Waterfront Home en Ole River en Orange Beach! ¡Vistas increíbles! Hermosas puestas de sol!

Esta es una hermosa casa de 5 dormitorios / 4 baños justo en Ole River. Esta casa tiene vistas increíbles y muchas terrazas para ver el atardecer. Puedes pescar en la bahía o el paso al golfo está a solo unos minutos. Puedes ir a la bahía o simplemente ir a uno de los muchos restaurantes que hay en el agua. Hay muchos lugares para alquilar un bote. Puedes pescar desde el muelle en el patio trasero. La playa está a solo unos minutos a pie, justo al otro lado de la calle. También al otro lado de la calle está el bar Florabama. El Florabama Yacht Club está justo al lado, buena comida con música en vivo la mayoría de las noches. Esta casa es lo suficientemente grande para 2 familias, tiene capacidad para 10-12 personas. Hay un bonito patio exterior para asar a la parrilla o podría tener un hervor bajo en el campo. Hay varios restaurantes a poca distancia. ¡Las puestas de sol son increíbles! A veces incluso vemos delfines jugando en la bahía. Lo sentimos, pero no alquilamos para vacaciones de primavera universitarias, solo para familias. Además, puede pagarme con 2 pagos separados si no desea pagar con tarjeta de crédito. Solo pregúntame acerca de eso cuando preguntes. No podemos ofrecer ningún resbalón para usar en este momento.

Great home!!

We had a great time! My daughter, her husband along w their 3 young sons plus my other 2 daughters and their boyfriends stayed in the house with my husband and I and we had plenty of room. My grandsons loved playing at the little beach in the backyard almost more than the ‘big’ beach across the street. The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock, my son in law fished everyday although he didn’t catch anything. We all sat out on the deck of the house to eat dinner and listened to live music drift over from Flora Bama while watching the boats and jet skis go up and down the river. The sunsets are amazing from the back of the house and we also saw dolphins out in the water! I loved this home and it’s location, my family told me at different times how much they loved it as well. I am so thankful and appreciative of April and her family for renting this home out. We have some great family memories from this vacation that I’ll treasure forever!

Our own little paradise

We had the best time at this property with our family and friends. Being close to a few restaurants and the boat rental place meant fewer trips in our car. The beach was gorgeous and never busy where we were at. We loved being directly on the bay and spent a lot of nights fishing and checking our crab traps in the morning. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect, with plenty of room and bathrooms. Next to restaurants, bars, water rentals, and ice cream shops. So much FUN!

Great Place to Enjoy Perdido Beach

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a large family group and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for us. We couldn't ask for a better location - the property has an area right at the back of the house where you can swim or kayak with the kayaks they provided. We were across the street and a short walk to a public beach access. The property owner was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Great place to stay!!

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 18-76. The accommodations were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. We just loved being on the water. We went kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing…. This was such a relaxing place to hang out. The location is great—the beach is just a short walk away, it is walking distance to FloraBama and boat rentals. Short drive to a variety of shopping venues and attractions. We loved it!!

Loved the sunsets

My family and my sister's family stayed for a week. There were 10 adults, a three year-old and a 6 month old. There was plenty of room for all of us. The bed in the master was so comfortable!! The house has everything you need from kitchen wear to fishing poles. My husband and brother-in-law loved walking next door to the FloraBama Yacht Club for a cold beverage and a snack. My very favorite thing was enjoying a glass of wine while watching the beautiful sunset every night. We took our paddle boards and were able to leave right from the back door into the Old River. April was very responsive to questions. My only negative is that the beach access that had previously been available to guests had been taken away so we had to walk down the road just a bit and go to the beach on an unofficial and slightly rough trail. Lots of sand spurs in feet and it was difficult to transport a three year old and all of the beach equipment. April did make us aware of this before we went. This is just something to consider if you like easy beach access.

The home was perfect with plenty of room for the 10 of us. The dock was a great place to fish as well as sitting out some crab traps. The beach area was also enjoyed some by the family. Ole River grill is a easy walk around the fence along the shoreline and great food and drinks. I would suggest if your going to try and go out to eat with a large group as we did 1 or 2 nights that you go onto opentable a couple weeks before you go and make reservations if during peak times. Hope to be able to enjoy the home again soon.

Family Vacation Done Right!!

We had the best time!! The location was more than we expected! The small beach area was perfect for the kids!! We saw at least 10 dolphins off the balcony! It was a great place to stay!

House was as shown it has three bedrooms not 1 only drawback was the Laundry room and the bathroom were not separate but we had so much fun it didn’t matter would rent it again my family enjoyed our time

Family Beach Week

My husband and I rented this home with our 3 adult daughters as well as their husband/ boyfriends. It was literally perfect! The location, the house, communicating with April, the amenities, all perfect! Even the weather...perfect! We look forward to making many more memories at this home. Thanks for everything, April!

Loved Our Stay!

We had an incredible vacation in this beautiful home. The sunsets from the rear deck are amazing. The best part of the day is going on the dock early in the morning drinking coffe on the swing. The kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of seating for a large family. There is also plenty of seating in the family room! Access to the beach is a breeze, also. We will definitely be returning!

Convenient property close to amenities

we couldn’t get the refrigerator ice maker working, but other than that, we had a great stay here. Would recommend this property and will try to book here again.

Our family had a wonderful time & cant wait to go back! This house was perfect for getting together for a fun & relaxing week. Perfect location with private dock & swim area or quick walk to the beach. We had kids from 7-18 & everyone enjoyed themselves. Easy access to restaurants & boat/jet ski rentals. Owners were quick to answer questions & very helpful. Nights on the porch were good for the soul...thanks for a perfect vacay!

Perfect Beach getaway

What a great location! We had access to a little ocean right out the back door, Perfect for the kids. The adults even took a morning ride in the kayak. The views where beautiful from the back porch and the beach is right across the street. Perdido Keys was the perfect location as it was not as congested as the other beach destinations. The house was clean and provided any and everything we might have needed for a relaxing vacation. We can’t wait to book this house again next year! Highly recommended!
