Preparado para entretener y dormir cómodamente para 10 personas, esta casa garantiza que sus vacaciones sean espectaculares.

Esta hermosa casa de 2 pisos lo tiene todo. Es extremadamente espacioso con 5 habitaciones, incluyendo una suite principal con balcón que da al oasis del patio trasero. La casa está impecable y tiene alfombras nuevas instaladas en cada habitación. El patio trasero es lo más destacado de esta casa, hay que verlo para creerlo. La piscina privada climatizada con gruta y tobogán de agua, jacuzzi adjunto, área de fogatas separada y cancha de baloncesto mantendrá a toda la familia entretenida. Una parrilla de barbacoa también está disponible para cocinar al aire libre.

Hay 3 baños completos, garaje para 2 autos, terraza y patio privado.

Cuando necesite un descanso del sol de AZ, también hay suficiente para entretenerlo en el interior. Una mesa de billar de tamaño completo, TV de pantalla plana por cable y WiFi están disponibles. La habitación delantera de la casa cuenta con una chimenea con el trabajo en piedra más sorprendente que jamás hayas visto: excelente área de conversación.

La ubicación es extremadamente conveniente: a 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto Phoenix Sky Harbor ya 15 minutos de Phoenix -Mesa Gateway. La casa está ubicada en el tranquilo barrio residencial de Marbella Vineyards en la soleada Gilbert, AZ.

This was a very nice property big beautiful house lots of room to just hang out close to many amenities. We visited in the most rainy November on record it was also unseasonal cool SO glad we opted to pay the extra for the spa and pool to be heated and really did spend most of the time in there. We seemed to have trouble with email, however our host was able to send all the info through chat quickly for us to have us happily in the pool with friends for the first evening. Definitely worth the stay will definitely be back if travelling in a large group again

Great Time

Our family had an amazing trip and the highlight was at our home we stayed in5 stars all the way. This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice and comfortable as our first time Its like home away from home but with a really fun poolThanks to Diane and Clint for responding to our requests and taking such great care of us We will be back again soon

Fun for all

We were in town for our sons wedding and stayed at this amazing house! It was the perfect place for all 10 of us adults. Us adults enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer, the age range was 20-45 and the slide was a hit :) I messaged the host to see if she would be ok with us doing some wedding prep and having some family over to help and hang out, and she was super nice about it. The bedrooms are all perfect sizes, and the house was plenty big for all of us. When we come back to visit, we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing backyard/ not so amazing inside!

This property is all about the pool and hot tub. The pool with a small waterfall, lights, and slide was amazing! The hot tub, also, was very nice. Just beware, you will have to pay extra to heat it. Location is really good also, as there is multiple restaurants and shops nearby. Unfortunately, the house needed some maintenance, TLC, and awareness. This house was barely stocked with anything but toilet paper and hand soap. There was only 1 hand towel for 3 bathrooms. Many lightbulbs were burned out in this house, 3 of which were in the downstairs bathroom and 2 ceiling lights were broken. The tile in the master bedroom could use a good scrubbing. Also, the outdoor grill was dirty from previous use when we arrived. We had to clean it before we could use it and couldn't find a grill brush anywhere. Large backyard and privacy here. The upstairs deck off of the master bedroom was really nice, just wish there would have been at least a chair or something to sit on, cause there was literally nothing there.

Great family vacation spot

We rented for a week with our daughter, son-in-law and their two daughters ages 3 and 1 1/2. The pool with the slide was a huge hit with our three year-old granddaughter as well as us older kids. The check-in process was flawless and the communication with the hosts was great. Well appointed amenities and supplies. Grocery store is only 5 minutes away which is super convenient. Great walking area with several playgrounds nearby. Highly recommend!

An amazing getaway from the cold Midwest winter!

We chose this stay as a getaway from our cold and harsh Midwest winters, and we came home refreshed, recharged, and with some extra vitamin D! We traveled with our family of 4 and my sister’s family of 5, and this home fit all 9 of us perfectly! The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool, slide, waterfall, and spa! We also loved enjoying the great lounging furniture to soak up some sun while drying off from the pool or watching the kids swim. Our kids had a great time learning to play ping pong and pool during breaks from swimming in the sun. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, and there is a playground and large green space just one house down. Clint and Diana were the best hosts- so accommodating and responsive! They really cared about our comfort and enjoyment! I can’t recommend this stay enough! We’ll definitely be back!

Great Place - would come back!!!

Two couples had plenty of room and plenty of fun at this get-away home!!! We worked with the owners to insure the pool and hot tub would be ready (warm enough) for January weather! There was a 40 per day price to that, but well worth it - the pool and spa are amazing! Inside was clean and spacious for the 4 of us - complete with a pool table/ping pong table! Communication was AMAZING and the pictures ARE what you get! We’d come back again - no questions asked!

Spent 10 days here with family and friends.

The house and neighborhood were great and the property had easy access to the loop. The pool and spa were fantastic as well as the outdoor fire pit. A great place to spend time.

Perfect place for our mini reunion

Our group of 8, 4 siblings and their spouses enjoyed this place immensely. Beautiful backyard and we were lucky enough to have warm weather in November! We were outside all day, every day! Inside the home worked well, from the generous sized kitchen to the TV area to the pool table, we were always together but never in anyone's way. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Very Relaxing

What’s great place to have a little family holiday for a week. Beds were comfy. Pool was a lot of fun. Hot tub was very relaxing. Owners were easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Daughters family trip

Beautiful home plenty of room. My grandkids loved having their own rooms. They Love swimming in the pool only downside was the water wasn’t running, To the waterfall and slide, so it was hard for them to slide down the slide so we bought them some water guns to spray the slide, which made it easier for them to slide down they had fun with that. also, the alarm went off the first night one we were sleeping we still don’t know why none of us are smokers or vape. Beautiful home thank you for letting us stay there. We appreciate you.

Outstanding!!!

To say that this home is outstanding is an understatement. My family and I had the most wonderful time at this property. The pool was one of the best features of the home and the kids loved the waterslide. The adults loved the spa. The hosts were very nice and true super hosts. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property great location

Every year we take an annual trip with family. This property was great. There were a couple issues with the spa but owners were great and accommodating and resolved issues as quickly as they could. Time flew by too fast because great times were had by all. Thank you!

Spectacular pool and backyard.
