'La Heber C' (en 8/10 acre) en Kimball Lane es parte de la antigua finca Heber C. Kimball. Con 9 dormitorios y 10 baños y una gran sala de bonificación sobre el garaje para 3 coches con su propio baño, hay un montón de espacio para toda la familia. Hay 2 cocinas completamente equipadas, 2 salas de lavandería, una gran cubierta envolvente cubierta con una gran vista de Bear Lake! 2 muy amplios dormitorios principales, uno en la planta principal y otro en planta sótano con salida al exterior. This house was a perfect fit for our group of 20 adults. We were able to spread out and utilize the space. The lawn is HUGE. We were able to play volleyball and frisbee.

Very clean. Lots to do outdoors on the large 1/2 lawn. 3 refrigerators. Well stocked kitchens. Wish they would have disclosed that yard is shared with another rental. Bonus room was perfect hangout for the family teens and tweens. Will stay again!

Best place we have ever stayed for our large group!

This property was an ideal place for our reunion. With 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and the large loft above the garage, there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need to make, serve and eat meals. The place was so well stocked. We have gotten used to having to go to the store to pick up items not supplied in the house, but that was not the case here as there were plenty of supplies on hand. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. The large yard, fireplace and deck were perfect for outdoor activities. Also, the location can't be beat as it was so close to the lake.A great stay.

The property was beautiful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and rooms. Ellen was so helpful and responsive. We had 7 families staying and it was perfect. The outdoor space really was amazing. Our reunion was a huge success largely in part to how perfect the house and grounds were for us.

Great space for our family reunion!

We absolutely loved our stay! As a family we have stayed in multiple rentals and this is by far a favorite. Everyone wants to return again next year. A bedroom and bathroom for each individual family. Great space inside and outside for gathering and the lawn space is amazing. The kids played kickball, baseball, cross net and all kinds of night games. The home is beautiful and lots of thought was put into the design. The kids and teens loved the bonus room and it was a great space for them all to sleep! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Fun For Family Reunions

So great for 28 family members baby to 79 year old. Nice bed and bath accommodations for 9 families with children. Large walk in closets for babies to have privacy and a large loft for teens and young adults. Several gathering areas inside and out with large yard for volley ball and group games.

The place is amazing and the owner is awesome. We have done this for several years. First time here, i don't think it will be our last. We adored our stay here. Be sure to bring firewood and enjoy this place, we did.

Perfect for a big group

We had a big friend group come and stay and had the best time! The backyard with the grassy area, outdoor seating and swing set was SO great for kids. There was enough room for everyone! Beds were comfy. Two kitchens plus the garage fridge provided ample space! Loved that many of the bedrooms had a large closet that fit a pack-n-play. Worked out great for the families with younger kids! Air hockey in the garage was also so fun for kids. Stay here if you need room to play and have a big group.

Great Place

We had a large family reunion here and it was perfect! We loved the backyard with the playground and volleyball net. It was a perfect spot for all of us to gather. We had plenty of rooms and space for everyone with the bonus room and extra mats. The living rooms were a little small so we couldn’t all gather together there but it was fine. The host is helpful and very responsive. We would definitely come back again!

Great for a family reunion

The home was perfect for our family reunion! The loft room had so many sleeping pads for kids and enough bedrooms for all the adults. The wrap around porch with tables and chairs gives the home even more space not included in the description. It is close to everything you need in Bear Lake. Great place!

Great place for a Family Reunion

We loved staying at the Heber C with 40 of our family members for a family reunion. We were able to give all of the married couples their own bedroom and the cousins all loved bunking together in the loft. The property had 3 fridges (two indoor and one in the garage) to store all of our cold food. The only complaint we had is all of the kitchen cabinets in both kitchens were full of bowls, serving pieces, small appliances, etc. We had nowhere to put any of the dry food that we brought to cook 4 days of meals for 40 people. We ended up covering every available counter space with food. Some free standing shelves in the kitchen or garage to store food would be a welcome addition. We loved that there was plenty of seating for meals. We put up the provided tables and chairs on the deck which offers a lovely view. Our family spent many happy hours playing volleyball and other lawn games on the spacious backyard. This house offers tons of space to spread out. We had card and board games going downstairs, visiting on the main floor, air hockey in the garage, and lots of games in the loft. The communication with the host was fantastic and the check out procedures were easy and clearly outlined in the welcome binder. We loved our time at the Heber C and would recommend it for anyone looking for a great family reunion space at Bear Lake.

WONDERFULLY CLEAN

This is a great home that is 10* clean, with comfy beds and 10 bathrooms! The bonus room and outdoor space was fabulous for our children and the location is perfect to get to town and the beach within minutes! We had a wonderful time. The property manager is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this lovely, soacious home

Fantastic!

It has a great yard for family games. A fun play set for the kids and the swings under the willow trees were a hit. The house had plenty of space and is nicely decorated. The two full kitchens were so convenient. We would certainly return for another family reunion at Bear Lake.

Our mom, Ellen Maynes, owns and manages The Gathering Place, which is next door to the Heber C. It is equally as large and comfortable as the Heber C. Some groups rent both homes for the ease of coordinating their group's needs. Ellen has been a VRBO 5-star premier host for many years. Guests love her customer service and attention to their needs! She is available to help with any concerns that may arise, as she is a co-host for this property.
