Relájese y disfrute de los sonidos de las olas del mar y disfrutar de la brisa del mar suaves de este hermoso condominio cuarto piso en la playa en el bien cuidado y seguro-cerrada Bay View Grand. Este condominio está ubicado en el más buscado y edificio C deseada. Este condominio cuenta con balcón agradable vivir desde la mañana hasta la puesta del sol sin el intenso sol de otras torres. BVG es conocida por su arquitectura única con un toque mediterráneo y su espectacular ubicación en el distrito de la Marina Vallarta. Limita con un campo de golf Marina Vallarta y Club de Campo. Nuestro apartamento estaba decorado por un diseñador de interiores y tiene 1600 pies cuadrados de lujo con vista al mar de estar. Este condominio tiene vista al mar en todas las habitaciones y balcones privados, tanto de los maestros y segundo dormitorios, como baños separados y una amplia cocina con mesada de granito, nuevos gabinetes y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen una estufa de gas, horno, nevera, microondas, basura eliminación y lavavajillas. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, batidora y todo lo necesario. Las características Bay View Grand complejos filtran el agua, pero también hay un dispensador de la botella de agua disponible para su uso también. Un cuarto de lavado está situado junto a la cocina con una nueva lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia y amplia estantería en el armario de utilidad. El gran balcón privado con su propia bañera de hidromasaje, con vistas a un exuberante paraíso tropical con hermosos jardines de flores y palmeras abajo, grandes piscinas infinitas, hermosos jardines, las olas del mar rompiendo en una playa cuidada, un desfile virtual de los yates de vela durante la día, junto con la observación de ballenas, delfines jugando y océano puestas de sol cada noche en la playa. Relájese en una de las 6 piscinas infinitas y disfrutar de ser atendido por uno de los camareros si tienes ganas de comer, tomar una copa o un cóctel. Este confortable apartamento está equipado con TV de pantalla plana 3 inteligentes, cable, internet, teléfono toma la magia de forma gratuita llamadas de Estados Unidos y Canadá, y una línea telefónica mexicana para llamadas locales. También está equipada con ropa de cama de dormitorio, un montón de baño y toallas de playa, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar, aire acondicionado, 3 ventiladores de techo, y abundante espacio de armario y cómoda en los dos dormitorios. Relaxing and beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were decorated really nicely and felt warm and comfortable. Grounds were very pretty and the pool was quiet compared to what we are used to. Pool food and drinks were great! We would definitely stay here again.

A little piece of heaven on earth!

Love, love, love this place!! Hoping to get back soon....this was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and at the Bay View Grand, but it won't be our last! There's nothing quite like waking up to the sound of ocean waves, and walking/jogging on the beach in the morning was a perfect way to start our lazy days. The weather was perfect the entire time we were there, so we spent much time pool side, enjoying the awesome food and drink from the Snack Shack. So many things to see and do around PV (lots of ideas in the owner-provided notebook...thanks!!) that we didn't spend a ton of time in the condo, but it was beautiful - excellently decorated, all amenities you could ask for, in an upscale gated-community setting. Starbucks and excellent shops/marina within walking distance, and the famed Malecon is just a short bus ride away. Whether you're an adventure seeker or simply looking for relaxation, you will LOVE this place! Bonus for us....seeing whales, dolphins, sea turtles and a flying manta ray en route to Los Arcos. Simply amazing!

Absolutely perfect!

My son and I absolutely loved staying in this huge, amazing condo! The photos do not do this place justice! 😀 The condo was spotless when we arrived, the marble tile floors and modern bathrooms are gorgeous! The place is well stocked with wonderful furniture & linens, and is in a very safe area! When I had a few questions, the owner Don answered them almost immediately by email. The pool area is nicer than any resort we’ve ever stayed at and the “ snack shack” on site has great service, is delicious and is very inexpensive. We were a nice 15 minute walk away from a grocery store and another 15 minute walk away from the marina (that hosts a great night market on Thursdays!). I also loved the gym; it is equipped with great equipment and very clean. I think our favourite part of this condo was the large patio. It has a million dollar view, and is fully covered so we were still able to be outside when it was raining. Thank you Don & Lisa!

Just Perfect !

