Mediterranean Water Front es un apartamento Duplex en Fuengirola por su amplitud, localización y diseño.

La propiedad situada en frente de la playa, consta de dos plantas, 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y una maravillosa terraza con vistas directas al mar.

La suite principal consta de una cama de matrimonio y baño ensuite.

El resto de invitados se sentirán igual de cómodos en las otras dos habitaciones ambas con dos camas individuales.

El elegante comedor interior linda con la sala de estar y excelentes vistas al mar.

Ofrecemos un servicio personalizado de conserje (un dueño muy atento!) que le ayudará en cualquier cosa qué necesite para qué su estancia sea perfecta.

Lovely apartment in a great location

I have stayed in this apartment twice now and I can’t fault anything. It really is in the best location, it is spotlessly clean, and has everything needed. It is furnished to a high standard, plenty of towels and as we stayed for 9 nights a change of bed linen. Marina met us on arrival and is very accommodating with any requirements. Have booked again for next year and very much looking forward to it.

A Perfect Vacation at a Perfect Location

My wife and I spent an extended vacation in Fuengirola and we're excited that the pictures showed that we would be as close to the beach as we could imagine. The pictures did not disappoint. The apartment is directly across from the beach and the balcony provided for our breakfast room. What a treat to wake up to the glorious sun shining on the sea and going to bed with the gentle sounds of the waves on the beach. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The three bathrooms were a bonus and the decor of the apartment was tasteful easy to maintain. We re coming back next year!

Location Location Location!!

As per the title, the location was outstanding for us!! Right across from the beach ... you could hear the waves crashing at night, just so soothing! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony, we sat out there every night with a glass (or two) of wine! You don't really need a vehicle to enjoy Carvajal .... 5 minute walk to the train. A lovely walk into Fuengirola. The apartment itself was very comfortable, but just a note, please bring toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher detergent ... etc., with you especially if you are staying a week or more. A very minimal amount is provided. Would I return? In a heartbeat!

Very nice apartment with all amenities

We regularly stay in the Carvajal area and this is our first stay at this apartment. It is very well presented and very clean. The decor and fittings were of a high quality along with the linen and towels. The beds all had quality mattresses enabling a comfortable nights sleep. There are several three bedroom apartments in the area that we have stayed in and this is one that we will definitely use again. There was only three of us staying in the apartment on this trip but it has enough space for seven as mentioned in the description. The lower floor bedroom has a small combined toilet/shower room with the sink in the main bedroom area which worked well. We did not use the underground parking as we were able to park along the promenade outside the apartment. There are a few new eating venues along the promenade with the meat restaurant next to the apartment offering exceptional food and drink. Our host Marina was very helpful and we were able to gain access into the apartment earlier than the arrival time. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for something that little bit nicer than the normal offerings available.

Apartamento encantador con muy buena situación.

El apartamento es muy bonito, tal y como se ve en las fotos del anuncio. Estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Marina ha sido muy buena anfitriona y se ha adaptado a nuestra situación a pesar de que surgió un problema, pudiendo gestionar todo perfectamente. Seguro que volvemos.

Unas vacaciones ideales

La casa de Marina es perfecta, en primera línea, desde la terraza ves las olas del mar y la playa. Muy luminosa y bien decorada y lo mejor es la situación, no está en todo el bullicio de Fuengirola sino en una zona mucho más tranquila rodeada de restaurantes riquísimos. Nosotros ya hemos repetido dos veranos pq es difícil encontrar un lugar así. Marina es super atenta y nos ha tratado de lujo, si te falta algo o te ocurre algo en el momento te lo soluciona, muchas gracias Marina, repetiremos seguro.

Una maravilla!

Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. El apartamento es calcado a las fotos, decorado con mucho gusto e impecable en todo. Viajo mucho y pocas veces me he encontrado con tal nivel de cuidado y limpieza. Estuvimos una semana, la primera de julio, disfrutamos de una estancia tranquila exactamente según lo prometido. La anfitriona es encantadora, gracias Marina por estar siempre ahí para resolver hasta la más mínima duda que tuviéramos. La zona es inmejorable, lujosa incluso diría, si quieres unas vacaciones de verdad tranquilas, te recomiendo este apartamento. Qué maravilla! Nosotros volveremos sin duda!

Duplex Apt, in ideal location.

Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely duplex apartment, which is on the sea front. We received a very nice welcome from Marina the owner. Marina also gave us a quick tour of the apartment on arrival. All facilities were more than adequate and everything was in good condition/working order. The whole apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our group especially liked the balcony which gave us fantastic views of the local seafront. We also felt the balcony was very private, despite being just one floor up from the pavement below. All the beds/pillows were comforable. We would be more than happy to stay here again, hopefully we will. Thank you Marina for your hospitality and efficiency in every way.

Perfekt boende

Vi hyrde här en vecka och en perfekt lägenhet för oss som var 5 vuxna, lägenhetens läge låg perfekt i ett lungt område med ca 30 meter till stranden och med närhet av 4-5 restauranger precis utanför. Vi lagade inte annat än frukost men det fanns allt som skulle kunna behövas för att kunna äta alla måltider hemma.

Der Preis ist völlig überrissen. Die Lage ist gut. Die Wohnung braucht eine gründliche Renovierung

Die Wohnung ist in einen Zustand, dass sie keinesfalls als alternative für ein Luxushotel offeriert werden darf. Auch nicht an anspruchsvolle Gäste. Die Sauberkeit lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Ich fühle mich durch fewo-direkt Werbung in die Irre geführt. Der Garage Einstellplatz ist so, dass ich durch den Kofferraum meines klein VW Polo aussteigen musste. Die Einrichtung ist durchwegs veraltet und vom billigsten.

Schöner Urlaub in netter Umgebung

Unser 4 wöchiger Aufenthalt im Februar 2018 war äußerst angenehm. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieterin Frau Marina Cuadra die auch Kleinigkeiten sofort beheben ließ. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön direkt am Strand mit Palmen gesäumter Promenade gelegen und zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig.

Fantastic

Great location and fantastic views, nice restaurants in walking distance. Very clean rooms and fully stocked kitchen. The only criticism is that there was no air con in any of the bedrooms.

Lovely bright home

A verry well equiped flat for 7 persons. Verry close to the centre lovely walking along the promenad

The flat was verry close to the beachfront and a short walking distance to the local train and shops. Most satisfactory was that there were bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms. This gave adaquite privacy. There was very nice balcony facing the beach. Kitchen well equiped with all that was needed. A verry homey flat WE can recomend it to all. Week ends was a bit more noisy from the resturant underneath. MARINA was verry forth comeing and sweet. .

Strandurlaub in sehr schöner Wohnung, direkt über der Beach

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend und schön. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht, GS, WM, sogar Gewürze waren vorhanden. Schöner Wohnraum und wunderbarer Balkon direkt aufs Meer hinaus. Eines der Doppelzimmer hat ein etwas kleines französisches Doppelbett und ein Bad. Das andere Doppelzimmer hat grosse Betten und ein Bad gleich davor. Im Untergeschoss gibt es ein Zimmer mit drei Einzelbetten und einem Bad. Eine Familie oder Reisegruppe kann also mit einer guten Privatsphäre pro Zimmer zusammen wohnen. Der inbegriffene Untergrundparkplatz im Gebäude ist im Sommer äusserst hilfreich, das es auf der Strasse ganz selten freie Plätze gibt. Der Parkplatz ist eng, d.h. nur für Autos bis zur Grösse ca. eines VW Golf. Die Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung sind gut. Es ist der äusserste Teil des Strandes von Fuengirola, wo Baden im Juli recht gemütlich ist und nicht überfüllt. Auch sonst ist es da eher ruhig, auch abends. Mehr Bewegung und Leben gibt es in Richtung des Zentrums von Fuengirola 1-2 km dem Strand entlang und im Zentrum des gemütlichen Städtchens. Da gibt es auch sehr viele Restaurants und alles ist viel touristischer. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. 2 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche.

tres bon sejour

l’appartement est conforme a la description mais aurait put avoir les 5 étoiles s'il n y avait pas 2 points négatifs qui sont le réfrigérateur trop vieux et en mauvaise état et la climatisation qui est indispensable mais 1 seul n'est pas suffisante pour un appartement de 110 m de plus une climatisation du plus petit model qui ne peut couvrir que le 1/10 de la surface du salon, les chambres ne sont équipés de climatisation également. points positif: accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui est très sympatrique, maison ensoleillé et propre, nous avons même eu droit a des gâteaux offert en signe de bienvenue. Merci Mme Marina, Merci Abritel.
