Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a three night stay. Weather was great too! Will rent again for sure! Out contact person was attentive and ensured we lacked for nothing.

Great location

The balcony was spacious. Rental was well kept and well stocked. Property management was easy to work with. I would recommend this condo, management group and resort. Thank you for a great experience.

The check in was very simple and when we arrived the condo was just as described on VBRO. Very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!needed.

Breathtaking views and absolutely gorgeous condo! Great location close to Pier Park and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Best place we have ever stayed at in PCB - we will be back!

Nice condo!

Overall, a clean condo. A little deep cleaning under the beds could be done, but condo was in great condition. Perfect size for 2 couples. Pool is small and the parking deck is very tight. Only having one assigned parking space and two couples with their own cars was not ideal. Overall, great stay.

It was not far from the best restaurants and attractions but just far enough away to avoid traffic and crowds. The only issues we had were the wifi did not work for the first 2 days of our stay, the toilet in the first bathroom was not clean, and the shower curtain was in need of replacement (mildew at the bottom). Overall, though, it was wonderful.

June 2021 Stay

We stayed in 1006. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much. The walk to the beach was very short. The pool water was always cold but our granddaughter still enjoyed it. The parking garage is difficult to maneuver if you have a large SUV. The couch is worn out. When you sit on it you can feel the springs. I believe it is time for it to be replaced. One elevator was out of order and the other 2 were very slow.

The Tropic Winds condo was in a great location in the western area of PCB, with enough people on the beachfront to feel like you were vacationing at a popular spot, but not so crowded you felt smothered. The condo itself was in excellent condition, with everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, good towels, great water pressure, efficient AC, and a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf waters. We cooked most meals and had all the cookware, etc. we needed - save for a stock pot for pasta (the only complaint!). Booking through Greta's Beach Rentals was very easy, and Greta was very pleasant to talk with during the quick process. Reserved parking spot a bonus, and only on our departure day (Sunday) did we have to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator. We will definitely book this unit again - or another one through Greta's if we need more than two bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and had lots of extra touches the owners have added! We even arrived to a huge bag of ice in the freezer! We paid it forward and left a bag for the next renters when we left. Closet full of floats, umbrella and 1 beach chair. We wanted for NOTHING! Beach service was a different story. We were not told we needed a reservation for chairs. When we talked to the guys on Wednesday, they told us we would have #37 the rest of our stay through Sat. The next day, Thursday, a lady walked up to us and very rudely said we were in her chairs. We went over to the guys (same ones that said we had #37 for the week) and he apologized and said the chairs were not reserved in either of our names. He moved her to another set of chairs even after SHE told me we would have to move.(no she wasn't happy) The people sitting next to us said that lady had not been there all week. The guys seemed to be going off memory of who was sitting where and not looking at their iPad. Chairs were not set up at the same time. One morning it was close to 10am, the next morning, at 8am. They also set the chairs up WAY too close together. Hardly any room to put a cup down on the sand between them. BUT, overall we really enjoyed Tropic Winds and would stay there again! We had wonderful meals at Triple J's, Pineapple Willy's and Guadalajara Mexican Grill. Jennifer at Greta's Beach rentals was great when we were making our reservations and most helpful answering my questions!! The parking is tight, but manageable. The reserved spot for 1006 is right next to the elevators. The luggage carts were fabulous to have to get all our things up to the condo. I hope we can rent this same condo again next summer.
