Hermosa casa con gran espacio de estar, cocina grande, enorme terraza con vistas a la playa y la bahía. 3 camas de matrimonio y 2 completa con 2 literas en la habitación de los niños. 3 pantallas planas, reproductor de dvd. Barra de la isla con capacidad para 10 en la cocina. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8. 2 sofás grandes y dos grandes sillas en la sala de estar. 13 pies techos abovedados con grandes ventanas del travesaño alrededor. I was completely taken away by how beautiful the house was. The pictures did not do it justice. Very well maintained and clean. The common area was so spacious and the rooms were very large. The porch was beautiful as well. It wrapped around the house and was very well maintained. The furniture on the porch was very comfortable and we had enough for everyone. The hammock was a perfect touch. The house had everything we needed. We were walking distance from the beach and the view was amazing. The host was very easy to contact and his response time to any questions was immediately responded to. I can't say enough good things about the home, property and the host.

Girl’s Trip

A group of six friends got together for a beach trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The location was just steps away from the beach, and the beach itself was quiet…just a few families to share the space with. Made the most of our beach days and enjoying our fantastic home by relaxing, reading, and playing board games. We went into Galveston for one of our days…about a 30-40 minute drive. One of our most enjoyable Girl’s Trips. The host was communicative and helpful along the way. Would definitely return.

Perfect family getaway rental!

Beautiful home steps from the beach! The owner communicated perfectly and responded quickly to any questions we had. He welcomed us to check in early and stay late!The house smelled amazing and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying at this home again!

Everything was just perfect! Any issues were very minor and didn’t bother us at all so not worth talking about. Beautiful home! Will def return! Very nice host!!! Super clean! Steps from beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Rent it! No regrets!

Lovely Beachhouse!

This is a very nice house, which was very clean and large. The deck was very pleasant to sit on and listen to the waves. Now this house is several houses from the actual beachfront, but it has a very nice view and like I said, hearing the waves roll in was a plus. It is a little pricey, but well worth the money spent for the week we stay.

What a great vacation!

We stayed at this home a few weeks after Hurricane Beryl came through so I was expecting some "unfinished" problems. I was very wrong! Besides the surprising amounts of sand collecting on the road, I didn't notice or see any unfinished areas. This home is very well-maintained, clean, and functional. When we walked through the front door (which is gorgeous), I felt like I was home. The home has everything that was listed in the amenities and was everything we needed. My husband, adult children, and very young grandchildren all stayed and were all very comfortable. The deck was so amazing and served every purpose, from hanging out watching the waves to reading a book in the hammock to grilling dinner for the crew! We stayed for 8 nights and always felt safe in the home and neighborhood. The beach was very close (two houses away) and was not very busy. The people we met on the beach and in the community were helpful and very nice. The community is monitored by a security company and their presence was known, but in a very passive way. During our stay, the power went out unexpectedly. The host was very responsive and looked into the reason for us. It was a small area of the community that lost power but it was back on in a few hours. The host had candles, lighters, and flashlights available and labeled the drawer so it was easy to find. I was very impressed with the "thought of everything" home. We will definitely stay again!

Trip of a life time

The first night we got there, Tropical Storm Alberto hit and flooded the whole island. The owner was so helpful in this whole process. Even going to the house personally to check and make sure everything was safe and we were safe due to the storm. The house was amazing as well. Absolutely beautiful location.

Fantastic Beach House

We had a 10/10 experience. Host was very attentive to the details and everyone in our family relaxed and enjoyed their stay. Beach view is lovely and very easy to access. Extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent Property

This house has everything you could need! All the extras in the kitchen for cooking, totally open in the kitchen/living area allows for everyone to gather, tv's, games, convenient to the beach, enormous deck with plenty of room, friendly neighbors, clean neighborhood....Excellent communication with the management.... we had an amazing time and already thinking of booking again in the spring!

Perfect stay

Great Ocean Views

House was exceptionally clean. Great location and the covered patio was nice to relax on with a great view of the ocean. Host was very responsive during our stay. Overall a great house, only downside was mattress’s but wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

I have spent most of my life fishing the area and will be glad to help you with any fishing questions. My family and I love the time we spend at the house and hope you make great memories as we have.

Treasure Island is a very family friendly area that is very quite and safe. On our beaches you won't find loud parties, just families and fisherman enjoying the coast. We have neighborhood security and the Brazoria County Sheriff is very active in the area. Be aware that this is not a neighborhood for late night parties, loud music and disruptive behavior. The local security and sheriff react swiftly to residential complaints.

We are the only area in Texas with Bay, Offshore, Kayak, Wade Fishing & Marina all within eyesight. Bait, tackle and groceries are available within a few minutes of house
