Esta es una casa adosada de calidad con una excelente ubicación en el jardín central de Puamana. Esta casa cuenta con una amplia cocina, alfombras bereberes, detalles en bloques de vidrio, una gran ventana de huerta y una decoración tropical. Su ubicación en la esquina permitió un nuevo diseño de cocina e iluminación adicional cuando esta casa fue renovada. Los huéspedes que regresan una y otra vez dicen que les encanta la orientación sur soleada de esta unidad y su fácil acceso a las piscinas, la playa y la casa club. Será difícil encontrar un mejor valor en todo Maui para el paisaje y la ubicación que esta vista de jardín de una habitación de calidad.

La playa de Puamana es estacional.

Beautiful Puamana location, quaint unit, new bbq that maintenance replaced for us. They replaced a New hairdryer, as the old one was very old! The unit also received a new shower head while we were there at our request. We were very happy w the response and have stayed at this unit at least 10 times. A few updates are still needed- the beach chairs are old ready to go, and there are burn marks in the mansi chairs from the Lahaina fire. We are so happy this place is still standing!

We enjoyed the stay, however, minor improvements would be helpful. The water was shut off twice while we were there and it would have been helpful if we could have been notified prior to the shut off rather than after. The key box was difficult to open and impossible to close…..suggest a new one. The bar b que was disgustingly filthy …..we never used it….suggest a new one.

Everything we used worked as it should plenty of essentials coffee every morning on patio with a small view of ocean bought some groceries at nearby safeway saved some time and money had a gas grill ready to go but didnt use it my 3 daughters rented 2 places there we were all within a couple of minutes from each other having a quiet beach and 3 pools made it fun for all going into town was easy as well as exploreing the island.Only thing I could knock was no window coverings in both bath rooms it would take a little effort to peek in but could use a little more privacy bay window was uncovered which made that part of house warmer No a/c in that area but the fans made it comfortable bedroom had a/c nice there I consider 4 stars overall but with all the fun we had and convinece will go with 5 plan on being back This place is great for a couple only

Always a pleasure

This is one of our favorite places to come and stay. Great neighborhood. Great property management company. Home had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots and pans and all the utensils you could possibly need. We really appreciate having access to the beach chairs at the house, umbrellas, and beach toys.

Great experience

The property is great and made our stay perfect. Two patio doors in the living room and bedroom. A wonderful patio. The whole house was great. Is in a beautiful, safe and quiet community. Also was a short walk or bike ride to Lahaina. Would absolutley stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Puamana but this is a tired, old condo. Very few dishes, AC that isn't effective, one chair was broken and under the sofa bed were a huge number of mouse droppings. We were unable to ever cool down the condo to be comfortable. On a positive note it is a good location, has a W & D, and a BBQ. The patio was nice for dining.

Mahalo Puamana and Maui

We lived in Puamana 4 years ago and wanted to come see some friends and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Puamana is a beautiful quiet gated area just a short walk to the fun Front Street. Puamana has 3 pools you can choose from, a tennis court and now a pickleball court! Unit 80-4 was perfect for my husband and I, The unit was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the unit and would definitely stay here again!

House is as in a great location and perfect to accommodate the overflow family members of our group also staying in property. Amenities could be updated and had some issues with the “ resident pets” but all and all the stay went well.

Good location, but condo needs an update

Very affordable for Puamana. However, the furniture is outdated and the Internet and WiFi did not work when we were there. The management company was very responsive and allowed out to log into the WiFi of a nearby unit, but that only worked in 1/2 of the apartment. But if you're looking for a bargain in a very nice gated community, this is the listing for you.

Great Location!

We had a great time staying here on our vacation. The place was very clean. When we visited Lahina was very busy making it difficult to find a dinner reservation, so the gas grill on the patio was a very nice addition to our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the central location near pools, clubhouse and the beach. We spent a lot of time on the shady lanai. The biggest downside was the next door neighbors noisy wall ac unit that ran 24 hours a day and was right next to our master bedroom and the lanai. The unit is pretty original and could use a refresh.There were some maintenance issues, like toilets that would not stop running. The unit was clean and the management company was efficient.

The property is infested with ants. all around the outside of the property there many ant hills under all the loose stones. These ants invade the kitchen and bathrooms. I called while staying in the unit. You advised that a service was called and would spray for ants but a service never came. This problem has been going on for a long time. The unit need updating. Your description on your website is very deceiving. The Wi-Fi did not work most of the time. Many more issues exist.

Unit needs AC in the living room and kitchen area. Had a very hard time keeping the unit cool due to the location of the AC. Also, needs new pots and pans. Several of the fry pans were scratched and not usable.

September 2017 Stay

Horrible! It is cheap, by Maui standards, for a reason, I suppose. The advertisement for this place conveniently omits its deficiencies. Inadequate air conditioning makes half of the place unusable. No privacy as you can see through the "blinds" in the bedroom. There are no curtains or blinds in the kitchen. Although they say there is wifi, there is none. I apprised management of the deficiencies. The Lady I talked to seemed concerned enough to promise someone would get on to the missing blinds and wifi, nothing happened to either. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GROUP!!! Totally unprofessional! I will seek a refund! I will be shocked to get it!

Clean-Quiet-Well Organized

My two adult daughters and I stayed in this condo for 5 days. Except for our food, everything we could possibly want was provided. The condo is spacious with one separate bedroom, kitchen fully stocked and a nice living room area. The washer and dryer even came equipped with soap and dryer sheets. All your shopping and restaurants are just a short walk to Old Town Lahaina. Surfing and snorkeling are also close by. The gated community property is beautiful and well maintained. It's right on the ocean front. The beach is rocky and lots of coral, so you can't swim or play in the ocean. They do have 3 pools to cool you down though, one of which is right on the ocean. Our stay was comfortable though quite warm. Fans were provided and there was an air conditioner in the master bedroom which helped cool down that room. This was a nice place to stay. Thanks to the owners who thought to make our stay a nice one with everything they provided.
