This home is privately owned with management by Rent With Integrity, a family-owned property management company. We are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.

With 3 bedrooms: a king suite, queen and twin, 2 bathrooms have huge glass showers with tiled floors. The living area is open concept. A Florida Room is surrounded by windows overlooking the lagoon. The lanai has comfy couches and the deck below has Adirondack chairs. The gourmet kitchen showcases new sparkling granite countertops, stunning black sink and stainless steel appliances. Brand new mini-split AC in all bedrooms for individual comfort.
Dog friendly for 1 small dog, non-smoking, sleeps 4 comfortably. Perfect couples retreat.
