We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy. The villa was clean and homey! The view off our deck was beautiful and serene. It is a short, lovely walk to the beach and pool. It’s a very quiet and relaxing place. Mike was a very good host. We would stay there again!

Kingston plantation

We have a place at Kingston and have been going there for many years . The family is growing so we needed more space. My daughter and son-law thought the condo was very nice and a great location.

Just a weekend

It was a great location for us. Easy walk to the beach. Easy to get out of to get to the ballpark we were playing at.

Comfortable Place

Clean, well maintained and equipped, quiet and pleasant neighborhood, close to the beach. Overall a very nice experience. I would stay there again.

Myrtle Beach vacation

It was very clean,quiet,and the neighbors were very pleasant.Beautiful unit with a lot of nice touches.The owner was very helpful fixing a minor problem we had upon arrival.He followed up to make sure we were satisfied.We definitely would stay here again.

Late Summer Weekend

We loved staying at Mike's condo. The condo was very clean and location was very quiet. No issues what so ever. A short walk to the pool and just a short walk from there and you are on the beach. We enjoyed our Saturday afternoon at the Wet Whistle Pool Bar, enjoying the ocean breeze and view, while watching college football and drinking beer. It was great.

The owner does not take responsibility and takes advantage of the situation to overcharge me

The location of the site is good, but the attitude of the owner and came to spoil our stay. The rental process went well. I am totally dissatisfied with the owner, his lack of responsibility and his lack of customer service. The owner charged us, after our departure, a cleaning surcharge of $100, which was not justified. Without any supporting evidence, he accused us of leaving trash everywhere and dust on the shelves. However, we cleaned before leaving and I have 2 witnesses to confirm. In addition, there were renovations on the building that made noise and sanded boards for a few days, he did not even take it into consideration and charged us an extra charge, as if we were filthy. Throughout the stay I experienced situations and I never complained and I solved the problems on my own. I killed 2 cockroaches myself and didn't bother him with it. We were having WIFI/Internet response time issues, and his response was to tell me that I should call and see Spectrum. He even suggested that I, myself, take a subscription with Spectrum to increase internet speed. I finally organized myself with my Mobile provider. A chance, because in addition, Spectrum made a High speed upgrade at the end of my stay. I would have paid for nothing! In addition, the Spectrum technician entered the house, without our authorization, to do the installation. The owner never showed up. I think it's a lack of respect and confidentiality towards us. Instead of discussing it with us and listening to our arguments, he considered us guilty, without any consideration, and charged us an abusive surcharge of $100.

Family Vacation 2022

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we had a great time. We arrived late so finding the place at night the first time was not easy, but once we got settled it was great. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and there are also two on site pools with in 5 minutes of the apartment. The beach in the area was really nice and and easy to access. Plenty of golf close, outlet malls 2 miiles away, Walmart was 2 miles away for groceries and beach supplies, etc. It was quiet and we found the location nice for our family. You are right between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach proper, but at 10-15 minute drive either way, make it very convenient to numerous restaurants. The owner was very available and very helpful. We would recommend staying at this place.

Short family getaway

Property was located in a perfect location between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Amenities were great for the location and there were plenty of things around to do. Local shopping and food is close. Communication with the property manager was great. Property was just what we expected and needed, just a few short steps away from the beach. Would recommend this

Everything was as pictured. The unit was equipped with everything and then some! 5mn walk to the beach and close to everything you'll need. Would def stay again.

Great Getaway

The unit was very clean and well kept. Great location with a short walk to the pool and beach. Our family had a great time and we will definitely be back next year! Everything exceeded my expectations.

Secutity Deposit was Withheld

The owner accused us for breaking the TV, he said our games and VCR did, we did not bring either. Also the maid lied to the owner. I have been going to Kingston for about 6 years and never had any problems. Basically he said I lied , after he emailed me that he was not refunding me I wrote him back explaining my side of the story and never heard from him again. I think it's time for a lawyer.

Great winter getaway

Nicely located 2 bedroom condo with a nice view of Lake Arrowhead. Located just a short walk to the beach,fitness centre and on site swimming pools. Only a very short drive to many amenities such as grocery stores,restaurants and a Tanger outlet mall.Located directly across the street from Arcadian Shores Golf Club. Condo owner is Mike Ivey,very accessible if needed....we just spent 10 weeks wintering here,we will be back......

Parking at your door, no parking decks, no elevators. In the afternoon and evening it is away form al the loud music and noise of the ocean front. Easier to get to beach than ocean front high rises.

Parking Parking is not reserved. It is first come, first served. On a busy nigh you may not be able to park at the front door. There is ample parking on Westleton Drive, less than a 30 second walk in lighted parking lot. There is an over flow parking lot. There has never been a time that anyone in15 years has anyone had to use the over flow parking that is known.
