Viva La Kiva es una hermosa casa frente al mar con un verdadero ambiente costero, 6 habitaciones King, cada una con baño privado, un elevador y una piscina climatizada privada de 10'x28 '. Tiene vistas increíbles con amplios porches que abarcan el ancho de cada uno de los tres niveles de la casa.

El piso inferior tiene una entrada elegante, un porche con vistas a la piscina privada, un dormitorio con una cama King más un sofá cama doble y un nido doble, un baño completo, una lavandería y el garaje. La piscina se puede calentar por $ 50 / día.

El piso medio cuenta con una sala familiar y 4 habitaciones King, cada una con baño privado.

El piso superior tiene una gran sala de estar con impresionantes vistas, una gran mesa de comedor redonda que encanta a nuestros huéspedes, una cocina, un tocador y el dormitorio principal y el baño. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King más una alcoba con un sofá cama doble y un nido doble.

Epic Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time and have already booked the house for Spring Break last year. We had great communication with the rental company anytime we needed something. There are a few things that would be helpful to have in the home and I submitted those items so hopefully they are there when we return next year. It’s our 4th trip to Gulf Shores and the 3rd house we have stayed in and the area and house are our absolute favorite!! The added and included activities are a huge plus. Our group enjoyed the fishing trip, miniature golf, golf, dolphin cruise and parasailing (some multiple times during the 11 days we were there).

Great Place but don't expect to re-rent same week

We rented it in 2023 and re-rented it for 2024. However when we tried to re-rent for the following year prior to end of our stay, GSVR allowed someone else to rent our timeframe for 2025. I understand anyone wanting to stay here. All rooms are king suites and first and 3rd floor ensuites have extra sleeping of twin & trundle or queen size murphy bed. Love the living area is on top floor and the large round table is awesome for a large group. We are so sad that now we have to go back to the drawing board to find another place for our group. NOT HAPPY about that!

Didn’t feel cramped as the condo is very spacious. Loved the pool & the elevator came in very handy as we had two family members with mobility restrictions.had a couple of minor problems during our stay which were corrected quickly. One thing I’d bring to the owner’s attention is garbage pick up. The bins were not taken out on designated garbage day & bins were over full before the next pickup day. Minor problem but wanted to let you know. Overall a very pleasant week & would definitely recommend facility to everyone.Thanks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do you ever look at a big 6 brm rental property only to see not enough space on the couches? Not enough chairs at the dining table? Only a handful of loungers around the pool? Deck not big enough? Not here! This big beautiful house was perfect for our stay with 3 generations and extended family. Lots of room to gather with plenty of seats for everyone both inside and out. Plus plenty of spaces to spread out when you need some quiet time. The pool and deck area was a great place to get some sun or read in the shade. The elevator was a bonus. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. And you pretty much have the beach to yourself. Quiet secluded area to relax and unwind. It’s a little drive to town for groceries, etc, but well worth it to be away from it all. Stop at the Beignet Cafe, they are made to order and are piping hot and delicious. Definitely recommend this rental. We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful time my family had!! Nobody wanted to leave! There were 12 of us in the house, ages 11-75. We had tons of room to spread out. The house was clean and tidy top to bottom. We had ONE issue at the house, on our first night, and they were out within an HOUR to correct it! My family LIVED in the beautiful pool for most of the trip. My family wants to come back and stay again SOON, and so do I!! Side note-we were provided a variety of free or reduced price activities to go to around the area. My nephews did the free golf and they had a great time. Just be aware: If you come around Spring Break, the area is loaded with families. The small stores could not handle all the demand for groceries. It was the same for many of the restaurants. Be prepared to either have some groceries with you when you arrive, or to take the 10 minute ride into town to shop there. A small grocery store near us would not have eggs in again for 2 days! We drove into town and the store was LOADED with eggs!! Thank You for a fabulous time!

Spring Break 2024

This place is gorgeous! We loved everything about it - the gorgeous view, private pool, great beds for all, and beautiful furnishings. The free activities were a wonderful bonus. We are already dreaming of when we can come back.

Spring Break 2024

Amazing house and property with everything that is needed. The kids loved being able to go from the pool to the beach and then back and forth again and again. For a house of this size it was amazing how clean and spotless it was. Hats off to the cleaning crew that takes care of this property. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and would stay again for sure.

Girlfriend Getaway…

The house was amazing and accommodating for thirteen of us…plenty of room! The elevator was a plus, especially since the kitchen is located on the top level. The views were spectacular, and we loved the secluded location…definitely hope to return for another visit soon.

We loved it then, so we decided to stay again with three other couples that we often vacation with. We all had a great time. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minutes drive to all the great restaurants. Our friends liked so much, we have already booked Viva la Kiva again for next February. Very clean. Beautiful condition. I highly recommend Viva la Kiva for your next vacation.

Wonderful Time for our family! Highly Recommend!!

We had never been to the beach during the winter and were looking for a great place to hang out, play games, and be together. The house is located on the Fort Morgan peninsula, and it was so peaceful. The property is about 15 miles from the main highway in Gulf Shores, but that's exactly what we wanted for our family. There is a Dollar General about four miles away, and there are a couple of restaurants there as well. The walk to the beach is very simple, and there are protected dunes on either side of the walkway. So its beautiful, and gives the feeling of even being more remote than you actually are. The service was fantastic! I was given a number to call or text during my stay. They were always responsive and knew everything about the house. On day three, we lost our pool heat. I contacted them, and men came to discover our heater was out of gas. They came on NEW YEAR's EVE!! I was blown away. They were so friendly, and told us when the pool would be ready and they were exactly right!It had plenty of room for 11 of us. The extra large living and dining areas were what I appreciated most. All 11 of us could be the same room with chairs to spare. It was so nice! I would recommend Viva La Kiva to anyone who has a large family and wants to be together. The space is amazing, up to date, and decorated beautifully. There are six bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!

Viva La Kiva Stay

The only real downfalls were that the pool wasn't heated when we arrived and took a couple of days to get warm...and not to the 88degrees advertised. The elevator was also hit or miss...needs to be looked at. All in all we love Gulf Shores and the house. Next year we will pick a warmer time of year to enjoy the ocean.
