Nuestra 1,450 sq. Ft. El condominio Cascade Village (Unidad 45) cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños, y es una excelente escapada familiar de montaña, con una cocina completa, chimenea de leña, dos terrazas privadas y vistas increíbles.

Cascade Village se encuentra a menos de 2 kilómetros al norte de Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, a 25 millas al norte de Durango y 25 millas al sur de Silverton.

El condominio está totalmente amueblado y ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar. Los muebles del plan de estar abierta y de gama alta y ropa de cama, todo ello contribuye a la atmósfera cálida.

Lots of room for kids to play while adults gather to talk. Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Plenty of room to dry ski clothes. Very clean and well maintained. We have stayed in this same unit before and keep coming back.

Family Ski Trip

We made our annual trip to Purgatory for a ski week. This was our first time staying at Cascade Village. The location is excellent in relationship to the mountain. The actual condo was just ok. We're not picky, but it was in need of some upgrades, better cleaning, and repairs. Nothing our family couldn't handle but I would assume some others would be somewhat disappointed.

Great stay!

We loved our stay and this property was perfect for my family, two couples and one baby. The pool was fun for our kiddo and the condo was great for all of us. Awesome location to get to Durango and Silverton. We did find the floor to be a bit dirty, all our feet were black and sticky! Other than that everything was clean and great!

A wonderful Condo for a special getaway

It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed to make a very memorable stay. We did our grocery shopping at Durango, on the way up to condo and made delicious family meals. Thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee on the terrace each morning. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well each night. We opened the upstairs bed room window at night and woke up to chirping birdsongs in the morning. The Condo has great facility: Kids swam in the Indoor community swimming pool on site, we played tennis (tennis rackets/balls provided in the condo!), within 10 mins drive, we had access to beautiful hikes, paddle boarding at Twilight lake, and alpine rides at Purgatory resort. The host sent good directions and checked on us via text while we were there. It was the perfect family vacation spot. Thank you!

Beds, sheets, conforters and towels are top notch, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the lovely wood fireplace during snowy days along with the gorgeous view of Engineering mountain. Laundry room was a big plus. The covered pool was enjoyable with kids. Internet in the unit was spotty which was actually a plus for adult (tech detox).

The little things matter. We had a small issue with dryer and they were fast on communication. The only drawback, and this would be for all condos, not just this one, was the WiFi was not great. Overall I’d give this place 5 stars and would stay here again!

We received 9 pages of rules and regulations and over 20 very important messages which would not open on my phone and I do not download apps for a one time stay. I would not stay there again because of the lack of information while at the same time messing up my vacation with the constant messages.

Amazing Location

We couldn't ask for a better summer location! Right in the middle between Silverton and Durango, close to Purgatory and close to all the outdoor activities we could want. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay here again!

hikers paradise

We loved our stay at Cascade village. dealing with the property management company however was a nightmare. cell service at the condos is poor. We had trouble with the toilets in the unit. Everyday I was in contact with the management company and the problem was never fixed. In addition cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges when we arrived. the handyman did fix those. the whole place needs sprucing up and definitely needs new toilets!!