My wife and I spent a weeks vacation here , perfect quiet location with a fantastic view. This building is very secure and we felt very safe. The condo is furnished with everything you need and the owner is great to work with . An easy walk to the marina for shopping and restaurants. This is a two bedroom two bath so if you have kids this place is perfect .

A Little Bit of Paradise

Beautiful grounds, pools and fantastic view. Security keeps you feeling safe although the area seems to be safe. Two women walked from Marina to Condo several times between 9pm and 11 pm comfortably. Great location as bus is outside the door, marina with over 40 restaurants is walking distance. Condo unit clean, comfortable with everything you need. All condos with no hotel rooms therefore quiet without pool music and party atmosphere. Highly recommend. Hope to be able to rent again.

We spent 6 weeks at this condo and loved every moment of our stay.

The condo has everything we needed to live and relax with. The Bay View Grand Is a wonderful complex, the pools were great and the grounds were superb. The bus was just outside and it is just a short walk to the Marina or grocery store. We are looking forward to our return to the BVG next winter.

Beautiful..relaxing

We enjoyed this property very much. It was perfect for 4 people. Fernando the caretaker was there we when we arrived. He was very helpful and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. There were items available for us to use on arrival. The fridge had some staples for us to use. The kitchen could use a few items ie a teapot and kettle for tea drinking Canadians. There is a good supermarket within walking distance and you don't have to go to walmart at all. This complex is next to the airport but for us this was not a problem, a little noisy at times. The pools were beautiful , the gardens spectacular, and ocean views! We loved our stay here! Transit right outside the gate, the Marina a short walk away, a relaxing beach time! The owners are very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely try to stay here again!

What a view!

The first thing you love about this place is the gorgeous view. The second thing is the continuous breeze which cools the whole place. We did not require the air conditioning the entire time because of this and the ceiling fans. The condo is very nicely appointed and has everything you need to make yourself at home. The pools are lovely and it was not crowded. The service at the snack bar/bar was very good - food was so-so - but it was still nice to have it as an option. You can walk in either direction on the beach but some of the properties make it a little hard. The check-in process was really nice. They were waiting for us, welcomed us warmly and showed us everything in the condo. The grounds are maintained beautifully. This comes at the cost of some leaf blower noise though. Also, there is a constant security presence. It was a little off-putting to me. Even though I know they are trying to keep people off the property, it felt a little like a compound. Also, if you just stayed here and didn't venture out - you would not know you are in Mexico - it could be anywhere. This part of the city was developed for tourists and it has that feel as opposed to an authentic Mexican feel. Cabs are easy though, and you can get anywhere cheaply, but there tends to be quite a bit of traffic. It took 30 minutes to get to the Zona Romantica for dinner. So if you want a very nice condo in a safe building with beautiful surroundings, this is it. If you want a more authentic Mexican feel, this might not fit the bill.

Gorgeous Beach Getaway!!

This entire condominium complex is absolutely beautiful ! The grounds are very lush and looks like a botanical garden ! It is extremely well kept and clean and has the feel of an All Inclusive Resort. I loved having daily pool side service of food and drinks (at very reasonable prices) at the Cabana and especially loved that we had choices of 6 different pools to swim in. (All pools are beautiful infinity pools and heated in winter.) This condo is decorated with true Mexican flair and has all the amenities needed in bedrooms and kitchen to make your stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable! I loved the nice breezes coming in through the balcony and the views from the 4th floor were just amazing every day! Nice shaded balcony in afternoons made it so relaxing to just hang out there and enjoy the ocean waves , pools, boats, and gorgeous grounds all around. I felt very safe on this property because it is gated and the security is everywhere patrolling 24/7. Also there is a bus stop very close by that runs about every 15 mins that goes all throughout town for cheap . (Taxis are always close by as well if you prefer that.) The Marina Vallarta is a short 5-10 min walk from complex and offers fantastic restaurants and shopping . I highly recommend this condo - you will not be disappointed ! (I'm planning on returning there again this fall!) 💖 PV!!!!

