Una de las casas más nuevas construidas en Live Oak Island. Esta moderna y espaciosa casa de 1,900 pies cuadrados y 3 dormitorios más loft está en el agua y tiene decoraciones costeras temáticas en todo, perfectamente ubicadas cerca del lanzamiento del barco del vecindario y en el borde de St. Marcas Refugio de Vida Silvestre. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. The views of wildlife from the deck were appreciated by all ages. The elevator was perfect for the family member who needed it. Overall we enjoyes our stay.

Getting away

Wonderful - beautiful location on the water, no crowds, surrounded by nature. House was perfect home base for exploring the area by day and chilling with movies and Phase 10 games in the evening. Great communication from the owners.

Short vacation in the area

We thoroughly enjoyed our too short stay at your home. The house was very well provided with everything we needed. My wife was especially appreciative of the elevator! I enjoyed the kayaks, and caught some nice sea trout and redfish. Peaceful and quiet, saw an alligator, and enjoyed watching the dolphins play and feed from the balcony. Perfect for two mostly retired couples to get together for a reunion.

Relaxing vacation

Very nice location, you can sit on the deck every morning and listen to the birds and watch the tide go in and out. Was nice to have the elevator to carry luggae up to 3rd floor. Lots of things to see in area if you like nature.

NW FL Vacation Getaway

Based on all the info listed for this property, there were no surprises or disappointments as this was our first time renting a property like this. The location was perfect and offered peace and quiet as well as having plenty of activities available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to do it again.

Best vacation!

Our family had the best time on our vacation! We biked, went kayaking, played games, and relaxed on the deck. My son caught fish and crab. I would highly recommend staying in this home. We will definitely be planning another visit soon!

We had a great time here. It was the perfect house for us to relax. The sunsets were beautiful and the weather was perfect. We saw dolphins and herons. The house was filled with amenities for your comfort. I hope we will get to come back for another stay later this year.

Making Memories

This home is beautiful and the property is described spot on. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay. There is lots to see and do in the area. Shell Beach was a plus as was the Aquarium touch tanks in Panacea for the kids. The kayaks on the property were a big hit. There’s so much room to spread out when you may need a little quiet time. The view is awesome. The games inside and out kept us all engaged. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking. The hosts were easy to communicate with. My family has stayed at a lot of homes throughout our vacations. This one rates at the top of our list.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family spent the weekend visiting family that lives in the area. This house and location made for a great, memorable vacation. The views over the bay are spectacular, mornings spent watching the dolphins put on a show. The house was even more spacious that what the pictures portrayed. Kayaks, bikes, fishing poles made for some great outdoor activities. The kitchen (and cookware) was well appointed for our family of 8. We will definitely book this again on our next visit to Crawfordville.

Incredibly relaxing property! Hated to leave....

This was one of the nicest rentals we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. I was in awe when we arrived and felt the peacefulness of the area sink in immediately, my first thought was I wouldn’t leave the premises! The view is even nicer than the pictures show. Sitting on the large upper deck, we watched dolphins feeding, so close we could hear them blowing air out there blow holes! Then saw them swimming by two more mornings. The house is very large and well laid out. I loved that it is fully stocked! No need to drag all the household supplies along, which is always a hassle at other rentals. And all the extras included, such as bikes, kayaks, so many extras to enjoy your stay. We loved the area as well, so quiet and laid-back. Enjoyed St Mark’s, Wakulla Springs, and just relaxing on the property. Cannot wait to return, and stay longer!

Great place...however...

One too many cockroaches. We could deal with the geckos. Not the cockroaches. I would also recommend you oil your reels. Couldn’t wind them. Throw a couple bottles of bug spray in drawers or make sure renters know to pick some up. . Between the mosquitoes and no seeums it was tough and too far to just run to the store. Beautiful sunsets. Great setting.

Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Our stay at the Tallahassee vacation home was fantastic. The owners of this property go through great lengths to make this home comfortable & homey. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with and eat on. It’s a beautiful home from top to bottom with 2 decks that have plenty of comfortable seating and lounging furniture. They have all sorts of movies, books, games, kayaks, a canoe, bikes, and a basketball hoop. You can tell that these owners really care for their home and that they provide all that they themselves would enjoy. This was my very first vacation rental, but my sister who has rented many homes said that this house was so well stocked and neat that she was looking forward to renting it in the future. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to rent in this area; you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Perfect for Nature Lovers!

We spent 2 weeks in this house and hated to leave. Being right on the water with huge, fully furnished porches, overlooking the bay and a view to the gulf, was incredible. Sunset was a big event every evening. The house is nicely laid out, spacious and light and airy in design. The beds were all super comfortable. Loved the elevator. We kayaked right from the property, saw lots of mullet, dolphins , a shark , a cobia , sting rays and needle fish and blue crabs. The osprey, king fishers,and elegant egrets are plentiful and put on quite a show fishing and eating their catch. We disturbed a flock of ibis when walking along the road. The kitchen is well stocked and we had the best dinners out on the deck. Plenty of comfortable seating in the open great room. This is a home where you really felt the care and generosity of the host family. The only downside was the master shower had some leaks around the base of the fixtures (so we ended up showering in the other bathroom) and the grout really could use a good cleaning. Otherwise the house was in pristine condition. We definitely plan to return to this wonderful home!

Crawfordville visit

The home was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We all remarked that the beds were very comfortable! Phil and Rebekah were very accommodating and Phil checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! We saw a stingray and some dolphins made an appearance the last day we were there.

Great location

Beautiful, private location overlooking the bay with stingrays, mullets and dolphins. The elevator is a must! The home is in need of a deep cleaning and some recaulking would go a long way. There were a few items we wish we would have brought with us. Sleeping masks would have been great since there are no window coverings in the east bedroom or loft. There's no large baking dish or 9X13 pan. We used two different sized smaller pans for a dish and timing was a challenge. We also missed not having plastic wrap. The ice maker is fickle and didn't make ice for a couple of days so just in case, a bag in the freezer would have been nice. There are adult life preservers but none that are sized for a child. We spent a lot of time on the deck. We had a couple of really beautiful sunsets.

Great peaceful setting for family time

This home had everything we could have needed. Even plenty of extra linens. We greatly enjoyed kayaking all over the area as it’s nice and calm and wonderful wildlife to observe. The bald eagle catching and struggling to carry dinner to land, an osprey carrying its small dinner, a skate going under the kayak, and more. Great family time playing cornhole, basketball and board games out on the deck. We look forward to repeating a stay here again next year.

Awesome and quiet getaway

We stayed in this house for a week. The house is very nice, well maintained, in a secluded and quiet location, and right on the water. We all enjoyed the kayaks and canoes (provided), the wonderful sunsets on the deck, and the dolphins swimming in the bay. The host communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Christmas in Paradise

Beautiful location! Quiet and peaceful. Great sunsets and wonderful seafood. Host was a true pleasure to work with, easy to contact and very responsive. We will be back.

Great hosts that are very responsive. Beautiful location on the gulf. Got to see Dolphins, fish and other wildlife. The elevator was great for our elderly moms. Would stay again for sure. .

Great place to stay

We had such a fun time at this VRBO. All the kayaks, canoe, and bikes made every day and adventure. We saw dolphins in the bay nearly every day. The place is very clean and has all the needed amenities. Best of all, the beds were so comfortable to sleep in and no one had any back or neck issues the following day due shoddy mattresses. We had a great time, thanks for sharing your place.
