¡Este hermoso y remodelado condominio en Timber Run es un encantador hogar lejos del hogar durante su estadía en Steamboat! Relajarse en la acogedora sala de estar con cuero de los cómodos sofás de cuero y una chimenea de gas. Descansar bien por la noche en las sábanas de lujo nos ofrecen en cada sofá-cama dormitorio y, si es necesario. Esta unidad tiene una cocina muy bien equipada que se adapta a cualquier cocinero!

Great property and location. A little dated, but overall, just what my family needed to get away for a few days. Pool and hot tubs were great to have on site. Would stay here again.

perfect ski trip getaway

This is my second time staying at Timber Run. It is conveniently located to everything in steamboat, has a shuttle to the gondola, and near the city bus route. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, wonderful stay

We booked the condo for the weekend and it was just perfect. The king size bed is so comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire place is in good shape and very clean. I loved the location and proximity to pool, just around the corner. I would stay here again.

Excellent location with shuttle to the base area. I really liked the gas fireplace and overall coziness of the condo as well.

Great location!

We stayed for four nights and this was a great spot. Walking distance to the village and a bus ride away from downtown. I really liked the space we felt at home. I wish there would have been a disclaimer that sometimes dogs are allowed on the property as I felt there was dog hair all over the unit. I also got a 30% off rentals from booking with the property! We had a great time.

An oustanding Winter Vacation in Steamboat

I have been renting this condo for many years, for at least 3 weeks or more. It is quite nicely furnished and in a very good location near the Gondola Square. It has many nice amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, shuttle service) and is extremely well stocked with all the necessary supplies. We always have most of our family member come and visit; since `the condo sleeps 8. All of them love it there. Thanks to the reliable shuttle service, everything in Steamboat can easily reached. The personnel there are quite helpful and friendly, all of which contributes to a very pleasant vacation. I will recommend it to my friends and definitely rent it again.

Really great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Shuttle service was prompt and drivers were very friendly. Front desk staff at Timber Run was also helpful. Condo itself was clean and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. Fireplace and ski locker were nice added additions to the unit. There was a large group that showed up for accommodations at Timber Run, so we were unable to use the hot tubs/pool the second and third nights due to overcrowding. Of course, this is not the renters fault. Otherwise, everything went smooth and we really enjoyed our stay. We've stayed at other condos in the area and this one has them beat; would definitely stay again.

Great for a group of people!

I got this rental pretty last minute and wow was I happy I did! The check in process is a little odd because I got an email and a text message was conflicting information, but just go to the main rental property in town and that's all you need to know. We had six people and unfortunately the pull out couch bed was very springy and super uncomfortable so one person slept on the couch and the other had to sleep on the floor. Besides that, it was amazing. There were multiple hot tubs and multiple grills that we used. We didn't hear any crazy partiers and it was a holiday weekend. The shuttle service is ideal, literally 5 minutes to the base! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make dinner and feed six people for three nights. We will definitely be back!

Great, Quaint Stay

4 We enjoyed our stay at Timber Run 204 with our family of 5! The bunk beds in the second bedroom worked well for our two boys and one girl and two bathrooms was really nice. It was 90s during the day so no AC made the condo hot but we used the provided fans at night to blow the cool mountain air into the condo then shut everything up and pulled the blinds during the day. The view from the deck was just a peek at the mountain, not as much as I hoped. It’s also about a 3/4 mile walk on the trail to the base of the mountain and gondola area. It was very quiet, even though there were other guests there, we didn’t hear anyone! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, stocked with dishes and supplies to suit our needs and clean. I look forward to another family (or maybe just hubby and I) stay in Steamboat Springs!

Medium stay ruined by lack of privacy

You have to go to a completely different location to check in which was mildly inconvenient. There were lots of long black hairs on carpet, sheets, & towels. The couch sags & is super uncomfortable, the master bed is creaky, hard and bumpy. The TV is slow and has no apps except Amazon. The beds all had cheap, crunchy motel style sheets. The pool is great and the space was pleasant. I probably would have given 4 stars except for the privacy issue. Out first evening, we noticed one of the can lights had come loose and was hanging from the ceiling. We planned to call the rental company asap the next day. The next morning we went to breakfast then came back to the rental. my son watched some cartoons while I lay down. While I was in the bedroom, some random man put the door code in, opened the door and let himself in. My son was right on the couch in the front room but this guy just kept on walking in!! I came out of the bedroom and asked what he was doing, he said he was maintenance and had fixed the light. He said he came in while we were gone and just wanted to make sure it was staying put. He didnt knock before entering and even seeing my son on the couch didnt make him stop coming in. I called the company and they said maintenance just comes and goes as needed although he should have knocked. They said its standard for their employees to come and go in the rentals without contacting renters. Just assume people are coming into your space when you're not there.

Completely adequate

Clean and convenient. Beds in the guest bedroom and pull out sofa were very uncomfortable. We couldn't get any of the televisions to work. One dryer was broken and we went to a different laundry room and that dryer was broken too.

Nice stay at Timber Run in Steamboat

We spent a week in this unit and had a great time. The amenities are terrific for a smaller complex. Nice pool, 3 hot tubs and well kept tennis court. Beware that laundry isn't in all units so community laundry had to be used. Our only complaints with the unit we had were that the 2nd bedroom was so small that the door wouldn't close because the bed stuck out into the doorway and the owner cheaped out on the main room TV so there was no hi-def picture (but there is in the bedroom). Otherwise, great unit! Had everything we needed to prepare meals and have some casual time hanging out in the condo.

Ski Trip

WE SPEND FIVE DAY IN THESE UNIT AND WE LOVED IT. IT HAS A FULL EQUIP KITCHEN THAT YOU CAN UTILIZE WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE NOT GOING OUT TO DINNER, IT HAS A POOL/HOT-TUB AND WE USED IT A LOT TO RELAX AFTER SKIING. GREAT LOCATION. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!
