This 2 Br condo is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 2nd floor with an elevator access. It's in great shape with a complete new paint job. This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and welcoming. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay!

This was by far one of the best condos I have stayed in. It offers the safety of a gated community, is within walking distance to the beach, had great views of the nearby pond with lots of birds and wildlife. We will definitely stay here again!

Love this place!

Amazing

Everything was clean, easy to access and in a safe area. Beach was about a 5 minute walk from the building. The only issue we had, when we went to the pool the access code was incorrect so we were not able to enjoy.

Great Stay

We had an amazing stay! They made accommodation for our daughter which was great. It was amazingly close to the beach. We were close to her softball team which was in walking distance to their tower.

Pre-Summer Relaxation

We had a pre-Memorial Day vaca and it was very relaxing. The condo was clean and had updated features. There was even beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids in the storage box. Enjoyed looking out at the lake from the screened in deck and it was very convenient to have the pool adjacent to our building. The community was tucked away from the mainstream hustle of MB, but dining and the Walmart were still very close by. We definitely will rent this unit again.

Clean, Comfortable property

We had a great time at our stay, the property was easy to access and close to the beach. It would’ve been nice to have access to the resort amenities such as the fitness center and indoor pools, however we would definitely book again.

Best experience so far

This was by far the best experience we’ve had so far using vrbo. It was clean and comfy. They had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. We will definitely try to book here again!

Very Nice Place

We stayed here about a week in January. Place has everything you could want inside and is fully stocked. Nice quick walk to beach which is on a very quiet section again very nice. Walmart and restaurants are just a quick drive away. One thing I really like is it's in a very quiet section of the resort, so parking is so easy and loading and unloading is a breeze compared to the massive resorts that you have to fight for luggage carts. Beds are very comfortable and would stay here again in the future. Thanks, Brian

Adorable Beach Condo - Walk to the Beach!

Wow, so impressed with this condo in every way! Loved the choice of a traditional coffee pot or Keurig machine for our morning coffee. It has an amazing lake view from the porch to watch the ducks, geese, herons, etc., and string lights to use at night when enjoying a cocktail with friends/family. The storage unit outside has beach chairs, an umbrella, folding beach wagon and tons of kids toys (some are in the 2nd bedroom ottoman too), so you don't have to worry about bringing that down with you. The pool is literally next door and has free wifi available if you want to work poolside (but you should be on vacation!). Cross the short bridge around the corner (great for spotting turtles too), and you're at the beach. We timed it - it's 6 minutes from door to beach. And it's so close to great restaurants, Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing for great shopping. Love this place and will definitely be back!

Great location

Easy walk to the beach and the pool. Lots of great places to eat and shop very close. Fans, boogie boards, and beach chairs were a great surprise. Only issue we had was some electrical outlets did not work. We made do with the ones that did. Other than that- great place!

I absolutely loved my vacation! This unit is very clean, fully stocked with everything you need down to a beach wagon, beach umbrella, small cooler and beach toys. The kitchen is also fully stocked and is equipped with starter supplies. This unit is in a great location which is right over the pool, a short distance from the beach and shopping/Walmart is less than 5 minutes away. You can hear the ocean from the balcony, which we loved. You have access to several pools and amenities from the resort. The check in/ check out process was so effortless and easy. I would definitely return.

Perfect Stay- Close to the Beach

Be aware that there are multiple vacation rentals as well as hotel guests coming through the gate so traffic can back up at security if you are coming right at check-in. There is a pool right beside the condo that is only for guests of the building so it was very convenient for the kids to go for a bit but private enough that it doesn't get loud. Walk to the beach from the building was about .2 miles and paved so it was very easy. The beach was not too busy, even in peak season. The Apache pier is close enough to see (and possibly walk to) but far enough that you shouldn't need to worry about predators waiting for bait fish. This section of North Myrtle is our favorite because we can get to fun things to do, shopping, and food but be far enough away from "the strip" that we don't have to worry about loud noise and obnoxious people all night. The building and community itself was quiet and felt safe. The condo was clean and flooring seemed newer. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the screened balcony in the mornings. The desk was comfortable enough to check emails and do some work. We used the washer and dryer which made packing at the end of the trip easier. There were a couple of beach towels, beach chairs and lots of toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach. Management was responsive to questions and communicative. We would definitely consider booking here again.

Wonderful/clean Villa

I was very pleased with our stay at this villa. Rarely do the pictures match what you get in terms of renting a room/villa, but in this case they did! Everything was very clean and neat! I loved how easy it was to check in as well with the keypad entry.

Nice, clean, and great location!

I came down for a conference that took place at the Embassy Suites and Hilton. This was the perfect location, I could walk to everything. My family came with me and we enjoyed the pool and were thankful for the beach chairs and beach wagon that were provided. It was just a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. If time had allowed, I would have loved to have made use of some of Kingstons other amenities, like the fitness center and spa. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope to book again for next year's conference.

Winter Get Away

The condo was very comfortable and clean! Great Location! Short walk over the bridge to the beach. Owners very responsive to any concerns and we really appreciated their thoughtful text to let us know the condo was ready early when we arrived! We would absolutely rent this condo again!

Laurel Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