Puerto Vallarta Paradise

Bay View Grand is indeed grand. The manicured grounds, the gorgeous pools, the beautiful flowering shrubbery, the exercise center, the Snack Shack, the meticulously clean property, the polite and courteous staff and of course....the ocean and mountain views are extraordinary. This fourth floor condo provides all the accommodations you would need for a relaxing and stress free get away. The furnishings reflect the beauty of the ocean and the charm of Mexico. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or just relax in one of the lounge chairs. There's even a darling hot tub on the balcony. For those of you who need to stay in touch with the internet world, wifi is included as well as a local phone. Little time is actually spent in the condo due to its close proximity to the Marina, the Malecon, the shopping and simply wandering the cobblestone streets admiring the architecture of the homes that surround it. I personally enjoyed being poolside, watching the sailboats, cruisers and cruise ships come into port. Taking photos of the grounds and local sights was also inviting. You can never have too many photos of the sun setting. The beauty, the people and the peacefulness of Puerto Vallarta bring me back yearly. I highly recommend Bay View Grand and the luxury and comfort of this condo.

Relaxation & enjoyment

First time at Bay View Grand and it was lovely. Balcony was wonderful. Great view of the beautiful manicured grounds, the 6 pools (two heated), beach, Bay & mountains.Very nice having two bathrooms. The condo was very nicely decorated and it was great having Wifi/ cable and phone to US & Canada. Walking to Marina, plaza etc. was perfect, no need for a vehicle. Taxi & buses stop right out side. We were there for one month. It would have been nice to have housekeeping.

A week full of relaxation and fun.

If you are looking for a vacation rental in Puerta Vallarta you can't go wron with this one. This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom luxury condo open floor plan with a private balcony that has beautiful views of the beach, mountains, ocean, infinity pool, and manicured gardens. Every view is amazing. We felt safe staying at this condo with it's private gated entrance. The employees were all friendly and the pool side bar and restaurant were great. We spoke to several "residents"at Bay View Grand who had been there for years and they loved it. The location is perfect....close to the airport, marina, shops, and restaurants. It is not necessary to have your own tranportation as cabs are easily accessible. The owner's of this condo have everything you want to know about BVG and PV in an organized notebook (nice personal touch). Great place and we will definitey be back!

I stayed in this condo two weeks in July. Honestly, I could not have dreamt of a better place to stay during my time in Puerto Vallarta. The place was phenomenal! The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The modern kitchen opened up to the lounge room, however I couldn't resist sitting out on the private balcony, overlooking the beautiful beach and mountains in the background. During the day I would keep the balcony doors open which left the condo very breezy and peaceful. The open layout is an ideal entertainment space. It's just a couple steps to six amazing infinity pools allowing you to get a different view of the ocean and the marina everyday! Sitting by the pool, practically on the beach, drinking beers and watching the waves crash was practically heaven. The management and staff were so kind as well. It was very nice that they understood and spoke English. The gym was also an awesome attribute to staying at Bay View Grand. There were plenty of machines, a locker room, air conditioned and even had massage rooms. Being so close to the marina made being a tourist fun and tangible to all the fun shopping and dining. There were taxis waiting right out of the gates which was very convenient. But even if I didn't leave the condo the entire trip I would have been perfectly fine to say the least! Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience! I cant wait to come back!!!

We have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for almost 2 decades. We fell in love with the authentic charm, beautiful beaches, and the kindness of the citizens instantly. We are both veteran educators. Don is currently an Assistant Superintendent in a large suburban district and Lisa is starting her 30 year of teaching primary children. We have been bringing our kids to the Puerto Vallarta area since they were very young. Alex our son is working on his Ph.D at Vanderbilt University and our daughter Ashley is a student at University of Missouri studying to become a teacher. We spend our free time traveling, enjoying our dear friends at the Lake of the Ozarks and volunteering. This summer Lisa and her daughter volunteered at Casa Hogar which is an orphanage near Bay View Grand and at Pasitos de Luz, an organization that works with disabled children in the area. It is our hope to continue volunteering and bringing books and supplies to children in need in the Puerto Vallarta area. We love Puerto Vallarta and the convenience and beauty of the Marina Vallarta area and Bay View Grand.

The beach at Bay View Grand is one of the largest privately owned beaches in Puerto Vallarta. There are grocery stores nearby including a mall, Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco.
