We had some very cold weather and had a little bit of struggle with the heat but our host was very good about getting us a heater right away. He was very easy to reach and responded to everything right away

Big house, had everything we needed. Pool was our favorite part, we spent most of our time in it. Sliding glass door to the pool was kind of hard to open and close but did not affect our stay at all. Everything was great!

The perfect place to stay

The property is absolutely perfect! The pool is the a great size, kitchen is large and spacious, beds are incredibly comfortable. The kids rooms are decorated to perfection (my son particularly loved the stat wars room and the decor touches). The games room was always entertaining and the location is close enough to Universal and Disney and Haines City is a very comfortable city to be in. Honestly not a thing ng bad I can say about this property....it was perfect!

Baseball Tournament Trip - Multiple Families

Great location for our trip to watch RussMatt baseball games. Property was clean with alot of indoor & outdoor spaces for our group. Multiple in-bedroom bathrooms for Multiple families. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great Stay for Family!

We loved staying here! Our family (10 of us) ranged from 16-23 with us parents. The kids loved swimming and we loved having a table big enough to have dinner all together. We only did one day at Disney and it was about a 40 minute drive. Cocoa Beach was an hour and a half so it was a perfect location.

Most enjoyable home

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pans and silverware we need for our family. It was clean and so beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! We had the best vacation and the house was the best I’ve ever rented and I’ve rented a lot of homes over the years. Absolutely perfect and worth ever penny!

Great location, house and pool!

This is a wonderful house to stay in with family. The pool was great. The kitchen was great. I have no complaints about the house at all, but the king size beds upstairs were not as comfortable as the king size bed downstairs. If kids are sleeping in the beds upstairs, I don’t think it would make a difference but for adults there was a difference. Other than that the house was wonderful and perfect.

Full of bugs, remotes didn’t work, pool filthy, bloody bandages on the pool deck, used bandaids IN the beds…changed sheets between guests??? YUCK. Car towed from front of house with no notice and homeowner couldn’t care less!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

The whole package

X….Very private X …Lovely house X….Amazing private pool and heated perfectly( we X….paid for pool heat and it was heated propley as we would expect) X…Beds was super comfortable Only minor was a couple of sunbeds were in need of replacement but we felt so lucky to have found this property. Rent alot of villas in florida and this was great value for money! You will not be disappointed picking this. I am really picky about villas and We couldn’t fault it!

We loved the house plus I had a problem,on the website that said the poll is heated, and when we arrive. The house the pool was cold. I called the phone in the house and the person tell me you had to pay more 350 to turn heater in cash

Thank you for staying with us and your review. The advertising site clear states that pool and spa heating is an extra fee of $30 per night and at no time did you request any information about this.

Enjoyed it

Overall it was a great stay! The house was big and beautiful, like the photos display. We enjoyed the pool (we always pay for heating and it worked great!) and the hottub. There wasn’t a lot of traffic through the neighborhood which made it calm and quieter than others we have stayed at. Having a lake in the background was a nice plus. It was beautiful and allowed for perfect sunsets. Our only negatives were the wifi was pretty spotty and there seemed to be a lack of towels/pool towels and cookware (pots and pans, not plates). These seem to be common negatives for VRBO homes but it does make it more difficult when preparing meals for the family and hanging out by the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would book the house again if we could.

I’d like to say bad to keep it a secret. AMAZING! Clean, with all the bells and whistle!

Everything you could want, and more! Comfy mattresses and very Clean, the bathrooms already had soap and TP. The kitchen had everything. The non-stick pots are a bit worn, so we used the others. The bathrooms and bedrooms and closets were all large and clean. This house had it all! I can’t wait to book again next year for a longer stay! It was perfect for our trips to Lakeland for baseball. Not far from the Orlando parks and mall shopping. The pool and spa were perfect, we did add heat and a bbq grill. The day sunshine and the sunsets were all perfect. The dock was great for fishing and family photos. Loved that it was a gated community. I really can’t rave about this place enough! We’ll be back!

Wi-Fi worse than dial up

To be a modern world where everything is digital there should be strong Wi-Fi. The kids couldn’t even connect to Wi-Fi on iPads long enough to go to sleep. We had to pay for heat in the pool which I think is silly but was worth it. But would have been nice if pool was cleaned. No tvs the 1st night all remotes were dead. Very limited on cooking dishes. And no grill. This just wasn’t a grand experience.

Issues with the property

No kitchen sink strainers, pool had cloudy green for a week, no hot water for a day, confusing internet connection, sliding patio door hard to open and close, exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom doesn’t work, kitchen table chairs were loose, ants all over the driveway and some inside house, alarm went off and poop and maintenance guys came over serval times

Houses is a bit dated

We stayed here from March 17th - March 24th. There was nothing really wrong with the property and I guess it met the needs of the guys. However, they say a picture is worth a 1000 words. In reality, when we got to the house, we were a bit disappointed with the house being very dated. It was probably a very nice home 10 to 15 years ago but now, it’s average. Would I stay there again? I probably would if I only had the choices of four or five houses. However, there are thousands of houses to pick from so I know I can do better. On the flipside call mom the cleaning lady was very accommodating. The pool heater wasn’t on when we got there, but that was fixed the same day when we made that request. All in all, not a bad place, but I know i can get a better bang for my buck.

Nice Stay

Our family really enjoyed the property. The maximum sleeping space was excellent for our crew. We were a little disappointed that the pool heating correlated with the hot tub and I apparently didn’t read in the earlier correspondence that it had to be arranged prior to arrival and with extra charge. Otherwise, the accommodations were very good.

Wedding travels

Family gathering for a wedding and getting all together. Property manager/owner were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had (which were few). Game room needs air...fans don't cut it. Games need refreshing/minor repairs. We were there for family time and the pool was wonderful! Thank you! Lori
