La finca cuenta con un campo de golf de clase mundial, una casa club, una bodega y un top 20 en el restaurante Terroir. Esta impresionante casa hará que sus vacaciones sean una experiencia inolvidable: damos la bienvenida a los huéspedes que regresan. La casa tiene cuatro dormitorios grandes todos en suite y tiene 3 áreas de entretenimiento que incluyen un área de patio de la piscina abierta. Plan abierto y bien equipado con granito natural, piedra, mármol y granito. Se incluyen camas dobles en las 4 habitaciones y dos sofás cama. Ideal para la vida al aire libre con un patio y zona de piscina. Esto incluye instalaciones de barbacoa incorporadas y un hervidor de agua wea. La casa está ubicada en el centro de la finca y la casa club está a solo dos minutos a pie de la casa club, ¡para golf y comidas!

Cerca, tenemos acceso a más de 300 bodegas, un centro comercial al otro lado de la carretera y a 5 minutos en automóvil del centro de Stellenbosch. Las playas de Strand están a solo 15 minutos y estamos a solo 25 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Ciudad del Cabo.

De Zalze Estates perfect for exploring the Winelands

My family stayed here in May. A perfect home - lots of space. Beautiful kitchen. Leonard took care of our laundry and daily cleaning which is a real vacation. Restaurant on estate is excellent. Owners very helpful with information about area. Lovely area just to relax in between safaris.

De Zalze 4 Bedroom House

Masses of space and fabulous hosts. We really enjoyed our stay despite Eskom having rolling blackouts (load-sharing). The house is very comfortable and has everything you will need. Only a short distance from the major vineyards, the picturesque towns of Stellenbosch, Hermanus and Franschhoek and striking distance of Cape Town and its attractions. On site there is a super restaurant and top quality golf course.

Tolles Objekt in perfekter Lage

Wir wohnten mit 3 Ehepaaren für 3,5 Wochen dort und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundliche von unseren Vermietern begrüßt. Das Haus zeichnet sich durch einen großzügigen Wohn-Ess-Bereich, eine ruhe und windgeschützte Terrasse sowie geräumige Schlafzimmer aus. Wünschenswert wäre eine Nespresso-Maschine für einen schnellen Kaffee zwischendurch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage im Golfressort De-Zalze, einem sehr gut gesicherten Estate. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Fantastic house. Such an amazing property in a stunning lication

Stayed here over New Years and had a wonderful time. Conveniently located for a number of wine farms and easy access into Cape Town. House was extremely well equipped and perfect for our stay. Loved it. Brett is a great host, nothing was a bother. Thank you.

A amazing place to stay in SA!!

I'm a travel agent from Italy and usually I visit a lot of place and a lot of accomodations for my guests. When I arrived with my guests last 11th august , the vison of the house , insert in a Golf Estate very Luxury , it left me speechless . I found every thing that I need there , spectcular rooms , a big kitchen a big table to invite our friends . For us it was a really dream in SA becouse you can stay in winelands and everyday you can choose where you would you like go . Stellenbosch and many farm to tast the wine and cheese are really near. If you drive along the road for 10 minutes , you can see Sommerset West , Gordon's Bay and the fantastic R44 . From there you can go to Cape Town , Cape Point . I brought my guests in every place around and in the evening our pleasure was to come back in this fantastic house to meet a special owners Lee and Brett. I can say only : thank you very very much !! Beautiful home in a great location

Our visit was very memorable, the home was more than large & spacious enough to accommodate our group of five adults. Brett was a wonderful host, providing recommendations on where to eat, shop & visit while allowing us to enjoy their home as if it were our own for the week. Everybody felt extremely safe in the area, taking an evening walk around the property was no problem at all. Golfers will certainly the course on the property, which was in excellent shape considering the challenges from recent drought conditions. Highly recommended, we hope to visit de Zalze again in the future.

LUXURY HOME IN SECURE WINELANDS GOLF ESTATE

Our family of 7 stayed in this lovely, secure, and fully equipped luxury home by Stellenbosch during mid-April. It is ideally situated to explore the winelands and beyond. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home and safe at all times. The owner is available 24hrs, always giving a prompt reply. A warm thank you to Brett & Lee. We will be back.

Guter Gesamteindruck, kann man weiterempfelen

Betten in drei Zimmern waren etwas schmal, sonst alles super. Lage u. Ausstattung war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Zustand war sauber und gepflegt.

Beautiful Secure Home

Really enjoyed the property. Great setup with 4 bedrooms each with private full bath. Very spacious. De Zalze Estate is beautifully maintained and has a lot of walking paths through golf course. Felt very safe walking around at night. Had trouble with some of the electrical - main dining room area seems like it has too many lights on same circuit.Kept tripping breaker. Had a small intimate party with guests. Owner was extremely helpful, let our private chef in while we were away. Ran low on gas, owner brought over replacement right away. Party and house was a huge hit with our guests! Security for the estate is very high. Security guards are very humorless. If you don't have the right code every day upon entry and exit, they freak out. Owner very helpfully texts new code every morning. It was a real pain, but mostly my colleagues and I just aren't used to the South African need for security. We got used to it after a few days. Owner Brett is having an addition put on the back of the house. Was not disruptive to us at all, but the construction noise during the day might be a problem for some. We were gone during the day. Fireplace on patio and brazier in back lawn were big hits with us. Used both several times. Cool! Huge Kudos to Brett for being the most responsive host I have ever had - text him and BANG! He got right back to me.

Perfect holidays at de Zalze

The luxury villa let us feel at home. Very comfortable and only a few minutes walk to the Golf clubhouse. Dayly service by Leonard who does all the cleaning and even washes and irons your clothes. Lee and Brett Levine are perfect hosts who are there if you need them, but let you also enjoy your privacy. Can warm recommend the villa.

Perfect for scandinavians

Great house with all you need for a holiday spent with friends. Perfect for scandinavians! I bedrooms are en suite so you have your own privacy. Daily service made our lives so easy. Nice restaurants in the area. Nearby a small shopping centre and a short drive to the centre of town. Despite the mosquitos we had a most lovely staying in this home. Many thanks to the lovely owners, we will be back! ❤️

Great familly holiday on the Golf Estate

House was superb - exactly what you need on a family holiday - well equipped kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, a lot of living space in and outdoors, very comfortably arranged for a perfect relax. It was serviced daily which made our day-to-day really easy. But most importantly owners were welcoming, friendly and super helpful and responsive to all our requests - couldn't feel more welcome in their house. Would definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Lovely villa extra suitable for golf lovers. Very good location for playing golf not only on De Zalze Golf course. A lot of beautiful restaurants and wineries are surroundings, or you can prepare lunch or dinner in luxury kitchen or grill area yourself. Ideal Golf Holiday

Luxury villa extra suitable for golf lovers. Very good location for golf playing not only on De Zalze golf course. Beautiful restaurants and wineries are surrounds in car distance. But you can enjoy your lunch or dinner at home and prepare everything in well furnished kitchen or barbecue area. Also special cinema room with AV system is extra bonus for sports or tv fans. Ideal Golf Villa

Just returned from a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. The property is very attractive and extremely well furnished. in particular the AV system is spectacular for those who enjoy watching sports or playing music.
