This property was spotless..quiet..and the view from back porch was wonderful! Our host Felicia was a pleasure to work with..excellent communication. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing one week stay! Highly recommend! Thanks Felicia!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Spanish Fort/Daphne. Everything was as listed and check in/out was easy! Cute apartment with everything you may need. Just minutes from everything.

Cute place with nice design touches

Beautiful sunset views from a comfortable, clean and well designed and decorated studio. Quiet, low traffic area with ample shared outdoor space in close proximity to Mobile Bay and restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very helpful and ensured that the condo was well equipped with all necessities and spotlessly clean. A great location from which we were able to explore all around Mobile Bay from Gulf Shores to Dauphin Island and all of the wonderful character of Mobile's historic district and the Eastern Shore. Recommended for couples or singles but less suitable for families with children. The building is of 70's vintage so you can hear occasional noise from the neighboring units but nothing that bothered us at all. Thanks to our host for a wonderful stay.

Felicia is an outstanding host! The property is in perfect condition, spotless clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with every utensil & convenience. She was extremely responsive & helpful during our stay, providing lots of recommendations for local dining & attractions. February 2023 visit

Unit was as pictured and owner was excellent to work with. The view of Mobile Bay from the rear deck offered many beautiful sunsets. Close to all shopping and activities. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for my wife and I. Small with everything you need for a week get away. The owner is great to work with. All she really wants is for you to have a great time and is super helpful.

Beautiful Sunset Views on Mobile Bay

This property was very clean and well kept. It offered beautiful views of Mobile Bay from the rear porch. I enjoyed drinking my coffee and praying while taking in the views. The sunsets look like paintings. The property owner was very nice and works hard to provide her guests with a positive stay. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area and beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Thank you again for allowing my wife and I to rent your beautiful property!

Boho Chic Studio with a View

Felicia’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, and decorated so tastefully. The studio/condo was in a quiet and peaceful place, but still close to grocery stores, and restaurants. Having the laundry mat close by was also a plus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful view of the Mobil Bay from the balcony on many evenings during our stay. The place is like a “home away from home.”

Beautiful Vuew

This vacation rental was comfortable for two people. We liked that there was plenty of light and sunshine, but light occlusive curtains made it possible to sleep in as needed. It was immaculately clean, and storage is adequate, our suitcases easily tucked under the bed, so we did not have to walk all over them for the duration of our stay. The condo is nicely located between Mobile, Fairhope, and Point Clear, so we were able to take advantage of find dining in many areas, as well as walks on the piers etc. perfect!

AWESOME place!!!

My husband and I had to be in Gulf Shores for a walk through and then 6 days later for the closing on our new home in Foley, AL over Memorial Day weekend. Everything in the Gulf Shores, Foley area were outrageously expensive for a weeks stay. I had made a hotel reservation in Daphne...but luckily I checked on Vrbo for places in the Daphne area and I found Felicia's beautiful studio apartment with an AWESOME view of Mobile Bay!! It was VERY clean, well equipped and much more spacious than a hotel room!!! And the best part was if was about the same price as the hotel!! The added benefit was we were able to eat in most of the time, which saved us several $$!!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Felicia's property and will stay there again if the need arises!!! Oh...one more think...the place is exactly like the pics!!!

I have dabbled in everything from teaching economics at the high school level to personal training and practicing as a doula and lactation consultant!!! I'm a teacher at heart and love to research (Googling now, I guess:)) and share knowledge in all areas. You'll be in the right spot in Daphne, AL---Centrally located between the Mississippi and Florida state lines and within 40 miles of Gulf Shores!
Beauty: Not only is the Eastern Shore a beautiful area, abounding with water, wildlife, beaches, historical sites, and state parks, I have lovingly and generously renovated and refurbished both these little units rather extravagantly if I do say so myself!
