beaches, this was the most expensive condo, not very clean , sheets stained and need to be replaced, same with pillows and towels, so for the price very disappointed

Perfect Family Beach Vacation!

Best Spot in Navarre

This was our third stay at this location. Each time we remember why we love the space so much. We had two families sharing the condo and we had plenty of room. Linda does a great job communicating with us and has thought of everything! We can’t wait to go back again.

Great Location and Stay!

This is in a great location just to the West of the bridge, pier and a few local establishments. Owner communicates very well and proactively anticipates any potential issues. The provided Beach Service and under shade parking space should make this one high on the consideration list.

Spring Break in Heaven

We visited Navarre with extended family. Loved having room to spread out, sit on the balconies, work :(, and enjoy the sunshine! Unit was clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive. Would rent same unit again!
