Me my Mother Sister Daughter and Granddaughter had a fabulous weekend. This condo was perfect. Security Guard went above and beyond to help us get settled in and the beach chair guy always offered to help carry our stuff.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean and looks exactly what was on the website. The parking area is tight for big vehicles. The elevator takes a good 10-15 minutes delay for service. But overall, this is a great place to stay. We will be back for sure.

Loved the decor!

Decor is great! Condo is stocked with all your needs! Beautifully decorated. Large balcony. No long waiting on Elevators. If you are a big pool person I would suggest a different complex but we come for the beach so it was fine for us.

Disappointed

The condo was not clean- the management did their best to rectify the situation. Started the vacation cleaning. Not my idea of a vacation.

Perfect vacation!

This condo and property were excellent! The condo was beautifully decorated & perfectly clean. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff (Patricia) who was there to inspect, but stayed to make sure everything was acceptable for us. Very comfortable beds. Great water pressure, nice cookware & utensils in kitchen, nice huge stacked washer & dryer & laundry area, keurig & traditional coffee pot, Netflix & WiFi. The beach is so much less crowded & everyone is very friendly. We ate several meals we cooked & breakfast on the spacious balcony every morning with incredible views of the gulf. Sofa in living room is slightly worn & uncomfortable but we were having so much fun we didn’t sit much. Go eat at the Warf & shuckums! We will definitely return to Tropical Winds 1004. Thank you!

Relaxing getaway

Renting was no problems- all was great except ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work. We would also suggest new sofa that didn’t sink to the floor.

Semi-favorable review

You can tell it was an investment property not a homeowner. The condo was clean and big but the balcony was dirty and stained (had to wear shoes when we went out because it was sticky and dirty). Lots of plates, pots and pans, and glasses and cups but no bowls with lids for left overs nor plastic wrap or aluminum foil. The toilets were so low, I felt like I was falling to the floor. The sofa was so old and worn out. VERY uncomfortable to sit on, much less sleep on. You need to invest in a new sofa. For the kind of money we spent, we should have been able to sit and relax. Loved the assigned parking spots. Oh, and no washer. It was broken down so we had to use dirty towels all week. Oh, the storm that happened Friday afternoon we had the condo umbrella on the beach and the wind took it. We chased it down but by the time we got to it we could not close it. It would open but not close. But other than that, enjoyed the condo. Room to move around without being on top of each other. If the things were fixed in that condo would stay again.

Quick get away

Beautiful decorated inside and loved the patio furniture as well. Parking was horrible for a suv and the pass situation was the only thing irritating. Had everything you need or wanted.

Nice place.

Very quiet town. Good for kids but very small variety of attractions and prices is higher than other Florida locations. Good condo I would even say very good. Easy all by phone check in process. Nice beach with easy access. Had a bad experience with property management when someone from housekeeping park his car on my parking space in garage . Call to main number and being transferred over and over with no help until that guy finished his job and get back . But overall good vacation and maybe I'll be back.

Great view!! Cute summer home away from home!

We had a wonderful experience! First time at Tropic Winds, and it was very pleasant. Nice parking, fast elevetors and clean room with stocked kitchen that makes you wanna cook! Will recommend and definitely plan on coming back!!!

Great Location

This place was lovely and the location right on the beach was perfect! The views and the sound of the ocean at the is priceless. The only downside is having only one parking space when we had two vehicles. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Weekend

This was the cutest condo for our weekend getaway. The decor is adorable, the balcony is huge, the location is right at the end of Front Beach Road which is perfect. Highly recommend this as a place to stay for a great beach vacation.
