¡Para estrenar! Nunca querrás dejar este magnífico estudio recientemente renovado que se encuentra en lo alto de un acantilado cubierto de roble vivo con vista a Mobile Bay. Experimente magníficas puestas de sol en su terraza privada. Convenientemente ubicadas en la costa este de Mobile Bay, a media milla al sur de la I-10, estas gemas son la ubicación perfecta para un viaje diario a Mobile, Pensacola o en cualquier lugar del área del condado de Baldwin. Perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a few days. Felicia made sure we had everything we needed. Views were beautiful and the condo was centrally located for easy access to local restaurants and shopping.

Daphne area

Very clean, well organized. Good location to branch out to the tourist areas we were interested in. Also close to great eating choices, grocery, and any shopping needs. Host was very responsive up front and the place was very well prepared.

Spacious apartment

Everything was perfect. Beautifully furnished with full kitchen and bath. Wonderful view and definitely worth it. All the little touches added to a comfortable stay.

Awesome host, beautiful views, peaceful stay!

Felicia's property was exactly as advertised. It was impeccably clean and delightfully charming. We stayed at her property for a month and everything was great. She gave us our privacy while also being very accessible and prompt in replying to questions. The property itself has beautiful views of Mobile Bay with spectacular sunsets. Truly a gem!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at, and I can’t say enough about how easy it was to communicate. Felicia answered any questions right away, and was very eager to be sure everything was comfortable. I could live there, I think! ( if I got rid of 3 storage units of furniture! Haha) but this apartment has everything you need to be comfortable… the induction stovetop was interesting (I am not familiar with cooking on one) but I used the convection oven for most things anyway. So I was happy. There was a community laundry just steps away, so that was handy. It is a pleasant community and the view from the back porch is beautiful … sunsets were awesome. I will definitely stay here again!

A Week in Daphne

Unit was very clean, functional; and quiet. Kitchen and bath was very modern. Great water pressure Bed was very comfortable. Drop down desk in front of TV was good for computer work or processing photos. Washer and dryer was steps away. No complaints except that it was a second floor unit however I did know that when making reservations. I would stay again but down stairs.

Stayed 7 nights. Efficient, very clean, well stocked and arranged, quaint apartment. Close to walking parks on the bay, shopping, restaurants. Quiet area and balcony was the perfect highlight! Had a question with the shower and hostess was quick to respond.

Relaxation is here

We were looking for a place to get away for a few nights near Mobile and I found this apartment. The apartment was small but prefect for one or two people. The appliances were new and the apartment has been recently given a facelift. There are excellent restaurants within a few miles and it is very close to the Mobile downtown area. We absolutely fell in love with the rental and the entire area, Can't wait to get back for another stay when we need solitude and peace and quiet. I did not have to opportunity to meet our hostess but when we had questions she answered almost immediately. If there were anything I could say that is not a rave about this place is the TV could be a little larger. My old eyes have a bit of difficulty from across the room. That is but a gnat bite compared to the overall feel of having a place that feels like a second home.

Great Getaway Spot

Felicia's place is in great condition, beautifully decorated, complete with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. In spite of it being located in a very large apartment/condo complex, it was quiet and the view from the balcony was so peaceful. I really only have one caution. I know everyone has their personal preference as far as mattresses go, but if you have old bones like me that require a bit of softness in order to sleep, this mattress will not meet your need. Just a heads up... But if a firm mattress is your preference, this cozy space should serve you perfectly!

Beautiful View, Great Host

Our stay was fantastic! The room was very charming and welcoming. The view of the bay from the balcony was impressive and the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. Felicia was quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating. We look forward to booking with Felicia again!
