Hermosa villa de un dormitorio en la muy deseada comunidad Seagrove en Wild Dunes. La ubicación del primer piso proporciona un fácil acceso a la piscina comunitaria y la playa.

** Tenga en cuenta que el primer piso está elevado en aproximadamente 15 escalones para brindarle una mejor vista del océano. Esta no es una villa accesible para discapacitados ya que no hay ascensor disponible.

Wild Dunes lo tiene todo, desde las hermosas playas hasta el golf de clase mundial y la excepcional belleza natural. ¡No hay mejor lugar para pasar sus próximas vacaciones que Seagrove Villas! Esta villa actualizada de 1 dormitorio y 1. 5 baños ofrece vistas al océano desde el balcón privado y está a solo unos pasos de la piscina comunitaria.

La comunidad Seagrove de condominios bien mantenidos, exuberante vegetación y piscina comunitaria está ubicada a poca distancia del Gran Pabellón, Centro de conferencias, Pueblos y tiendas y restaurantes de Wild Dunes. Además de la ubicación, esta increíble villa fue completamente renovada en la primavera de 2015. Desde la nueva cocina hasta los nuevos muebles, todo habla de lujo.

Al ingresar a la villa, se encuentra con la nueva cocina moderna que incluye gabinetes personalizados, encimeras de cuarzo y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de lujo. La gran área de trabajo y el bar ofrecen asientos con cuatro taburetes. Un plano de planta abierto ofrece vistas al océano desde la cocina hasta el balcón. Con hermosos pisos nuevos de madera noble, este espacio está cómodamente amueblado con un sofá cama, una mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro personas y una gran televisión montada. La habitación king size también incluye un televisor de pantalla plana. El lujo continúa en el nuevo baño con una ducha de azulejos personalizada y un nuevo tocador. Para mayor comodidad, la villa incluye un tocador y una lavadora y secadora.

We had a wonderful stay in Wild Dunes. It was a very peaceful and quiet location with ocean views from the dining area and patio. It was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils for cooking. There was lots of parking available. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because you could occasionally hear footsteps and walking in the unit above, so that was a little distracting.

The condo was nicely remodeled and clean. The location was nice and felt safe, however the lock on the patio door was broken and there is not a deadbolt on the front door. It would have also been nice to have a rug inside the door for sandy feet when returning from the beach.

Great stay!

The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location! We had everything we needed both in the condo as well as a short walk away in wild dunes. Highly recommend for a couple or young family.

Clean condo with views

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. The balcony was nice to have meals on with the view of the ocean. It was also walking distance to Sweetgrass/Wild dunes resort restaurants. Nothing bad to say about this rental.

We had a great time in this outstanding villa. It's very modern, comfortable, and extremely clean. The only thing between the villa and the beach is a great pool. We love the entire Wild Dunes complex and would definitely stay in this unit again if we return to the area. It's an easy drive to so many great restaurants and activities.

Great place

Great location and the kitchen is fully stocked. Nice appliances, furniture and plenty of blankets. The only negative is the noise from the unit above. Would definitely recommend.

Quick getaway

Great place and location. Beautiful view. It would have been nice to provide one coffee filter since you provided coffee for one pot of coffee, I would do provide something so you can have a pot or nothing at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Responsive and helpful. Parking pass delivered in advance. Nice condo with nice ocean view. right at the beach. Nicely furnished and well kept with an extra 1/2 bath. There are 3 beach accesses so, although two were temp closed because of King Tide erosion, the third was open. Beautiful neighborhoods to go for morning walks. Very short walk to the restaurants, shops in the Hyatt Resort next door.
