Great, accessible apartment!

The apartment is located right in between the port and the main street of Lapad. The housing itself was great for our use. It had all the facilities of a regular home. A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, oh... and the AC was a blessing! It made it possible to actually sleep during the night. The beds were great, however it would be smart to let the least heavy person sleep in the retractable bed in the sofa if you are more than four guests. We had a great stay! Korina was a great host! She organized transportation to and from the airport and was helpful with any questions that we had. We would definitely book there again if we should return to Dubrovnik.

Ban apartment in Dubrovnik

A very nice neat and clean apartment. The apartment had pretty much what we needed to make our stay in Dubrovnik very comfortable. The apartment is a distance from old town, but is only a short walk from the beach and very close to a market (store). The building and area seem to be very safe. Korina's relative that met us at the apartment was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend getting a Dubrovnik card. We did not take advantage of all that the card offers but just the City wall and bus tickets and trip to Cavtat was worth the price.

Great apartment, great location, great stay

Very friendly and helpful owner who greated us on arrival. Apartment is well appointed and comfortable, had everything we needed and Korina the owner had provided some thoughtful extras which we appreciated. The apartment is right next to a supermarket and an easy walk both to the solitudo/copacabana beach on one side and to uvala resort area in Lapad on the other. Easy bus and Uber/taxi rides to central Dubrovnik. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly go back again.

A wonderful apartment in sunny Dubrovnik

Beautiful clean modern, well equipped apartment . Korina was very kind and helpful, she left us a welcome pack. The apartment was ideal , situated close to restaurants and also Lapad beach. Septemberweekend

Vi var fyra kvinnor i 40-årsåldern som alla gjorde vårt första besök i landet. Valet föll på Dubrovnink och vi hade turen att få hyra Korinas fina lägenhet. Den låg 10 minuters busstur från Dubrovniks gamla stad, med ett perfekt och lugnt läge nära strandpromenad och bra restauranger. Det fanns inget mer att önska i lägenheten. Alla bekvämligheter. Korina själv agerade en perfekt värdinna, visade oss de närmsta omgivningarna när vi kom och höll en viss kontakt via mail för att försäkra sig om att vi hade det bra. Vi är mer än nöjda över både resmålet och lägenheten.

Very nice, clean, good location

This apartment was very nice, had everything needed. We stayed with baby and it was perfect for that with baby bed and toys, good, quiet location in nice neigborhood, I can recommend to everyone! It was also easy to go everywhere. Korina was also very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome in Croatia. She was always answering for everything very fast and being very patient with questions. We felt good to stay in this apartment!

Grand, propre, calme et bien placé

Grand appartement, propre, récent et très bien équipé. Très bien placé pour accéder facilement aux plages (à pied), au port (à pied) et à la vieille ville (en bus, très bien desservi). Toutes commodités à proximité. Nous avons passé un très agréable et reposant séjour. Large apartment, clean, new and very well equipped . Very well placed for easy access to the beaches ( on foot), the port (walking) and the old town ( by bus, excellent ) . All amenities nearby . We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Very good apartment with everything you need

The apartment is well planned and ideal for a family of four. It is located on the second floor (no elevator) It is very well stocked with everything you need with plenty of kitchen utensils. Only thing missing was a microwave owen but it was nothing we missed really. It is located in a quiet street and has a huge balcony. The owner is very friendly and professional working hard to ensure we had a good stay. There is a small store just a minute away carrying most what you need. There are 2 buslines going to oldtown one stopping almost outside the door so communication to city is good. One of the better fish restaurants in Dubrovnik is located just a 5minutes walk from the apartment. (Orsan restaurant)Highly recommend a visit. Closest beach is with small children and strollers about a 20 min walk from the apartment. If you don't have strollers it is 15 min. It was a nice beach not too crowded but the seabed is small rocks and pebbles so bathshoes is highly recommended. There is a restaurant close that served good food as well. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Very clean and nice appartment! Perfect Host!

To start with the host, Korina is a very helpful person, she answers all questions very patiently and has helped us with the registration, information and everything. I want to point out to her great and efficient communication as well. The appartment we were in is VERY comfortable and neat, clean to the maximum and very well equipped. We were missing nothing (but an eggbeater:). - The couches are really good, - the balcony is extremely large, - the TV is at good standard (has HDMI, 720p). - The internet is really fast and worked perfectly (wifi). - The kitchen was good as well, we even had a food processor. - The fridge combo is large and OK. good for ice cubes, we bought plastic forming bags - AirCondition was working very well. There is one for the living room and one for the ceiling. - 1 bathing room with WC and Shower/Whirlpool and one separte WC are great to have! Location is very well. you can walk to 2 beaches (Lapad Beach and Cococabana), we preferred Lapad Beach due to the shopping and restaurant area you have to cross on your way. you can walk to a supermarket in less than 1 minute. good restaurants nearby: ORSAN (fish) directly in the yacht harbor and Peppers eatery in the street next to the bay. you might want to Avoid the ribeye Steak at Bianco Pizza in the beach promenade which was a hell of a joke. Stick to fresh fish and try the squids/calamari, those are great everywhere. Have a nice holiday and say hello to korina if you have decided to book after reading! :) Best Regards, Martin

Appartement spacieux et t...

Appartement spacieux et très confortable situé dans un quartier très calme de Dubrovnik. Le supermarché est à quelques mètres, ce qui est très pratique, et on peut se rendre dans la vieille ville de Dubrovnik en quinze minutes en bus. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Séjour parfait dans un tr...

Séjour parfait dans un très bel appartement, facile à trouver (presqu’ile de lapad), proche de la plage Copacabana (idéal pour enfant après visite de la ville), proche du bus No6 qui vous conduit à Old Town en 15 minutes. Appartement très bien équipé (clim, lave-vaisselle, wifi, balcon, bonne literie....), spacieux, lumineux . Supermarché et parking au pied. Nous étions avec 3 jeunes enfants et c’était très commode. Korina est très gentille et disponible selon nos désirs pour départ et arrivée. Nous recommandons l’adresse.

"Nous avons passé 5 nuits avec 2 enfants dans cet appartement. Il est situé sur la presqu''ile de Lapad, donc un peu à l''écart du centre historique mais c''est interessant car ça permet aussi de "s''echapper" vers la plage ou la verdure de Lapad. L''appartement est refait à neuf avec une déco moderne et soignée. 2 chambres (une avec 1 lit double, une autre avec 2 lits simples), cuisine équipée (manque juste 1 micro ondes) et salle de bains balnéo (dommage qu''il n''y ait pas toujours assez d''eau chaude!) Mais sinon appréciation très positive, environnement calme avec un supermarché à 20 mètres, une place de parking. La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible, elle était là à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Nous y retournerons."

"We travel from Spain, and we have enjoyed sow much the apartment, it was big, everything new, it have all we have need, and it was very quiet. You must take a bus to go to the center, but is not very far. There are restaurants and shops near the apartament. If you want to go to the beach, you must walk 15 min. The owner, Korina, was especially kind with us ( we remember you a lot, thank you!). We have spend a very nice holidays in Dubrovnik."
