PUAMANA PREMIER 2 DORMITORIOS JARDIN UNIDAD 153-6, 3 BAÑOS Y DORMITORIOS 7 ..
Menos de 200 pies al mar. Es una de las unidades de dos dormitorios más grandes con 1,368 pies cuadrados. Puamana es una comunidad privada cerrada de 32 acres de exuberantes jardines tropicales, espacios abiertos y frente al mar privado (más de 3/4 millas), surf, casa club de la era de las plantaciones y observación de ballenas en invierno. Tres piscinas y una en el océano. Pista de tenis. Todos los edificios son de una sola planta, excepto 2 habitaciones que son de 2 plantas. Acabo de terminar de remodelar completamente el interior y todo es nuevo. Aires acondicionados en el nivel inferior y los dos dormitorios superiores; temperatura establecida en 72 grados. Tres televisores con uno en cada habitación. Dormitorio principal Cama King, Queen y dos camas individuales en el otro dormitorio, con cama principal en el nivel principal. Blue Ray Player, sistema estéreo, WI-FI, sistema de CA configurado en 71 .. Añadido 20'X15 'de la cubierta del dormitorio principal. Caja fuerte en dormitorio principal. La casa club ofrece una sala de cartas, sala de lectura y biblioteca de préstamo. Sala de ejercicios disponible a un costo diario adicional. La madre naturaleza cambia constantemente la arena durante las tormentas, por lo que nunca sé cuánto habrá cuando llegue. Juegos infantiles y columpios. El mejor clima en Maui. Tengo un secador de pelo en cada baño. Hay cuatro sillas de playa, seis tablas de surf y una barbacoa en la sala de almacenamiento en el lanai. Permitiré un perro con mi aprobación y se cobrará una tarifa y alojamiento. Ven y disfruta de mi paraíso de Hawai.

Great for a family

My family felt comfortable and were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. They had boogie boards that my grandsons were able to play with also the place is very nice and clean. I would stay here again in the future. Staying here made our trip to Maui relaxing and a safe place to stay.

Family Vacation

We took our entire family to Hawaii for 2 weeks, a once in a lifetime adventure. It was wonderful to find a place where all 9 of us could be together but not too expensive or too crowded. (Only one of our group was under 18.) If you are looking for fancy place this is probably not for you. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, well stocked, kitchen, everything in good working order, then this is the place for you. The beach is a very short walk away and it is lovely and private. There are lots of water toys, coolers, lawn chairs, and a shade tent in the storage area, for use on the beach.The grounds are very well maintained. I can not think of anything we lacked. Last but not least, Bruce, our host was great. He answered my many questions quickly and with great patience. I would stay again even if it was just the two of us.

Maui life at Puamana

This property is very nice, well kept and stocked . The toy storage off the patio has lots of great amenities. BBQ is good but now propane is empty. Ants in upstairs bathroom and kitchen. One flickering light in a bedroom. Over all we loved this unit and the location near the water. Friends who stopped by loved it too. Great place to stay.

Pretty spot close to Lahaina

This is a nice unit close to Lahaina. We had a minor issue checking in with security, but it was quickly resolved. Other than that, we had a great time visiting. Thank you for sharing your place.

Lots of room!

We stayed at this property for a girls trip. The layout of the condo is great for a group. Lots of room, comfortable beds, great kitchen and seating areas. The location is about a 30 minute walk to downtown Lahaina where there is lots to see and do. There really is no beach at this property so we drove to find sand. The pools are small with few chairs and the one overlooking the ocean is the quiet pool. Spectacular sunsets can be seen with just a short walk to the shoreline! Loved our stay!

We are not regular travelers to Hawaii, so this trip was highly anticipated. The location was less than a mile walk into Lahaina, but very peaceful. The pools were fabulous. The property was exactly as described.

Excellent stay!!

Perfect location. Beautiful condo. The bedding and towels had some stains but aside from that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Love that it had 3 full bathrooms.

Perfect Family Getaway

Loved the place! Right next to the beach, nice swimming pool next to ocean. Close to downtown for shopping and great places to eat. The place is very clean and roomy. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a perfect stay at this property! The location was wonderful on the island and the beach next door to our condo was gorgeous! There was only a small problem with the water heater, but we were able to get it fixed immediately. We loved our time here and made forever memories!

Paradise called Puamana

This property is beyond amazing!! This was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last time. The location to Lahaina is perfect, just a short walk to town. The unit we stayed in was exactly as stated by the owner. The grounds are beautiful and completely safe for families of all types!!

Fantastic Stay

This property was perfect for our family of 7! The location was perfect for our 10 day Maui family vacation. It was central to everything we wanted to do. The beach was perfect, there were plenty of toys and chairs for beach time. The home was clean, and had plenty of towels. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast at home each morning and a cooler available for us to pack lunches for our days away from the property. We would highly recommend this home and we will return in the future.

Love this place!

My family and I spent 8 days here and it was perfect! Check in was extremely easy and everyone we came into contact with were very nice. The condo was very clean, roomy, and well stocked with many items we would need during our stay. It was just a short walk to either the beach or pool. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and interacting with the chickens, frogs, and lizards. Someone in a previous review complained about the chickens but there are no roosters and the hens are very small and don’t even cluck. They make little peeping sounds and my kids loved feeding them. We were glad they were there. They were a delightful touch. If you don’t want them around just don’t feed them. The beds were quite comfortable. There were 6 of us and we had run to spare. Even the sleeper sofas downstairs were comfortable. The family next door were very friendly as well as the lady at the office when we registered our vehicle. Great experience from the beginning to the end. We will definitely try to book with Marilyn in the future. Mahalo for helping us have an amazing vacation!

There is nothing like Puamana. It has lush plants, and every building is one story except for the two-bedroom units—3/4 mile of oceanfrontage, gated community.

My unit is the end unit and just 200 feet from the ocean. Can see ocean from both upper bedrooms and new deck.
